God I wish I was old enough to seem them live back then. I'm so glad I grew up listening to them as a kid though, they are so passionate and clearly put their thoughts and emotions into their art. It's so amazing to see.

David was an awesome drummer and part of what made Korn great. Who knows if he’s still got it, but he isn’t coming back. Korn has Ray, who is versatile and professional, and they are totally happy with him.

I remember 10 year old me rocking out to Woodstock 99 watching scramble PPV. We will NEVER have something like this again. Every idiot now goes to concerts and all you see are their phones. Look at the crowd here. Living, breathing and rocking out to the moment.

People that dislike and say they hate Korn go to 2:33 and be patient til l the guitars come in.. I have never heard any band do anything like this and when it came out it was groundbreaking. Just phenomenal 👏
It was intense as hell. That was back before most people had cell phones so it was all just craziness and crowds. About 300k attended. Korn was so intense, hilarious they had Bush play after them, quite a drop in energy (Aerosmith was initially supposed to clsoe day one but they dropped). All the porta potties, lines of hundreds of them were packed for of shit after a day and a half, no joke you'd open door after door and there'd be a cone of shit sticking out of it. I have no idea what the women there did, my buddy and I just pissed in an empty water jug. As far as the riots, I was there and other than seeing fire in the distance, I had no idea about them until I got home. the 3rd day the 2nd stage was way more metal than stage 1 (Our Lady Peace, Superman's Dead was a big hit at the time, Sevendust when they were brand new, Megadeth)so we were over there all day, I think Megadeth got done around midnight. We then walked to our campsite, packed up, walked to our car, slept a couple hours as traffic dispersed then hit the road and drove all night home. It sucks the fires and riot are the lasting image of the event because I was there 4 nights and it has nothing to do with any of my terrific memories of it. They really need to have another for the 50th anniv in 2 years but no one will want to buy the insurance to cover it.

I’ve been to 2 shows in my life (22) Korn was my first when I was 7! I’ll never forget the energy of that show. Also I saw Slipknot at 11-12 and the the show being indoors made the sound so much better. My uncle actually caught one of the drumsticks the Slipknot drummer was throwing out. Best 2 nights of my life.
I was never really a fan of korn. I never disliked them either.. but you can’t deny how talented they were. His singing was great. The bassist and drummer are super talented too.

I am now 40. I was 17, turning 18 at this concert. I met my wife there during the Korn set. Was the greatest times of my life. It was times humans were most free during the 90's. Everyone was just doing their thing and living life. People as a whole were not living in fear and they were not afraid to take risks. I would die happily if I could go back to living free again. I do not fear death. While these times are bleak, It was those good times that keep me going.

The internet is corrupting kids, making them unhealthy both physically and mentally, and making them socially awkward and depressed. Thank god I got some property in the suburbs and we have a farm now with a strong community that shares values. Our kids get very little tech time. Being able to see them live normal lives as kids is just fantastic. Seeing them go out and play and not have phones is wonderful.

I like the faster tempo a lot. Jonathan also sounds better on both songs. The reverb doesn’t do his very good voice favors.
