Professionalism: കോളേജിൽ ആയാലും ജോലി ചെയുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ആയാലും മലയാളികൾക്കോ ഇന്ത്യകർക്കോ professionalism എന്താണ് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. അടിമ ഉടമ സംസ്കാരമാണ് ഇവിടെയെല്ലാം പ്രൊല്സഹിപ്പിക്കപെദുനത്. The situation in india is workplace is a hell for many, if u get a job the employer of your boss expects a complete surrender of your personal life. In most cases many bosses want you to be available 24x7. Its like we have become their slaves. The other thing is lack of proper recreation places in india, the country is pathetic in most aspects be it infrastructure, cleanliness or basic failities. Just to have our work done at a government office is pain, we have to bribe them to get out jobs done. Citizens are treated like pests in India.

People are educated but not skilled enough that is the basic reason. And about the students going outside Kerala, are they really making a difference in there carrier. Most of the Students I know wants to go abroad to get part time job. They are not much focused on carrier. This is the reality.

2. Professionalism: കോളേജിൽ ആയാലും ജോലി ചെയുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ആയാലും മലയാളികൾക്കോ ഇന്ത്യകർക്കോ professionalism എന്താണ് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. അടിമ ഉടമ സംസ്കാരമാണ് ഇവിടെയെല്ലാം പ്രൊല്സഹിപ്പിക്കപെദുനത്. "അനുസരണ"യാണ് ഇവിടെ വേണ്ടത്. മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ആയാലും പഠിക്കാൻ ആനെങ്കിലും ഒരു team based approach ആണ്.
3. ജോലി/ കോളേജ് സമയം: ഇന്ത്യയിൽ 16 മണിക്കൂർ ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ട് 5 മണിക്കൂർ ജോലി ചെയ്തതിന്റെ പൈസ തരും. വെളിയിൽ minimum wage എന്നൊരു സാധനം നിർബന്ധമാണ്. അതായത് over time ചെയ്താൽ അതിന് extra പൈസ കിട്ടും. അതുപോലെ പഠിക്കാൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ തിങ്കൾ മുതൽ ശനിയാഴ്ച വരെ രാവിലെ മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് വരെ ഇരുന്ന് ഭീമമായ outdated ആയ syllabus കേട്ടോണ്ട് ഇരിക്കണം. എന്നിട്ട് എല്ലാം കഴിഞ് ഇതെല്ലം കാണാതെ പഠിച്ച് ശർദിച്ച്‌ വെക്കുന്നവന് first രാങ്ക്. കഴുതകളെ ഉല്പാദിക്കുന്നതിൽ ആണ് ഇവിടെ specialize ചെയുന്നത്. വെളിയിൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ 6 മണിക്കൂർ വല്ലതും ആഴ്ചയിൽ 4 ദിവസം പടുത്തവും ബാക്കി സമയം part time ചെയ്ത് പൈസ ഉണ്ടക്കാം. പരീക്ഷകളും assignmentsum കുട്ടികളിലെ critical thinking, problem solving മുതൽ skills develop ചെയാൻ ആണ്;അല്ലാതെ കഴുതകളെ അല്ല അവർക്ക് വേണ്ടത്

The situation in india is workplace is a hell for many, if u get a job the employer of your boss expects a complete surrender of your personal life. In most cases many bosses want you to be available 24x7. Its like we have become their slaves. The other thing is lack of proper recreation places in india, the country is pathetic in most aspects be it infrastructure, cleanliness or basic failities. Just to have our work done at a government office is pain, we have to bribe them to get out jobs done. Citizens are treated like pests in India.
It is same in USA too. If you are making good money, you need work really hard.
