Wow! I stumbled upon you video looking for ways to cut abalone. But this is what my goal was.Your self made tools, and use of existing tools is amazing! So much-out-of-the-box thinking! Thanks for sharing!
@MrCptGonzo My heatgun shows 140 degrees (celsius). It is good to test it on some binding material. Heat it up so it become soft, but not so soft that it bend by it's own weight.
@tim05519 Why shouldn´t I? What's the problem? Because of you maybe smash everything near your, dosn´t not mean I dot. And why should I fix your guitar?

You are a very good craftsman, thank you!
Very good man .Few makers bother to bind the headstock .
Inspiring work. Thanks for posting.
good video. I found that epic music like muse helps the build process too. I find myself going between muse, and yngwie during tedious moments.
Nice inlay man!!!
That's a good question StryperJohn...why is he using the body of this instrument as a workbench? Would u want this guy to work on your guitar?

@MrCptGonzo Yes I use a heatgun with adjustiable temperature. Not to hot, then the plast will collapse
