Heard about you guys on joe Rogan. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The old fashioned wrestling bridges and head harnesses just cause too much pain now that I’m in my 50s
That is one gorgeous training device with some exceptional curves built in from all angles. It immediately improved my posture just watching the video.
What scientific principles did you consider when building the iron neck as the sole exercise usually suggested for neck strengthening for general population is the chin tuck!
I can't answer for The Iron Neck team, but a lot of research has been done on the efficacy of isometrics for improving neck strength, stability, and mobility. Pain reduction is another big benefit. These have been done on multiple populations. Iron neck is really cool in that you can not only train isometrically, but can also start to add in dynamic movements when ready, and the external load is far less subjective than just pushing on your head with your hands.
We recommend spending one week on each phase. However, people may progress more quickly or spend more time on each phase based on how comfortable they feel with the movements.

Would u recommend I use a mini band on my hands to help with the scapular activation?
I wear mine when I mow the lawn to keep the sun off

so for first exercise, spinning 360 closewise + 360 counter clockwise = 1 rep or is every 360 count as 1 rep?
A single repetition is considered to be spinning 360 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise 😊
