Samwiz1, as the Spy, attempts to use the Teleporter Entrance to telefrag anyone who passes over the Exit. Maybe use it as a sub-gimmick so that there's something to be doing in case the autobalance doesn't happen.

If anything, it makes it look even more accurate to the game, due to the Fallout series, due to causing parts of the head to stick through the Executioner hood. Cazadores and cyborg dogs sold separately.
@samwiz1 The vita-saw collects organs, each hit collects an organ, 1 organ collected is equivalent to 15% of your Uber meter kept after respawning, stacks up to 4 times for 60% Uber recovery. Before it's rework when you died, it would only store 15% Uber after respawning.
You can make a Lobotomite Loadout on Scout using the Fuel Injector with the Executioner and the Pyrovision Goggles. The Fuel Injector's 2nd Style looks just like the Medi Mask
