FYI i wouldn't do a rail plug. Just put a higher relief valve in it. That plug will eventually kill injectors when you spike rail pressure and it has no where to go.
I just went through my 2012 a few weeks ago, BBI injectors, head studs, Hamilton push rods and valve springs at the same time. I thought I was crazy when I noticed the different sound with my Cummins, I'm glad that you heard it too 😂
Ryan, order a # 1 injector line from Banks if you don't have a new one. needed a new fuel plug recently on my '17 & put injector line back on & she was spraying like a fire hose. banks uses a 1 time crush washer. Good luck !!!
I bet Evil Fab has those compound turbos kit after WCFab discontinued the 2nd gen swaps and the compound turbo kit for the 6.7 Cummins platform. Im just giving a new parts for the 4th gen G56 Cummins.
Let’s go I’m loving the consistency again🤘I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again you were my inspiration on building my truck in my driveway thank you 🙏
The valves are known to fail and let pressure off, the plug with allow the rail to send what’s commanded, 2900u and 29k psi is about max I’ll run on stock fuel and injectors
I’m about to take my fuel plug out…scares me lol I’m running dual cp3s, ddp 60% overs, and much much more lol I bought a new fuel pressure relief valve and a shim kit. It was that or the exedy relief valve and it’s like $240.
You should have gotten rid of the grid heater before that kills your engine. Mine came apart with 30,000 mi, caught it just in time before it damaged my engine, installed the banks air intake kit and coil heater.
Thought about it was a little scared about cold weather but then I realize I probably am not gonna drive it in winter again so I should have, guess we just save up for some injectors and a pump 😂😂😂
Test the old ones bro, put them in a power drill like you would likes a drill bit and mount it to something like a vice and turn on the brill screwing in something and you will see the difference bro…….
You should really look at getting an rc car, you could deffinetly fix them and upgrade them very easily. And not that many people can say they have an rc vehcile of there own truck, or more common, car.
Dont Worry were just a couple videos away from starting the bronco!
How are you doing
Well it took 5 months to install the body kit and that was 8 months ago so a couple videos until then won’t hurt us.
Can't wait!!!
Missed the frequent uploads, this is awesome to see you getting back into man 👏👏👏👏

Good to see the OG truck again
You and Ashley kick ass! Love seeing you back to posting videos 🤙🏼

I've literally seen guys surge the throttle and crack injector body's by spiking the rail pressure so high, I chose not to put one in mine either

Good to see you bending over The Green Truck! By far my favorite build and the one that put you on the map,IMHO. Great job you make it look easy.
Old push rods were for sure bent. When you held up the first one i thought it looked a little bent. Crazy difference between the old and new.
So glad your back to posting kinda regular again!!

Just so you know, Manton builds any push rod you want. You’re just looking at shelf items.
Running that fuel rail plug is ballsy man! I’d have just got a higher psi valve for it. Kinda scary man!
The valves are known to fail and let pressure off, the plug with allow the rail to send what’s commanded, 2900u and 29k psi is about max I’ll run on stock fuel and injectors
Good vids as always! Keep them cumin and hope all is well

Why did you leave the grid heater in there when you did your deletes? I live In Michigan and had no problems removing mine
Cold weather really, last winter in Ohio she can get grumpy, fuel even gel’d once
You got a part number for that intake horn?
42790-PC
I have a build for you bro. It’s a 5th GEN that needs to go fast!

I really gotta get me a Cummins.
Test the old ones bro, put them in a power drill like you would likes a drill bit and mount it to something like a vice and turn on the brill screwing in something and you will see the difference bro…….
