They should learn how to eat in a restaurant or anywhere else...so many noises too much food in the spoon you don't speak with food in your mouth it's very rude to do it! Bring me in a restaurant and I can tell who isn't French just watching how they eat...!
Andy just fully acting out his impulsive thoughts and straight up drinking the chocolate sauce was the highlight of this video for me 😂
Andy was channeling my mom. I am sure of it. She would probably have done the same given half a chance. One day, my husband and I took my mom and his dad out to dinner, and mom, hubby, and myself had their choc nut sundae for dessert. They bring you a small jug with the chocolate sauce so you can put on as much as you want. After we finished our ice cream, there was still a good amount of chocolate sauce left in each jug, so mom poured it all into her sundae glass and ate it all. The glass was almost full. The lady was a total chocoholic.

What makes this channel so wholesome is that instead of constantly surrounding themselves with celebrities/influencers as their popularity skyrocketed, Josh/Ollie brought their friends along for the ride. Absolutely wonderful to watch the reactions of the camera crew to such amazing experiences.

out of all the foodie episodes from both channels, this is the first one where I am truly jealous of your experience. Never before have you both been this speechless and elated with the food offerings!! That silence expresses volumes about the quality of the desserts!! i have tried a lot of desserts but french pastries remain unmatched to me even though i've been having them since i was a kid. it just tastes like heaven there's no better way to describe it. i can guarantee they aren't overreacting lol

Nowadays I live in the Netherlands, and I do really miss French desserts (': ... They have an expression here that translates as "to eat like a God in France" to say they've eaten delicious foods 🤭

Food is definitely something we love, respect , take very seriously and keep talking about. I had my first ( and only) champagne sabayon in a reputed restaurant back in 1982 or 83, and still crave for some more.

The best things about these kind of videos also is when you see the joy on the face of the chef when he sees how you guys react about basically being in heaven eating the amazing food the chef made. It is an amazing feeling when somebody finds real bliss from something you cooked.
Huge props to Thibault for serving up such amazing food with such humble charm.
Also I absolutely love that they get the crew in on trying most of the food now; got the whole Jolly family involved.

i love that JOLLY includes their crew when it comes to tasting the dishes presented to them at different restaurants. not a lot of other channels showcase their crew in videos (in general), and it's so nice to see the crew get to experience the wonderful foods that Josh and Ollie eat in these videos. warms my heart. keep up the great work everyone! sending much love.

I found your channel when out of work sick. I couldn’t read or watch tv. Your channel made me smile, laugh and pass the time. As I got better, I continued. I am now a jolly bean and watched all of Korean Englishman too. I’m learning a third language on Duolingo and taking a class (Italian) and I added Korean. Thank you both for being who you are.

When I went to Culinary School the first thing our Chef instructor said was all food can trace their dishes to French Culinary techniques and ingredients with few exceptions. Did I mention he was an American who went to Le Cordon Bleu in Paris? My Pastry Chef went to Le Cordon Bleu also, but he was British. That meant he took less abuse.

I went to Paris and Le Parisien after watching this video, and I can tell you that my reaction after smelling and then tasting that dessert wine, was exactly the same as Ollie's 😍😂
Ive been under a lot stress recently and struggle with eating and when it's especially hard, I watch you guys eating while eating myself! It helps so much. It's such a pleasure seeing you enjoy your food. Love you, Jolly!
Fyi Pineau des Charentes is not only a beautiful appéritif but is one of the best "wines" to pair with cheeses. I would definitely bet Ollie's father would love it while indulging on an aged Roquefort or Stilton 😊.

No but it will likely be phenomenal anyway. The French bakery in my city is by far the best. France and pastries truly are next level. I went there as a teen and even their regular bread in regular ranked hotels is still the best I've ever had in my life. DO IT!

French pastries are really the best and I have travel and try food in a lot of countries. It’s always too sweet, too stodgy or bold (not that French pastries are healthy lol but just so balanced).
You should definitely go try some of them and viennoiseries as well !! The best. I really want to try the chef’s Thibault ones look so yummy
