yh. thats what most of the suggestions are. but i think the waiting time depends on the person using the minoxidil some people are sensitive to the product others are not. some experiences some side effects when they apply it right away after the rolling sessions whiles others dont. for me i didn’t experience any side effects by applying it right away after rolling sessions and iv seen the results i wanted. so if you are someone who doesnt experience any side effects i think theres no need to wait 24hrs

no you not suppose to use it everyday. at most twice a week because you have to allow your skin to recover
