Thank you for sharing. I was told yesterday that I’m a candidate for this procedure. I’m sad and happy at the same time! Sad and embarrassed that it’s true but grateful there’s an option to restore my confidence. I’m 52 and pray I have many more years to celebrate!
I’ve recently had all on 6 both arches. I’m very happy with outcome but this is a very honest assessment of what to expect. For me it is life changing cosmetically but they are prosthetics which will never replicate the feel of natural teeth. Well done sir for telling it as it is as opposed to the normal sales talk we get from just about every other source. Bottom line is I would do it again in a heartbeat but be aware it is not without issues
@@dreammr64lynn24check out done in one in Boca Raton. Four days from now im getting my tops and bottom extracted. They put in the implants same day. The second day you use 3 d printed temporaries, and you make changes for where they look. The day after that you try new 3D printed teeth and make more changes if necessary. Tops and bottoms cost $33,000. They cover everything. If you need all on sixes it's included. The standard is all on four. Everything is included. Bone grafting, is included if needed for instance. 5-year warranty on anything that makes you not want to smile. Once a year cleanings for a few years, then only every few years after that. They don't do ivy sedation, they do oral and let you take another pill if you need. They are unbelievably nice, and I felt no pressure or judgment. The consultation is free. You get your final teeth on day 7 or 8. The most expensive zirconia teeth that you can buy. On top of that it's much cheaper than most dental offices. I can't recommend them enough
@@dreammr64lynn24 depends where you are. im going to an expert here in my country who traveled the world and is well known for all on procedures, and im paying 16k euros for zirconia teeth for full mouth with temporarys, all teeth taken out and 4 implants on top 4 on bottom, in the US for example you'd need atleast 40-50k for the same thing. and in my country there are much cheaper ones too for like 10k or less, and in some countries im sure you can get them even cheaper.
@@dreammr64lynn24 In the US they quoted me at multiple places around Vegas for 50k or more. I do have a lot of bone loss and my case is special. I opted to travel to Turkey and do it there. All together it is around $12k for the procedure only which included extracting of all teeth top and bottom. 6 implants on the bottom (Medigma Bio Titanium which is a very high quality German implants) 7 implants on the top. Also included in this price was double sinus lift. Bone grafting, alot of bone grafting... My temporary teeth and my real teeth which are 28 teeth 14 upper and 14 lower, esthetic Zirconia. The Zirconia material is very strong and I recommend it over porcelain or any other material for the teeth themelf. Now on top of the $12k you have airplane tickets and hotel I came with my wife so I had to pay 2k for tickets and 1k for hotel for 7 nights at Marriot. After 6 months I still have to come back for my final teeth and that's another 2k in airplane tickets and 10 nights $1200. It takes longer the 2nd time as they will finalize your teeth and everything has to be perfect. All in all around 17-20k
This is my first time with temporary upper denture plate till my permanent denture is completed. Every step you explained was exactly what I went through. I hated every moment. I have an overbite so the top denture did hang over my bottom teeth. They were too wide for my mouth and sat well back inside the back of my gums. I couldn't breathe, speak, eat or swallow properly. I cried. It was awful. I had to go back to the denture clinic to get them adjusted. After that episode, it was comfortable enough to chew and my dentist told me to keep wearing them so I get use to them. It's a great idea to have that conversation with one's dentist. My permanent denture is done in stages which I'm grateful for because any issues along the way are dealt with immediately. He's doing a terrific job to date. Just like you explaining the unexpected things that can happen. Thank you for your expertise advice and explanations. It helped me understand my situation better. From Australia Have subscribed
I went to Turkey 2021 and had all on 4 top and bottom, went back again 2022 to have my Zirconium Crowns, Yes Zirconium crowns !. Total cost including both flights and a gorgeous hotel for 3 weeks actually everything included came under £9000 . I had a lovely holiday as well. I'm so pleased with them honestly it's changed my life beautiful smile and confidence . I was quoted here in the UK £ 35,000 and that's not with Zirconium teeth which are the best . What more can i say.
I just finished my trip back from Cancun, Mexico Dentics full mouth all on 6. Don't go by yourself, my mistake. I could not be happier except for a little lisp I am working through the temporaries. Please have it done. It is life changing.
I just got home from having my implants placed and the teeth put in in Cancun too. I’m not real happy with the treatment I received. I feel that the teeth could look much better. Also, I was still in the dentist’s chair until 1 a.m. the morning that I had to leave. In hindsight, I would have lied about the date I was leaving. I’d hoped to have them put in and have a chance to wear them before I left. I was there for a week before I was seen. Mexican time moves much slower than in the U.S.
