The way you present your meals is just so calming and appealing to me. I’m all about presentation and you nail it every time.
Having C19 for over a month messed my body up so bad I would go days without eating, then binge eat. I am getting back on track and eating through your cook book the rest of the year to get back right.
Have you thought about juicing veggies and fruits. Juicing 90% veggies and 10% fruit is really good for the body. You're still getting all the nutrients your body needs while dealing with any illness. Juicing is perfect when you don't have an appetite.

Yes! I can proudly say that I love my results on not eating meats. I am slowly headed to vegan train but what’s stopping me is fresh eggs, if you want to become vegan, Trader Joe’s is a great place to start! I start to make my own recipes and started to eat veggies grown from my own garden! Thanks for encouragement over the years! Be blessed sis! 💜💜💜

Because I've Noticed While Still Eating Dairy Products. I Been Having Problems With Mucus In My Body, and I Was Told That It Come From Eating Dairy and Animals Flesh and Blood ( Meats). Hated brussel sprouts as a kid but love them now also roasted or air fry and seasoned w/ salt, pepper, garlic then drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar reduction when finished. So good! Great receipes, thanks for sharing!

i am healing neurological symptoms on medical medium protocols! i have come a long way since 2019 when i was in a lot of pain. now i am just trying to clear up brain fog, which is my last remaining serious neuro symptom, but have made good progress with that too so i wouldn't even class it as so serious any more since it rarely ruins my day any more and i can feel my productivity improving (although it did used to be serious). so happy to see you doing the celery juice!

I've made a few of your dishes and i try to buy the ingredients and seasonings you use and so it'll also taste right too because your food always look good 🤣 🤣 but me and Quinoa and Onions we may never become Friends 🤣 🤣. The foods and seasonings that i eat now i would've never thought would be this Delicious 🥑🥑. I'm still learning the different Organic and Vegan foods but i'm having fun along the way ❤️ ❤️. Your videos are what made me change my eating Lifestyle. Since i stopped eating meats, sweets, and junk food to last a Lifetime i've noticed a big difference in my body and weightloss and i no longer wake up sick from what i ate the day before.
Now i know i'm not the only one who wouldn't touch a brussel sprout now i do eat them. After watching your Vegan videos i've made a Lifetime Committment to eating healthier and not late in the evening and i feel so much better. STAY SAFE EVERYONE. GOD BLESS.

yea anytime i eat celery my bloating goes down fast. usually only have juice mixed in like a pressed juice (brand - w other juices)
Don't give up on the bread, try grilling it in the pan with a little vegan butter (it's the one with the red top.) After toasting/grilling it add your mayo to the grilled bun and create your burger..
