Here's how to perform a proper tuck jump:
Starting Position: Begin by standing with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
Preparation: Bend your knees slightly and engage your core muscles to stabilize your body.
Jump: Explosively push off the ground using both feet and jump straight up into the air. As you jump, swing your arms upward to help generate momentum.
Tuck Position: While in mid-air, bring your knees up towards your chest, tucking them as close as possible. Simultaneously, wrap your arms around your shins, hugging your legs to maintain the tuck position.
Full Extension: After achieving the tuck position, quickly extend your legs and release your arms to return to the starting position in mid-air.
Landing: As you descend, prepare to land softly by bending your knees and aiming to land on the balls of your feet. Maintain a controlled landing, rolling through the balls of your feet to your heels, and distribute the impact evenly.
Repeat: Immediately upon landing, go back into the tuck jump by bending your knees and exploding back up into the air. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions or within a specific time frame.
Land softly: Practice landing with control to minimize impact on your joints. Avoid landing with locked knees or a heavy impact.

Should we land softly or not? Because you seem to land with straight legs without absorbing the shock

From what I understand you want to brace yourself for the landing and protect your knees and ankles but you don't wanna get into a full squat

Land softly! My knees are slightly bent upon landing but it's tough to see with this view. I pinned a comment for proper form, and will be going through each one of the plyometrics
