Could you explain a final written, pls . I work at home depot only been there 2 months and my boss gave me a final written 2 weeks after the incident. He wrote me up for respect . He micromanage my every move . I have a witness and he emailed me saying as a witness he didn't see anything that was interpret as direct / severe violation . I need some advice and how to go about it . I live in California area . Thanks in advance .

Thank you for your video’s. I had documented accommodations and FMLA in place. I still was terminated, but My Attorney took my case right away. Why does this process take so long? I was terminated May 2023.

I well understand that being a current non-resident of CA (Oregon) I should contact a local lawyer however, my issue pertains to a period of time where I was actively seeking employment in CA. Won't go into the details here but will say I truly appreciate your videos. Hey! Just my opinion, content like yours (employment law) should be taught in high schools across the US. Certainly seems like it was incorrectly abbreviated.
HIPAA is also a requirement for healthcare providers and doesn’t apply to employment. However, the ADA does.

You will need to contact an Oregon lawyer. Employment law applies to residency, not application.
