Despite having a tough exterior and strict demeanor, Gordon Ramsay has a heart of gold and is a true English gentleman 15:19-16:33 Nikki is my all time favorite Hell’s Kitchen contestant 🤩
Gordon is an incredible chef, who expects perfection. His angry moments are because these “chefs” push him too far, but Gordon is a genuinely wonderful and nice person, and every time he let these chefs kept their jackets, that’s the ultimate sign of respect you could get from Gordon. Met Gordon in Seattle once, and he’s a great person to talk to and asked him about a few recipes and was happy to talk to me about them and give me tips.
Sterling always gets me. He killed the wholes season but needed a couple years of fine dining and bregade cooking to run a 5 star restaurant. Talent was there, needed a touch more experience.
Sterling's positive vibes literally came through the screen! It was really strange for tears to flow for me. Especially from a television show. 📺 True tears of joy because I was truly entertained and of sadness as he left. Knowing what he has done for family, friends and his community makes me rejoice! 🙏
Yeahhh, I went searching through the comments to see if anyone else mentioned this. It's kinda strange though because I'm assuming it's a term of endearment rather than an insult or something. It can kinda go both ways. I'm not sure what their relationship was on that show - haven't watched full episodes for the series, but I think it's very memorable
@@violentquacking7342 In this case, they had locked horns a few times. Robyn felt Milly wasn't contributing much during punishments, if anything at all. During one punishment, he was eating leftovers from a challenge, much to her annoyance, and he tanked a couple of times in services and challenges, which affected her positioning during the competition. So it's safe to say that Milly frustrated Robyn a fair few times.
I have to say one of my favourite parts of this was how the blue team stood up and clapped clearly out of respect for Ji as she was wheeled out and she definitely deserved it
I know Ramsey is hard on this show, but clips like this and his other shows show time and time again he has a big heart. I have watched so many times where he has helped individuals with a job, funding her education or like here to contact him when they are ready for the next step. He is and always will be, the most amezing celebrity chef I know.
You should watch a video I stumbled across entitled "Unnecessary Hell's Kitchen video." It was made by a British woman who watched the US version. It is awesome! She breaks down her favorites, the good, the bad, and the ugly! Also attempts the Blind Taste Test with her boyfriend. Her reaction to Sterling is great!
Im still upset that Gordon picked Amber over Nikki for real lmao Nikki was definitely better, but I’m happy that Gordon gave her basically something like a wnd place prize in the end 💕
The biggest what-if in the history of Hell’s Kitchen at the beginning. And Colleen’s “THANK YOU CHEF!” made my blood boil. In that very moment in front of everyone she showed her true colors. A complete lack of empathy or shame.
Sterling is the kind of person I aspire to be in the face of difficult obstacles that are insurmountable in that moment....pure class, dignity and acceptance
I preferred Gordon eliminating Sterling from the season instead of his own teammates putting him up for elimination. Not that I think Sterling couldn’t handle it, but personally I’d rather hear from a mentor that I am not ready to move forward and remove me from a competition, than have my own peers backstab me towards the end of it.
Damn it was only 15 times I thought it was more, it felt like it. Considering it there have been so many seasons, hundreds of contestants. It must of been a symbol of respect/honour for that specific chef for something they did and their hard work. Respect to Gordon
the fact that elise was allowed to keep her jacket in both her seasons AND also having the most overall nominations with 12 is baffling. she will forever be the most toxic contestant to ever grace this show.

I always rooted for Jillian in season 8, in my opinion she was the better chef over both Russell and Nona. It always makes me a little sad whenever I watch her elimination, but nice of Ramsay to let her keep her jacket. She deserved it!
Russell was the best chef in the season by far. His skills all competition were unmatched. Unfortunately his attitude was his biggest downfall My opinion on the show is that it's mostly fixed. They have a winner picked out before hand and unless something goes horribly wrong, that person wins. I honestly think Russell was supposed to win but in that moment, Gordon bucked tradition and said "I can't". Russell was too much.