As someone who is getting ready to probably have this done I want to thank you for this video it's very informative. In fact I consider it to be a must watch for anyone who is thinking of all on four procedure

Thank you Dr. Gurs, your information was very simple to non-doctors, understandable, relaxed, and 100% clear. I'm before the "big process", and now I try to understand and ACCEPT it in my mind the loss of my OWN teeth, and the replacement also.
Thanks Doc for this video. I decided to pass on implants and all on 4s partly because of your videos. My dentist was able to use 7 good teeth on the bottom to anchor a beautiful porcelin bridge. Keeping this clean takes a ot of time and commitment-but no more than if it was all on 4. That is where i decided to spend my $. My dentist had to make them long and eventually there will be a gap between my gums and the pontics. This would look horrible on the top but unless i am walking around with my lower lip pulled down-, it will be fine. I was ok with getting a good fitting conventional upper denture if my bottom teeth were solid. Even with the challenges and all the pros and cons-This was the best workable solution for me. Not everyone needs or wants a Ferarri. Sometimes a nice Toyota Camry with some extras is enough. I appreciate what you say about managing expectations. That sure helped me make my decision. My dentist and oral surgeon were wonderful. But i went to see several- to hear their ideas before i found a team that fit. Spending a few hundred dollars for consultations was well worth it to find what I needed. .Thanks for all your videos.
I confess that I just stumbled on this by accident - fortunately, I have my gnashers and they're in good shape, I had no idea what this procedure was. But I have to say that I found your talk fascinating, and so well explained, authoritative and reassuring. Your patients are fortunate to have you sir!
I am 9 days post surgery from my all on four treatments. I can’t thank you enough for this video! Watching this has answered so many concerns/questions I had.
I am struggling with this problem. It is significant problems. Haven't had solid food in 2 years. Can't speak, they immediately made me look ten years older. I do not produce saliva. It has caused a large number of health issues. Five sets, all have 5 have broken. My lips are scarred, my jaws are completely out of line. I cannot sing anymore. No compassion to repair the damage that ruined my life. The specialists I have seen have all said the implants were placed wrong, my jaws were broken during the process, my lips were intentionally cut and I Couldn't work for 7 months after the procedure. However, they all wanted to charge me the same amount t as the original implants cost, over 100k. What a shame that they are more concerned about the money than the person.
I am so sorry and hope someone hears your story and will help you. Removable dentures have been around for decades. They are covered by dental insurance. With lots of slick ads we have convinced people. They are lousy the only way you can have the perfect smile. Is with implants and people. Take out loans with high interest. Or home equity lines of credit. To get those implants. Never bothering to warn them. That this is major oral surgery. There are risks of complications. Leaving people to suffer both emotionally and financially. Is not the kind or decent thing to do. Makes me upset.

@@drgurssehmi Hello Dr Sehmi, I wish I could get my new teeth arch fitted by you! I am suing a clinic abroad for Dental Malpractice. On 22 Sept I had my 'permanent' All On Four lower teeth fitted. However, I remarked to the dentist at the time, that the teeth didn't look quite right. He replied that it was because I had just had surgery, and they hadn't settled into place yet.... After returning home I learned the truth, that the prosthesis is too small, not wide enough for my jaw, and has been pushed back. I now have a marked Overbite. There is not enough space for my tongue, affecting my speech, also I cannot eat properly etc, etc. While I wait for the ensuing legal proceedings, I am getting more anxious by the day to get this arch removed from my jaw. Can you please tell me, is this prosthesis in the process of causing me permanent jaw damage/recession? If so, how soon do you believe it needs to be removed by?
Very helpful to make me better understand the details as I happen to be in the phase of my upper jaw with the temporary in preparation for the final "All on 4" implant. I had the lower jaw done about 4 years ago. An important reason of having a Full Set of Dental Implants was my concern for my health to embark on this complex "project" given the bad state of my original teeth and gums. My teeth were falling and gums in bad state. Thank you Dr Gurs Sehmi for an excellent presentation.
Thank you Dr. Sehmi, over the past few years you have been a brilliant educator for people like me. Conservative, rational explanations are assuring as we make "educated decisions". Two years ago, almost, I was fortunate to get all-on-4 on upper and lower. I chose nano-ceramic for weight and durability. Where the process went unexpectedly out-of-this-world was when they revealed a new smile. What I'm talking about is I've always had a very narrow hard palate, so narrow my thumb didn't fit up there. I had an over bite and looked like I had a weak chin. With the new "choppers" I had a perfect bite, I can actually chew corn off of the cob, before I had to scrape my bottom teeth up. So I expected my original bite to be replicated as you infer here, but today I couldn't be happier. When I was young they wanted to break my jaw and rewire it, that was a no.
