If anyone doesn’t understand why Rick has such a loyal following, they need to be shown this video. Really top editing with a round of golf which manages to be relatable and aspirational at the same time. You feel all the frustration and pleasure that a round of golf offers. Well done to the whole team for making a simple concept so entertaining.
Yeah spot on with the exception that I don't think anyone wonders why he has such a loyal following. He just seems like our friend that lives and breathes golf and is still relatable.
Bang on comment. Would rather watch this than competition golf. I'd go as far as saying that if someone asks why I love golf, I'd point them in the direction of these sort of videos of Rick's. Manages to encapsulate the joy, despair, camaraderie etc etc despite not being there.
Love how you're including Guy in more of these videos. They are so much more enjoyable than simply 'entering Rick's Head'. Hope you continue this trend
and i love the British sportsmanship / etiquette. To all you Brits watching, not all Americans learned the game like the GG crew. Their sick golfers but I guess I am more traditional. I can not wait to play Turnberry again (currently boycotting current ownership :-))
I just wanted to say Rick you’ve helped me in ways you wouldn’t begin to understand. I suffer with body dysmorphia and have a deep anxiety about being judged, but your attitude to your golf is inspirational to everything in life. Here’s an example, in a recent video you lost 5 balls in 3 holes, but what did you do? Giggle about it and play the next shot like, ‘who cares’. The fact you’re so raw with your content. You could easily put another ball down and take another shot, but what we see is someone who shares the experience as it is. I love the attitude and confidence you have, and it’s genuinely inspiring. I compete in martial arts and I’ve stepped away from competition because of the mental side, but I really feel your approach to your videos and golf in general is admirable and when I get back to competing, it's something I'd love to harness. So thank you for the great content, and continue to smash it.
Another awesome episode of Break 75. I know it gets said a lot but the editing on these just keeps getting better and better. Loving all the little clips and cutaways. Also great to hear more on Guy's score and see his involvement in these videos! Love the videos, love the podcast, love golf! Keep up the awesome work guys!
I can echo all the folks here who say that you have sparked their golf journey, and with the addition of "Every-Guy Golfer" Mr. Charnock, these episodes makes us all want to get out there and break 80! I'd even take break 90! Cheers guys, and thanks for the quality golf entertainment.
I love how you both talk through every shot. Lie, club, what your thoughts are etc. Makes the viewer think of similar situations they find themselves in. Awesome job lads (did I get that slang right? ).
I’ve really enjoyed getting into golf over the past few years, and you’ve been a big part of it, Rick. Love the videos, love the humor, and I just enjoy learning by watching these. I finally broke 100 for the first time ever at Kissing Tree in San Marcos, TX this month, and I don’t know if it happens without my passion for golf growing by watching your channel. Thanks for all you do for the game!
Honestly, this is one of my favorite episodes so far, chill, not taking yourself too seriously. It was just fun to watch and be on the course with you. Excellent entertainment Rick.
Love the videos Rick! I just started golfing over a year ago to spend more time with my dad who retired. You and some of the other youtubers really grew my love for the game. I am on a quest to break 100 by the end of this year and yesterday I thought was going to be the day. I shot a 45 on the front nine only to self destruct on the back nine and shoot a 57 for a 102 overall. Still I am very close every round I go out and play now. Just gotta keep at it. Love this game and love your channel!
I’ve been playing golf for about 14 years now and currently playing off 9 and all I can say is “you have the number one ingredient for achieving your golfing goals “love for the game because every awesome shot and every horrendous shot you play moulds your golfing personality, keep after inmate and good luck
Love this series. Love all your content. The fact that you're willing and open to showing every shot, the good, the bad, and the ugly, is so inspirational. Your love of the game is infectious. Please keep going!! :)
Another vote for more Guy - you are both great, but together you are greater than the sum of your parts. Yet again Guy sank some cracking putts and Rick’s chipping was none too shabby either. Brilliant!
I just started this video, I have loved this series and wanted to drop a comment. I've been playing for 5 years now mostly a weekend warrior and I just broke 80 for the first time! I think that was one of the best ever break 75's and you guys called it. It featured a mix of the good the bad and the ugly, some great banter, and a decent focus on both of your rounds which always adds to it. I think having Guy Breaking 80, alongside Rick's breaking 75 ups the stakes and gives more chance for excitement.
The introduction of Guy and move towards more of a mates round is a great direction, golf is social and makes for better viewing. Hopefully get Matt, Carter and Pete back on soon
You’ve really taken the editing to a new level on these recent break 75s. I’m loving that Guy is featuring more now as I think he really adds to the videos, it almost feels like the podcast at times
I always enjoy these videos but love seeing more of Guy. Nice to see that even people who can get out and play far more than I can still have an errant shot once in a while!
What a beautiful golf course..... I really enjoyed watching that, thanks Rick and Guy. I was groaning along with you on so many of those putts that just lipped out Rick. You were hitting the ball so well, just the putting and really just getting the speed of the greens was the difference between 75 and probably a 70 or 69 even. Keep hitting like that and get the putting touch right and you will be killing it. Thanks again for another enjoyable Break 75, watching from Melbourne, Australia

