And not currently, I was made redundant from my last job a couple months back and I’ve been struggling mentally since then.
the best thing you can do is not get in touble in the first place by not leting your ego run the show in your life and take back your power by working on your triggers which are you unhealed wounds being mirror reflecteed back to you via someone else for much needed work then you wont end up in those places in the first place

Because I’ve seen people just beat up people for fun in prison and I would rather go on protection wing but then people will think I’m a nonce so what do I do

I know someone who was a good guy and was in jail for small crimes and was beaten every day and couldn’t do anything about it. Just depends who u get on ur wing. Which makes me just wanna go on protection wing. Because if someone attacks me and I attack them back I won’t get to go home early etc so I’m fxcked
