  • Dive deep into the complex history of Black people in America with our latest podcast debate. In this episode, we explore two contrasting viewpoints on the origins of African Americans and the roots of slavery in America.
One perspective argues that Black people are descendants of Africans who were forcibly brought to America as slaves. This narrative delves into the transatlantic slave trade, the Civil War, and pivotal moments in African American history, including Juneteenth and the ongoing struggle for civil rights.
On the other side of the debate, an alternative viewpoint posits that Black people are indigenous to America, tracing their ancestry back to pre-colonial times. This perspective challenges conventional narratives, suggesting that slavery stemmed from the conquest of Indigenous peoples and their subsequent enslavement as prisoners of war.
Join us as we unpack these contrasting perspectives, delving into American history, Black history, and the broader debate on race and identity. Whether you're interested in the complexities of American history, the origins of race, or the ongoing discourse surrounding Black identity, this podcast episode offers valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of the slavery debate.

An Inquiry Into the Distinctive Characteristics of the Aboriginal Race of America
    by Samuel George Morton
It cannot be questioned that physical diversities do occur, equally singular and inexplicable, as seen in different shades of color, varying from a fair tint to a complexion almost black; and this too under circumstances in which climate can have little or no influence. So also in reference to stature, the differences are remarkable in entire tribes which, more over, are geographically proximate to each other. These facts, however, are mere exceptions to a general rule, and do not alter the peculiar physiognomy of the Indian, which is as undeviatingly characteristic as that of the Negro; for whether we see him in the athletic Charib or the stunted Chayma, in the dark Californian or the fair Borroa, he is an Indian still.

I am saying what our people have always said. If you have that african in you. That is a rare occasion and you are not us. Much like today it is rare to find any of our people mixing with some africans. Or carribeans or latinos or white. We generally mix with our own. Do you know what "Indian" Bread is? We all have the Native Americans to thank for corn bread. Its humble beginnings can be traced back to the Indians that the European settlers came in contact with when they first arrived in America. However, it stands to reason that the Native Americans have been making corn bread long before that.
The Indians used corn ground into meal and flour for years in their cooking.
Peep how slick they are with the words. Kill the Indian save the man is real. They gave our shit to "natives"
      *American Indian Corn Bread
A very popular dish to this day and also a very common food among many( Native American tribes) is the delicious "American Indian" corn bread. The Native Americans made the American Indian corn bread from ground corn, salt and water

@@TshirtKingsElyon She cannot prove that unless she came from Africa. Ask her what part of the continent and what is the name of the tribe and has she met any relatives from over there. These pan-Africans are grifters who are working with the enemy to validate the lie. And the idea was created by yt folks/youwish people just like the NAACP and all other organizations that deal with us the indigenous people of this land. "It's time for Black people to stop playing the sperating game of geography, of where the slave ship put us down. We must concentrate on where the slave ship picked us up... African's in the America's must remember that the slave ships brought no West Indies, no Caribbean's, no Jamaicans or Trinidadians or Barbadians to this Hemisphere. The slave ships brought only African people and most of us took the semblance of Nationality from Places where slave ships Dropped us off." By Dr.John Henrik Clarke