Steve: “ Steve still has a lot to learn. Unfortunately, tonight he learned that silence in the kitchen isn’t golden. It’s goodbye.” Brynn: “ Brynn definitely has what it takes to become a great chef. Once she learns how to control her emotions, I know she will get there.” Sommer:” There’s no doubt in my mind that Sommer is going to do great things in this industry. She’s definitely VIP in my book.”
I loved her! She was awesome. In my opinion, she's proof that in this digital age, with UA-cam, Facebook, cable shows and such, Nikki is proof that there's enough fine dining technique demos, that one can learn to be a successful. With a palate, a business sense, creativity, skillls, and determination a person can carve out a niche in the restaurant business.
I keep thinking that Nikki would’ve been third at least. She cooked beautifully and always stood her ground after the first service. Amber walked around thinking the world owed her something while Nikki fought for everything. I hope Gordon brings her back for another season because then I bet Nikki would win.
I´m sure Gordon knew that certain contestants deserved their jacket like Tommy, Sade, Cyndie, Rochelle. Maybe he limits giving them just to have them ready in the size for contestants of upcoming seasons.
Still pissed off that Tommy from Season 9 didn’t get to keep his jacket. He not only was light years more respectable and honorable than the person who actually did, but was the most improved chef across his season.

2) Milly
3) Ji
The ones I respect the most:
1) Ji
2) Motto
Volunteered to give up their shot and saved their teammates. Truly respectable.
I agree. But I would add Sterling too to the ones I respect the most.
I agree. It’s just such a battle for that black jacket that once you earn it, you’ve impressed Gordon. However to keep a red or blue jacket you’ve done something exceptional to earn Gordon’s respect.
The ones that make me maddest:
1) Elise
Ji made me tear up 😭 she has a good heart ❤
How she ended up in a wheelchair what happened to her?
@@kepler104 I think she hurt her ankle and it kept getting worse and worse the whole night even though she tried to fight through it
@@kepler104she broke her ankle slipping in grease during either the first or second service, able to get through the service but she was in excruciating pain the whole time
Ankle breaks r no joke
When chef lets you keep the jacket its major respect
Cant spell Elise without L
The fact she made it to the final 3 is a war crime, let alone her keeping her jacket
Hi Carrie
Nah jk I agree
Seeing Elise cry will always put a smile on my face
You are not the only one.
Gordon Ramsay to the audience: let's make her watch the others "die" first, before I get to "hang" her before the finals.
Especially on Season 17 Finale when she cried to see Michelle won
I wish she would have gotten eliminated episode 1 both seasons. i would have loved to see her throw a trantrum
But elise kept her black jacket
Sterling got something nobody in Hell’s kitchen got to quote him “I may not have won Hells kitchen but I won chef Ramsay’s heart”
Man, Sterling getting eliminated still hurts but warms my heart cuz they genuinely loved him
This UA-cam channel is the real winner for posting a spoiler warning at 12:20 for the Season 18 watchers, big love!
The didn't. That was already in the content.
@@drmayeda1930 You didn't get the point, did you?
@@drmayeda1930 The channel took the clips from the various shows and edited them into this compilation. They then added the spoiler warning. The channel created this content. So yes, they do deserve our thanks for the warning.

OOps, I misread the comment. I thought it was referring to YT the company, not the channel owner.
Also would have been helpful to put a disclaimer that spoilers would be discussed in the comments section as well…..
bret and motto were fucking soldiers in the kitchen taking the blame and never talking back to chef absolutley legends
I’m still pissed that Elise got to keep her jacket in BOTH her seasons!
Yo
Wanna play splatoon?
y
@BUMBLE BEE has splatoon in his pfp
Gordon is Elise's biggest fan, there's nothing else to it.
The fact they didn’t show Heidi keeping her jacket just tells you how bad of a season 16 was
Ironic cause she was the one I was routing for.
They already showed s18 and s19 but never uploaded s16
@@ReyKaf If they can show the toxicity of both of the teams on Season 15 and show the worst Blue Team ever on Season 11 , maybe someday they will show Season 16. But so far, we haven't seen the full clips of Season 7,8,9, 10 & 17 either.
