See in olden times there spring and summer when you used to get plenty of food then there used to be 6 months winter where you did not get food unless you are lucky with hunting, sometimes in places like India there used to be famines therefore our body is designed for storing extra food and extra fat in belly so when it does not get sufficient food then it can survive

Ok so in terms of people to actually understand you can eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want and only chicken or meat with high protein not fatty meat and you can only drink water. You then exercise for 45 minutes per day always in the morning and then you will start feeling more energetic so you might be able to fit another 45 minutes in after the work but you can never neglect that 45 minutes in the morning. You can never drink anything else other than water even if you think it's healthy it really is only water I can't stress that enough. If you're hungry you can only eat fruit or vegetables you only have a piece of chicken with your dinner once per day. Your body will then start eating all of your fat and won't leave any excess skin flabby bits behind. You also need to get 8 hours sleep if you neglect any of these things it will not work and if you can't sleep 8 hours it won't work. If you deviate from what I said even one little bit it will not happen for you. Keep metabolism high as it slows down when you age. So don’t fast. Eat more protein and fiber. Lift weights. Cardio
