    I don't think there will ever be another boxer that comes close to Mike in his prime unless human beings start practicing prenatal genetic augmentation . Nevermind a generation...he was a once-in-a-SPECIES freak of nature.

    Great interview. It shows the side of Tyson as a human being, not just some title winning champ without a heart. Long Life to Iron Mike and the rest of team Rooney.

    Mike Tyson knew the meaning of the word entertainment. He was a wild showman, formidable and naturally super skilled boxer. He follows this up by coming out as a self aware individual with heart and inate wisdom. Honestly, who could ask for more from a sportsman? ✌🏽

    How ironic is this. His own people (blacks) betrayed him and the white man was actually overpaying him.
    So sad. Your most beloved ones are the the biggest danger.

    really the reason he didn't fight the top guys like you say he didnt is because people were ducking him, there was not a line waiting to fight a strong striker like Tyson, he is one of the greatest of all time and one of the youngest to win the title the way he did straight up knock outs

  • @jasonlinton9902

    Tyson wasnt just a trained boxer he was a trained killer he was trained to show no mercy he even said when he got in the ring he wanted to kill anybody who faced him he also said these guys who think their tough their not tough when i bring that pain to them

  • @dablkfabio
    @dablkfabio 11 років тому

    Nah Mike was great but he would not have beaten Ali, remember People like Forman, Frazier and Sunny Liston were the Mike Tyson's of that era, I mean they hit hard like crazy, listen never went past 2 rounds with anyone, Forman was a giant and undefeated until fighting Ali, etc... Ali was a smarter fighter, quick, very quick and knew how to take advantage against fighters bigger and even stronger than he was.

    Falsely accused? He's been accused of sexual assault multiple times (Phyllis Polaner, a beautician from Chicago, a 50 yr old woman, Teddy Atlas' 12 yr old sister in law), he got violent with 2 women that turned him down, the physical evidence backs Desiree Washingtons being raped, that a witness said she was scared & in shock that night and Tyson himself told Jose Torres he likes seeing women bleed and cry.

  • @cribertot9649

    Mike being such a popular personality it was inevitable he was going to be milked by the media with their negative comments because that's how news sells.I think he kept very quite and if we had been put in his shoes we would have reacted even worse. E.g how do stay calm when being falsely accused of rape and being robbed of your money....injustice after injustce and to how he was treated. Not making excuses for him but he was 20 and on top of the world and white america didn't accept that

    Men piss better, more prestigious, more successful lives for themselves away on women everyday; instead of taking care of business first, then the woman. The advice Tony Montana (played by Al Pacino) in "Scarface" at the beach, was actually good advice. Anyway, however his career turned out, he will always be the favorite fighter of all time to a lot of people all over the world. For us all, it was nothing less than a blessing, an honor, and a privilege to watch Mike Tyson perform his art.

    if u cant make up out of my post what i mean then its better we stop having this convo, i had a look on ur page i think our opinions are similar in quite a good few ways to be honest.. but ur too caught up trying to prove ur non existent manliness online. Im defo not against violence i was just proving a point to a fella who said boxing is more natural than smoking weed, not really because boxing is setup and has nothing to do with why we fight in nature.. thats all.

    Tysons beat plenty of people & they're all alive but he admits to beating her. Abusive types are often good at controlling how they beath people so it doesn't show in public or cause too much damage but still hurts. She's not the only woman or ex of his who says he was violent. What are you Tysons lawyer?

  • @jarin12ga
    @jarin12ga 11 років тому

    Well that's all there was back then.What did you wan't tyson to do???He beat the best in his area end of story!!!He was the best fighter in his prime.NOBODY today would stand a chance.Because of one fact!!You could not hit the old mike tyson.After he got out of jail ,he was a slow flat footed fighter.That was his end!!!His prime was over then.

    Im training to fight and I wanna adopt the exact same style of Tyson. The same techniques to intimidate and mentally have my oppenent beat before the bell the rings and believing it and ur opennent can see that fire in ur eyes burnin and he knows he has no chance. I love to fight. Nothing excites me more than to fight and to do it like the guy had just killed my mother.

    all that mike tyson only fought bums that some sports reporters (and you) have been saying is not true, he fought alot of quality fighters - frank bruno 2 - razor ruddock - berbick - spinks - holmes - biggs and many more and was dominating those guys, to say those guys where bums is crazy, and those who say it dont know shit about boxing !

  • @tuz345

    get your facts straight boy. Cassius Clay changed his name to Muhammad Ali because of his change of faith and because of the influence that Malcolm X had on him. He changed his name 3 years before he publicly spoke about why he was not going to fight in the Vietnam War. Dodging the draft was not a factor in his name change.

  • @chinguidinsky

    It's really hard to keep track of everything that is happening with your career, especially at 21. A lot a people get fucked over. So when they have kids and they decide to be boxers, their boxer dad's protect them from all the corruption. But everybody wants to fuck you over.

    Tyson's soul of a fighter died the day Cus did (the only real father he ever knew, trusted and loved) ... it's sad because if he didn't this man would have become the greatest fighter of all time!

  • @thehitchrules

    Disagree .
    Tyson's fighting style did not lend well to longevity or a long boxing career . His was a short blaze . Yes , he went in to self destruct mode but if you listen to many boxing experts Tyson wouldn't have had a long boxing career .

  • @Bakekush

    If they're fired by her they're biased & plenty of documentaries are biased but Tyson as he admits wasn't smart with money so she might have been doing that for both their sakes not cause she married him for his money.

  • @Lilyanna298
    @Lilyanna298 11 років тому

    Those are biased in Tysons favor. How do you think he'd come across if someone made a documentary about her where her people were interviewed. Find an unbiased source that states that for a fact & you'll have point.