The thing was Heidi was a pretty good chef I remember her being way better than Heather
@@Zachmand3r Ik man
Gordon hugs are like hugs from Batman, it's rare but when it happens it can melt even the coldest of hearts.
Any chef that takes home a jacket. i see as him showing them this ultimate respect. and his way of saying "Dont stop, keep going down this road, you have potential "
Love it when Gordon Ramsey does this, nothing but major respect. I really loved this Compilation.
Despite having a tough exterior and strict demeanor, Gordon Ramsay has a heart of gold and is a true English gentleman
15:19-16:33 Nikki is my all time favorite Hell’s Kitchen contestant 🤩
*Scottish
Also Ji's departure and sterling made me cry
Sterling's positive vibes literally came through the screen! It was really strange for tears to flow for me. Especially from a television show. 📺
True tears of joy because I was truly entertained and of sadness as he left.
Knowing what he has done for family, friends and his community makes me rejoice! 🙏
Gordon can be a chef with passion not only for food but for up coming chefs
“I’ll see you on the street milly” actually went hard
10:49 time stamp for reference
She does remember the height difference?
Not when you are quarter the size of the guy you are saying it to 😂
I love how you can actually see true raw emotion (unedited) on Gordon’s face when Motto is leaving
This just shows that Gordon Ramsey isnt tough for the sake of being tough, but how compassionate he is about his profession.
1:26 Robert was the first to stand and clap which just proves he was the best contestant on the blue team, possibly even ever
Definitely not the best ever
I have to say one of my favourite parts of this was how the blue team stood up and clapped clearly out of respect for Ji as she was wheeled out and she definitely deserved it
I know Ramsey is hard on this show, but clips like this and his other shows show time and time again he has a big heart. I have watched so many times where he has helped individuals with a job, funding her education or like here to contact him when they are ready for the next step. He is and always will be, the most amezing celebrity chef I know.
Sterling leaving was the hardest one.
Ji was so awesome, the way she left was so touching
Im still upset that Gordon picked Amber over Nikki for real lmao
Nikki was definitely better, but I’m happy that Gordon gave her basically something like a wnd place prize in the end 💕
While Nikki kept her jacket, Amber did NOT! I call that poetic Justice! 😉
Raj should've been able to keep his jacket. He's a karate master who has literally cooked thousands and thousands and thousands of pieces of salmon
You forgot about Jon Scallion season 11 he missed out on the finale but he probably got the best praise from Ramsay
Jon was the goat. Carried his team so hard his back broke.
You know youre beloved when every other person is crying when youre sent home. Sterling is such a gem
The biggest what-if in the history of Hell’s Kitchen at the beginning.
And Colleen’s “THANK YOU CHEF!” made my blood boil. In that very moment in front of everyone she showed her true colors. A complete lack of empathy or shame.
fr, wonder where it would have went if Ji remained. Shame she never came back in a later season.
Chef Gordon Ramsay's hugs look like they could cure something.
This
Cody not hugging that lady was some next level diss and I enjoyed it.😂😂
The most emotional part of this is how pure and warm his heart remained and when someone is genuinely loving and pure you want them to win! 7:11
Damn it was only 15 times I thought it was more, it felt like it. Considering it there have been so many seasons, hundreds of contestants. It must of been a symbol of respect/honour for that specific chef for something they did and their hard work. Respect to Gordon
This video did not show all of them.
@@Hovergoat_Guy I think it did, unless you can name an additional quantity.
@@MikeyAngling Jon, Season 11.
Michelle, Season 14.

@@Hovergoat_Guy that’s not a significant amount more though really is it. Lol
“You’ll always be 💯 to me.” Dear god, I just about lost it. 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Sterling is what I think about when I think of the phrase "southern hospitality." There's a guy who's just happy to be alive.
Sterling is the prime example of Southern Comfort
The fact that Elise of all people managed to crawl her way to the final three still BAFFLES me to this DAY
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A COMPILATION LIKE THIS
the fact that elise was allowed to keep her jacket in both her seasons AND also having the most overall nominations with 12 is baffling. she will forever be the most toxic contestant to ever grace this show.

