I'd wish each recipe comes with calorie number 😅 but I did the work and counted: 1700 for everything. 1400 if you give up one of the meals. Everything is so well ballanced, nutritious and yummy, cannot wait to prepare this when I come back from my holidays ❤

This did not come out right for me. The batter was very liquidy, did not cook properly, and tasted eggy when cooked. Will try to experiment with the recipie. Anyone had luck baking this in an air fryer?
For those looking to try the healthier mac and cheese - I tried the recipe in the video and it is fairly light on cheese. If you want it to REALLY taste like a traditional bowl of mac'n'cheese I would honestly double the cheese amount or match it with nutritional yeast. But even following the recipe as it is, the cottage cheese is VERY well masked and the seasonings are great. Definitely add garlic if you can!
I have tried both the pancake bowls and the Mac and cheese recipes, and they are so delicious! One thing about the pancake bowl: the Greek yogurt flavor is definitely there, but I don’t mind it personally. I bought lentil pasta just for the Mac and cheese, and I loved it! Only thing is the texture is a little bit stiffer than normal pasta.

I made 1 serving of the pancakes bowl, here is my calorie calculation. I got 290 calories with 28g of protein. 3/4c Dannon light fit greek yogurt (cal:90 p:14g) 6Tbps Egg Beaters egg whites (cal:50 p:10g) 1packet Equal sweetner (cal:0 p:0g) 1tsp Imitation Vanilla (cal:p p:0g) 1/3c AP Flour (cal:150 p:4.3g) 1tsp Baking Powder I topped with three sliced strawberries. I actually only baked it for ~20 mins (it was alr cooked thru and golden brown) but idk if that’s just my airfryer - brand is Gourmia I would so drizzle with syrup bc it don’t have much of a taste of its own.

@@aprilgayles8389 Hi! Mine were fully cooked in 20 minutes. I used all purpose gluten-free flour mix that contains psyllum husk powder which absorbs some of the liquid, so if using wheat flour for example the batter may be more runny and won’t cook as quickly☺️

@@amberw5605 hiya, I made this exactly as the recipe states, I have to admit it didn’t have a huge amount of flavour but the fruit tastes delicious and it definitely helped. I’d say maybe add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to enhance the flavour a bit more, and use a good amount of fruit as that really helps. One thing you could do is use some low sugar strawberry jam and swirl a couple tablespoons of that in when you add the fruit 😊

I tried making the pancake bowl in the oven but with a twist. I only did 1 serving instead of 3 and I wanted to put them in silicone cupcake molds to have them as little snacks instead, I did 2 tablespoons per mold. After making them and baking them for 20-25 min they were still not that great, the inside was soggy (underbaked), I put them in the oven again later for another 10min so they became a bit more brown over the top but still the inside was very soggy and I did not like the taste unfortunately. I think I'd like it more if I did cinnamon instead of the vanilla extract! The vanilla extract is rather overpowering. I've tried many of your recipes already and they were all great so this was just not one for me xD

It ended up not too baked on the inside, although I left it around 15 minutes more in the oven, and I’m honestly not too happy with the taste, I’m not sure if it’s something I did or is it the bowls thing 🥲 Is it supposed to be a little liquidy on the inside? I’m trying the feta dish now, hope it turns out good!