After taking a tree branch to my upper teeth while mountain biking, I had the whole top done under general anesthesia. They did six implant with bone grafts. Nearly no pain these guys were awesome. The one thing I insisted on was I still wanted my canines, the on doctor couldn’t understand why. I just pointed out if you want to see if someone has false teeth look for the points. The nurses were so awesome, the following week i sent all of them flowers, and a thank you card..
Its disgusting these uk dentists are allowed to price gouge like this.l nothing short of daylight robbery. Go to Turkey regardless of what he says or bulgaria . Im paying 6475 for top and bottom, temps, perms, xrays, 3D scans and medicine. X
Has anyone considered a bioimplant? The tooth is removed, and an exact replica of your tooth is pushed in, not drilled. They are also called root analogue implants. They use ceramic too - for people with metal allergies.
@@Natalie82170 It's about 3000 per tooth - the same as a regular implant on a tooth by tooth basis. However very few dentists do this. In theory - and I am not recommending this - you can have your tooth removed and a tooth pushed in from a deceased person and it would integrate perfectly well. Obviously dentists don't do this for ethical reasons.
@@robinluich6626 They are called root analogue implants. A company in Thailand called them bionic tooth implants. They are called bioimplants by a dentist in Austria. There isn't much online information about them, but the idea is very simple and straightforward. Hey! If you're sensitive to metals, consider ceramic or clear plastic braces, Invisalign aligners, or other metal-free dental restoration options like zirconia crowns and bridges.
There is a news video about a lady with all on 4 but she is allergic to one or more of the metals in the implant studs and her gums are constantly sore and painful... still wonder if she had them removed or not since she has been suffering for 11 years..
Oh that sounds awful. I had a friend who was having her spinal fusion at the same time I had mine. At the last minute she decided to get tested for different metals as she is fair skinned and was allergic to many things. In the end she had to fight to go to South America to get a porcelain fusion instead of steel. It saved her life.

I won a smile makeover 3 years ago and I received one dentist for the surgery he provided me with an amazing experience and amazing temporaries however the second dentist was less experienced and I ended up with a final that did not fit right and went through numerous appointments to try to make it align and now I'm sitting here with a bottom full arch that is cracked in half and now have to pay to get a new set of permanent ones done which I cannot afford...I'm so disheartened and don't know what to do uggh
I'm sitting here almost in tears seeing the before and after images. I lost most of my teeth due to long term medication treatments following an infection I caught from a patient I was treating. I am 52 years old, unable to eat most foods and when I do it's incredibly painful. I had great teeth before treatment for sepsis and reactive arthritis but 5 years of steroids have ruined them. I'm embarrassed to show my teeth and hide my broken smile behind my hand, people are far to quick to judge those of us that have less-than-perfect teeth. I hope to one day soon be able to have the all on 4 and regain my smile, confidence and the ability to eat with tearing or crushing gums. Thank you so my Dr. Gurs for clearly explaining things, this is part of my journey that one day I'll complete. All the best from Cornwall, and one medically retired former medic. Chris.
Dr Sehmi, I have a question. I currently have 6 implants on the top (individuals) , but due to medication my mother took, my existing real teeth are very brittle. One by one they are failing, with and without crowns. The implants are about 4 years old. Can a full set of upper dentures use the existing implants be possibly created, saving a little time and money?
As long as they're properly using the scanner, and the laboratory is taking their time. The temporaries should look a lot like the end results. What I mean by that is. The bite should be even the gum line will change from fine tuning each step. If the teeth are longer on one side or not centered, that is a sign of a rush to end the day. If just to hold the anchors in place. Then they're more concerned about. There end not your end. The price of these should always end up with your satisfaction from beginning to end
If you have most of your teeth but with a bunch of fillings is it better to get all of your teeth pulled and do this or just keep doing fillings and have a couple implants?
Why months? Plenty of dentists advertise the whole process done from start to finish in either a single day or a a couple of weeks, max. That's root, abutment, crown all done straight away. Turkey does all-on-six in one session. Not even temporaries, that I'm aware of.
My mom is in the process of having all on 6 on the upper teeth atm and she’s had everything removed so they can do the implants and the waiting time now is about 4 months and a half of healing .
