It’s not professional bamboo flute making, But you can use

Yes there is , learn how to tune each note , there are videos on tuning for flutes and whistles , this is not tuned what so ever , not great sounds but give the concept of how to make a flute of your own design , the mouth blow hole should have on top , not on the bottom , but if that’s what you prefer go for it.

Try experimenting with the Labium (the flat part you blow on). It tends to be the most fragile part of wooden recorders, and those instruments tend to yeild very pure tones.
