I’m gonna secretly get my engineer dad a bunch of RCE merch for Christmas and he is going to have no idea what the fuck is going on when RCE fans try to talk to him about RCE in jokes.

I have an objective in life: make RCE and MumboJumbo meet, it would be perfect. By the way, "If the doo was an engineer" is a masterpiece, I can't live without it, I listen to it every week. A Real Civil Engineer and a Real Civil Legend

OBECTION!SEND THIS MAN TO PRISON BECAUSE HE HAS SAID THE DREADED WORD IM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO SAY!I REPEAT! SEND THIS MAN TO PRISON BECAUSE HE HAS SAID THE DREADED WORD IM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO SAY!
Okay RCE I'm really happy you've brought back the Poly Bridge playlist, but it needs to be said. You NEED to bring back the mini gun booshing noises when you fill in the road pieces. It's just not the same.
0:00 I had my volume on low, and I SWEAR I heard Matt say "It's B*TCHMASSSS" Edit: I realized after hearing it for the second time that he actually said "bridgemas" but it caught me off guard and had me confused for a sec.
Learned this on our first mechanical engineering course. We were given 3 a4 papers. Tried to fold them into triangles. It didnt really hold much weight so we whiched to folding them into squares and it held over 5x the weight if the folds were clean.
That little bump as they go from the road to the bridge is a real killer. I wonder if they'll ever fix that or if it's an intentional part of the game.
In old websites there is the infamous "div-seption" cuz they hat to put everything in a box (div) inside a box inside a box inside a box to properly center and position content.
and now this terrible design is "proper engineering" and no one wants to accept that truth. its ridiculous that application user interfaces are made in what's akin to an Word document.

The Internet turned me into an American a long time ago. 😥 That 'sausage' is like the 'understrung' bridges i used to make in Bridge Constructor 3D. They don't work so well in Poly Bridge 2, which is just as well because they're way OP in BC3D. An 'understrung' bridge is a flat wooden roadway with steel cable in an arc underneath, or as near as you can ge to an arc when you can't disable snap to grid. Connecting the two are short wooden verticals. That's the whole thing. They're amazing because they spread the load as near perfectly as the grid snap allows, but they must be terrifying to drive on! XD They're right on the line between "bridge" and "not a bridge".
Love the "cheapest option" on the first puzzle. I imagine it becomes less cheap when it starts causing people's cars to fall and get smashed and then people sue
Yes, I agree with you RCE, we Mechanical engineers are trying to make everything efficient and compact due to the nature of our job. Mostly we solve a problem accidentally but if it gets the job done then its fine.
You could of made a piece of road on the people carrying part of the air baloon. Just reccomending..... Ps. Rce, if you are reading this, merry christmas. Ive loved your channel for all the years that ive been subscribed. Keep up the awesome work!
The route vs. root pronunciation is interesting. Because its pronunciation is splitting based on context when it came from one word. Root 52. But you wouldn't call the tool a rooter, it's a router. And routing wires through walls not rooting. But US is a big place probably someone says it that way. They probably wouldn't even be considered wrong. Language changes. Duck tape is a legitimate name for gray tape, even though it was originally duct tape ment for sealing aluminum heating ducts.
Only Legends can see this banger of an epiosde of polybridge from RCE while also seeing Matt livestream , both at same time . Btw I showed your POLY BRIDGE PLAYLIST to my sir , and he actually quite liked sorry enjoyed it , so I guess you got a new sub from your old sub 😉 😅
Hi, new sub here and ty for the awesome content. Not an engineer but a fan of physics. I found the game accidentally and was looking for something to help me world build practically for my writings and never ever thought that there will be a cool community and content for this. 👷
Routing (r-OW-ting) is a woodworking process where the material to be processed is cut by a vertical spinning cutter head (router bit) protruding from the router table
Hey RCE, I have to build a bridge for my physics class, I get points for amount of weight it can hold and more points for it being lighter. What would u recommend I build?
