Was actually really impressed with how Danmerrrrrrrrr played during his time at LATB, didn't really seem to put a foot wrong the entire week. He absolutely crushed the ring games, always value betting/trapping the best of it and folding the worst of it. He may be a tad too cocky about his status in the NLHU online community but imho the sims seem to be working, got a lotta respect for him as a player. I get that you're probs laying it on a bit hard here for the sake of video banter and bragging but ya coulda thrown him a bone here and said he at least played kinda decent during the week Doug. YA BIG BULLY :P

Hey Doug. I was a cash pro for about 10 years, then quit then the wife gave me an ultimatum about 12 years ago. I guess being on tour 9-10 months a year isn’t conducive to a marriage. Lol. I have sent several people I know to you when they want me to teach them more in-depth about NLHE and PLO. I respect your play, ability and especially how you break things down. As you would probably agree, the game has changed a lot now a days compared to when I was playing full time. People are way more aggressive and bluff much more often than years ago (I believe because of online players transitioning to live play). I think your instruction and explanations are some of the best there is out there. I also hear from friends who are still grinding it out that you’re a gentleman. Keep up the good work.

if anyone is experiencing light sensitivity it's because one, you look at your monitor too often and most importantly your brightness is too high. I also use a blue light & UV blocker that covers the screen. It's a rigid plastic that hangs on top of the monitor. I know what I am talking about I recently went through this process. I bring this up because Doug is squinting his eyes. One can purchase these blockers online for as low 49.00. There are others they sell for four times as much. Eye redness will go away, eye fatigue, headaches, dry eye, yup that's right.

DP NOBODY explains and breaks down hands the wat you do. You explain how different flops vs your possible hands in a given situation plays and the thinking behind various betting sizes/strategies.
This is why IMO I'd rather hear your analysis than anyone I've seen either on UA-cam or TV.

Doug, when you're checking back here attempting to induce an opportunity for a bluff, and say an 8/blank comes on the river, followed by a jam are you just committing to going broke against a 7/910 so that you can stack a Jx or an 8/10?
If you bet turn and your opponent continues to flat with a 7 and checks to you on the river it seems like you could check back and lose some value on a Jx but hedge yourself against getting stacked by a 9/10 or a 7.
I seem to crush games for hours only to take massive losses when these critical hands occur with a stack on the line.
Doug Polk might be the only person who can effectively slow roll on the internet

Not that terrible of a play imo Doug could be 4 betting 8s-10s easy and be stabbing the flop with Ace High at times too as Dan doesn’t block all Ax combos, just unfortunate that Doug made a good play checking the turn leading to Dan thinking his hand was good running into an overpair. But I don’t think Doug is calling off an extra 13k with Ace high type of hands maybe with 8s-10s it’s close but I think Dan prob made a mistake hamming river especially with a Queen Kicker
