Im been driving for Uber for 6 years and I'm definitely sick of it. I enrolled back in school and as soon as I land a career in my field I'm kicking Uber to the curb.
You are on point for everything you saying. Uber started off as a rogue company and still a rogue company. As someone who have driven in Baltimore, I can tell you I never seen a period of time in the ride-share business, on the Uber platform, that is as bad as it is today. Sadly, our local politicians have something to do with this too, because they issued the license to these rogue companies without holding them accountable to the highest ethical and safety standard. If a DOT license holder commit a violation of DOT rules inside the truck, or outside the truck, he, or she will have his license taken away in a heartbeat. Yet, Uber and Lyft operate with a standard that is borderline criminal, ethically wrong, with so much safety violations in the mixed. I’m not sure if I’m right or not but when I look at these two companies, I see the biggest wage thief in modern history. I like to know your take on that.
Yup it should definitely be some order they don’t need half the trip I’m sure they would still be millionaires if they could take like a cap of 20 percent of the trip. Yup they do stuff criminal in regards to the pay and treatment.
I used to do Uber they stopped paying good after so called pandemic they pay their driver very bad then we had to deal with bad people coming in our cars disrespect us like every other time sometime you get good people but most are bad customers what worse they get you deactivated for no reason

I think they steal a lot but eventually will have to stop bc the drivers aren’t going for that

Uber has 1,000s of employees. The drivers are bottom of the barrel that aren't employees but were paying their employees salaries.

I can make more money driving the bus but its longer hours. With uber I can make 300-340 working when I want with no one telling me what to do.