I love these moments! Gordon Ramsay has such a generous personality!
Wow I didn't realise I clicked on a try not to cry compilation
Exactly! Seeing Elsie from Season 1 and Julia from Season 3, I would have needed a BOX of tissues after this!!🙏
Lol! Right?!
Ji’s elimination always makes me cry
Ramsay is a sweetheart and always has a good side to his savage behavior, respect for this man always in my life
Sterling was the one I remembered the most ❤
Channel admin/video editor a real one, thanks for the heads up regarding the spoilers!
10:39 I love how the other 4 were like "Yo, where's our hug?"
13:14 you hear even chef ramsey`s voice go to sadness at the choice motto makes for the betterment of his own home town
I always rooted for Jillian in season 8, in my opinion she was the better chef over both Russell and Nona. It always makes me a little sad whenever I watch her elimination, but nice of Ramsay to let her keep her jacket. She deserved it!
I'd say Nona for sure! Russell was more polished. Too bad he was a donkey!😂
Russell was the best chef in the season by far. His skills all competition were unmatched. Unfortunately his attitude was his biggest downfall
My opinion on the show is that it's mostly fixed. They have a winner picked out before hand and unless something goes horribly wrong, that person wins. I honestly think Russell was supposed to win but in that moment, Gordon bucked tradition and said "I can't". Russell was too much.
Jillian was too good for Russel anyway
Sterling, Robin, Millie, Bret and Motto were some of my absolute favorites
Steve: “ Steve still has a lot to learn. Unfortunately, tonight he learned that silence in the kitchen isn’t golden. It’s goodbye.”
Brynn: “ Brynn definitely has what it takes to become a great chef. Once she learns how to control her emotions, I know she will get there.”
Sommer:” There’s no doubt in my mind that Sommer is going to do great things in this industry. She’s definitely VIP in my book.”
Heidi: Heidi is a very talented chef with a bright future, but it will not be at Yardbird in Las Vegas.
Nikki was so deserving of a black jacket.
Nikki deserved it more than Amber
@@rewto5131 Amber is still wondering why kori didn't pick her for her team.
I keep thinking that Nikki would’ve been third at least. She cooked beautifully and always stood her ground after the first service. Amber walked around thinking the world owed her something while Nikki fought for everything. I hope Gordon brings her back for another season because then I bet Nikki would win.
i'm from new hampshire, and it's so beyond awesome for this little tiny state to be represented by nikki. she's definitely the best of us
When they said stop crying they weren’t saying it to be mean. They said it because they were proud of that person.

Try not to Cry Challenge (Hell's Kitchen Edition, Impossible)
I already cried from the 1st one
Thank you so much for giving us a spoiler alert on Season 18, I really want to see it for myself when the clips are posted!
Jennifer to Robyn: “You better fucking win!”
Immediate next clip; Robyn goes home
I´m sure Gordon knew that certain contestants deserved their jacket like Tommy, Sade, Cyndie, Rochelle. Maybe he limits giving them just to have them ready in the size for contestants of upcoming seasons.
Their names are embroided on the jackets. That'd only be useful if another contestant coincidentally shared both the same size and name.
@@HESHRocketWarhead Embroided names can be erased from clothes. Specially if they are stitched.
@@akuseru3740 But is it worth the effort when they can just get new ones made even easier?
Injury is by far worst way to leave but one leaveing by wheel chair was honestly on board to win, she should cone back for a season
Still pissed off that Tommy from Season 9 didn’t get to keep his jacket. He not only was light years more respectable and honorable than the person who actually did, but was the most improved chef across his season.
I agree. He was the only chef who had Jennifer's back. I thought Paul and Will were totally wrong!
Tommy wasn't that good of a chef
He knows who put the most effort or did sacrifices to keep their jackets. Honestly that’s awesome
Gordon Ramsay always comes off as a hard ass because of the show but when it comes right down to it, he sees the potential in people and I’m very rare occasions does the help that potential. Gordon Ramsay is my number to favourite chef ever
