ഒന്നാമത്തെ പോയിൻറ് നമ്മൾക്ക് ഇവിടെ സ്ഥലപരിമിതിയുണ്ട് 2 ഇപ്പോഴും കാശുള്ള ഒരു ഇൻവെസ്റ്റർ നാട്ടിൽ ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ ആ മുടക്കിയ പൈസ തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടുമോ എന്നുള്ള ഒരു ടെൻഷൻ അതിനിടയിൽ എത്രയോ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാർ തൊഴിലാളികൾ അവരെ നയിക്കാൻ വലിയ പെടാപ്പാട് ആണ് അതിൽ നല്ലത് ബാംഗ്ലൂര് തമിഴ്നാട് �� പോലെയുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ലേബർ പ്രശ്നമില്ല രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരുടെ ശല്യം നമ്മുടെ നാടിൻറെ അത്രയും പ്രശ്നമില്ല

Kerala has to vertically grow. Kerala need free zones. Infrastructure planning considering 100 yrs ahead is required. Govt has to move very fast for all these and many things. We have to work for prosperty & opportunity to all in world class standard.

Even though this video an old one, Constructing a Building and doing trading & doing Investment r totally different. Kerala till today is not investment friendly. Infact the state trade unions r the culprits against Investment. All these conclaves r useless unless the mindset of malayales changes.😮😊

Lot of blanks fired, sound bites for media, unlikely to change anything in this state, the most educated yet most confused people who slog anywhere in the globe but will not work in their homeland, A Keralite is the opposite of the Namibian Cheetah which thrives in its homeland, yet fails to adapt in a new habitat. A malayali will adapt to any environment from the -20 degree canadian or Alaskan or 50plus Gulf, yet he is unable to survive in his own homeland.
The same tune is echoing for past 30 years from politicians, media and those in high places.
Desire for a better state is every natives dream, Hard decisions need to be taken, until then Progress is painful and and team running to foreign countries and making meaningless promises will not change the Investment climate or bring any freedom.
