Twenty some-odd years later and he's still fucked-up enough to believe the words "I am ugly". How badly does someone have to get bullied in order to actually question themselves?! This poor guy needs a vacation. And a hug.
He was bullied to the point of people actually believing that he was gay and he was sent to an asylum or something to check if he really is gay and to cure that homosexuality from him.
Good god. Imagine being bullied and tortured growing up. A band like this comes along, you get to see them live. You excited, ready to sing/scream along to a song like this, an anthem for victims of bullying. And who do you see controlling the moshpit? The same shirtless, roided out meathead jocks who picked on you to begin with. Sick, sad irony.
That happened to me once at Mayhem fest. Turned around and saw him in the pit after the next song and fucking put him on his ass. Was so fucking awesome.
The most die hard KoRn fans I know love the band because they relate to the lyrics about being bullied, not just because their riffs make you wanna break stuff. That's what I respect most about the band
Miss the 90’s!
You were lucky to be alive in tgem my friend

Andrew Hall the irony is that Noe they are worshiping and buying the music of a famous rockstar.

Its more likely then you think, i got raised way too nicely and loving to then just get thrown into trash cans by seniors

I prefer the audio track from the Family Values VHS. The guitars sound waaaaay better and Head does a nice improvisation in the bridge.

He's embracing the term and flipping it on people that use it. No point in canceling something already being made fun of 🥴
If anything this is a pro LGBTQ song. He's standing up for them imo
@@ethanieldude1exactly, people need to look at the lyrics. He had this word used against him by bullies, he’s allowed to claim it back for himself