This series is so so so so relatable and in a round about way shows anyone can shoot high ones but over all the episodes the average is fairly low considering the courses played too
One of my favorite golf series here on UA-cam. Keep it up Rick! I think many of us like hearing your perspective on the golf shots and why you chose the clubs you do when you go to hit a shot. Has helped me in my game

Luckily, today I only needed a birdie on the par 5 to break 72. Keep up the good work, looking forward to breaking 75 all year
Spectacular installment gents. Guy and Rick together made an entertaining video and the music really helped reinforce the feelings of the moment. We’ll done to you both. Fine rounds of golf.
It seems like every video I want to say that it's the best one so far.... This video hands down was the best video from you! Guys almost hole in one was unbelievably awesome!!!!
Not bad guys. Love the Jim Nance voice over on the first birdie! There were plenty of positives from the round to include Ricks putting from 5 feet and in. Very solid and kept him in the hunt all day. Video editing was superb as always!
I've just found this channel, I'm getting back into golf after a 15 year lay off!! I love Rick's attitude, proper sportsman , plays a bad shot or bad hole, doesn't matter, play the next hole better, love it. I'm only playing my local par 3 course at the moment, hoping to move up to bigger stuff next spring, So Rick, what help can you give to a 63 year old returning golfer, who has lost a lot of physical power in the years not playing? Really not getting the yards from the clubs I used too?
I have to say to you both (Rick and Guy) , I have really missed watching these video's. You really make it fun to watch and the chemistry is just magic between you both. Maybe you guys could incorporate a few 2 man scrambles against some guest and call them the Go Low or Go Home Challenge vs. Rick Shiels and Guy.. Just food for thought, but it would be fun to watch how both your games trend from those matches.... Love your videos and I love the podcast, you guys are by far the industry standard for this format and it was a pleasure watching you guys with Good Good as well. I look forward to more of those videos in the future. Best wishes for the future.

Love that you now send someone to the green to film your balls landing. I feel that’s something you’ve picked up from good good 😊. Love the break 75 series and love that we see more of Guy in these too.
Abosolutely loving these lads! This one was great! I think it would be quite a cool if you and Guy could both arrange to have a tour caddy for one of the videos in future. I loved the video Rick did with Will on the bag. I think watching you both with caddies would be a great vid.
Loving Guy in the videos! You have such a great relationship and you work so well together. Great job, Guy! I look forward to seeing you in more videos.
In my opinion, videos with Guy involved give it a really good dynamic, you make a good team on the podcast and he adds a quirky personality on the course. Not that Rick doesn't have personality but someone to bounce off. More videos with guy involved will do the channel well in my opinion. Or a series with Rick and guy touring the UK 👍

Love your videos and I love the podcast, you guys are by far the industry standard for this format and it was a pleasure watching you guys with Good Good as well. I look forward to more of those videos in the future. Best wishes for the future.
Love the break 75 series. What a great idea and so much fun to watch, Guy as well, good job guys! By the way, I’ll take 75 any day of the week 24/7!!!
This has probably been my favorite video of yours so far Rick. Very relaxing and funny to watch. Great to see Guy playing next to u also. Keep it up!
I broke 80 for my first time last week. I golfed 8 over for a 78. Been watching your videos for about a year now. You and good good are my two favorite channels. Thanks for all the content.
You guys are phenomenal, always enjoy watching you!!
Fresh off a holiday Rick Shiels is the best version Rick Shiels! This was a blast to watch
You play each shot as a new day and when that shot is hit...a new day..much love..love your vids
Great episode! I love the Break 75 series. Could we please see Guy's score as well?
Couldn’t have a better ambassador than guy and Rick for golf
That 2 montage was hilarious after .
2 holes played
2 fairways
2 GIR
2 3putts
2 over
Thanks for coming 😂😂😂
In my opinion, videos with Guy involved give it a really good dynamic, you make a good team on the podcast and he adds a quirky personality on the course. Not that Rick doesn't have personality but someone to bounce off. More videos with guy involved will do the channel well in my opinion. Or a series with Rick and guy touring the UK 👍
LOVE the editing in these videos! Very enjoyable easy to binge content guys🤙🏼🦾
The evolution of the break75 series has been incredible to watch, love this kinda content Rick, keep that shit up 👌
Great video, lads. Getting around in 4 hours is a great effort when you’re filming!
