    How long should we be in each phase assuming we do one full set of the exercises a day?

      We recommend spending a week on each phase before progressing to and incorporating movements from the next phase. This pace can vary through depending on your training goals and abilities. For example, if you are rehabilitating an injury, we recommend progressing more slowly. If you are an active athlete who is strength training, you may be able to incorporate additional movements more quickly.