@@Aljosef6366 I am also having all in 6 on bottom and all on 7 on top. The reason why some patients need all 6 or even all 8 is because of Bone loss. If you have like me severe periodontitis and most of your bone is gone then most likely you will need all in 6 + bone grafting + sinus lift which is opens space for even more bone grafting. The healing process for me is 6 months !. Thoose 1 day things you hear about is for ppl that have issues with their teeth alone not their gums and bone that hold teeth. If I was you I would also learn whats the difference between different dentist specialist like what is a periodontist , oral surgeon, orthodontist etc... when I did my procedure, it was done by an oral surgeon with the assistance of a periodontist and implantologist..
Your accent almost makes this sound bearable. I haven't been to a dentist is 25 years. Extreme fear after wisdom teeth nightmare extraction got dentist disbarred from practice. I have 1 molar that lost a mercury filling, became extremely infected, made me contemplate suicide due to pain, was numbed with clove oil, then self extracted as far as i could. Rest are ok for now. Except the other mercury fillings which will soon turn into above situation. Ill try crowns as i still have good bone. Considering my coffee, smoking, sugar, and other bad habits... im suprised i have any at all. Use this as a last resort.
I am in the US and thinking about going to Turkey using a company called Flymedi to get all of 4 treatment. Any input about this company? I would have the work done here in the US but its 60k here and around 10-20k in Turkey.
Thanks for the details from your perspective! I have been wanting & researching All-on-4 for going on 10yrs now, ouch lol but still nowhere close to being financially stable & secure here in Mass US, so despite much worse conditions, no hope for the foreseeable future of ever getting them! But ohh, how I like to imagine.. & prepare just in case! Then my biggest obstacle AFTER money will be getting a ~local place (due to disability & lack of being able to travel) that ALSO will work with my need to be completely unconscious _before_ any mouth-touching happens.. it's a physical issue, if I'm awake, & my mouth is open more than a few seconds for anything other than food or drink being put in it & while being prevented from chewing & swallowing, I will ~choke.. it's why I stopped seeing dentists cuz no one understands - they just say "breathe thru your nose" but mine really only works properly when my mouth is fully closed (&/or empty, max 1min before the choking starts) 🙏💙 But SOMEDAY! 😪
You sound so much like myself. Ive🎉got all the same problems plus the trouble of mobility. I wish they would offer four on one or something else - the whole row denture was traumatic for me at 58 - and I am vain, Ill admit it. Also, food gets stuck in them, I don't care how tight they are.... get as many water picks as you can, and travel with them. Its very uncomfortable after eating, I have to swish water around my mouth to remove the stuck food in my gums and under the denture. . Again, My smile wasn't horrible before, I had a bridge that showed metal and teeth missing in the back - so it was traumatic for me not to like the way i looked after Clear Choice the job was done. Who would you recommend in the United States. I have to do all on four after cancer treatments ruined my teeth. I need a great surgeon and the best possible cosmetic outcome.
Hi Dr. Gurs Sehmi, Really appreciate your video. I am on my 2nd stage full lower arch on 6 implants, but it only has 12 teeth. Also, this lower full implant sits much higher than my natural teeth did. I'm very concerned about this because I have occasionally, hit my lower teeth with a fork while eating, though I am becoming accustomed to this new positioning. The dentist & the surgeon are not from a highly promoted/advertised group & I generally feel confident about them. But the 2nd stage did come in even higher than the 1st temporary & I am alarmed. The dentist did file about 8 teeth down from front center & it felt more comfortable, but sometimes when I just linger with my mouth partly opened I am showing nearly all bottom teeth plus the pink plastic below & very little upper teeth (which is a denture). I am 75 years old but am very active where I teach classes of 30 people & meet many people within a week's time. I am very concerned at the moment about facing the next step which is scheduled in a week. Thanks for any input or comments you can make & for your video which already has motivated me to keep an open mind. Thanks, Frank C
the title of the video is wrong ... these are not problems as the procedure has been in the practice for years with tremendous success,, these are special considerations or preparations .
Could you please do a video on how to properly clean both your temporary and your permanent “all on four”? I’m still in my ‘temporary’ phase, but worry that I’m not cleaning it properly. I currently have the extra soft brush for the temporary, and a syringe that I use to clean the area between the temporary and my gums. Thank you in advance.
I recently received my permanent all on fours. I have some issues with food underneath every single time I eat. I have found the only way to deal with this is to rinse after every time I eat. Not very easily done if you are out at dinner with friends. My care giver does not see this is a problem he says I just need to get used to that particular thing. Is this the way it is? I am still not eating everything I feel I should.
@@ScottWConvid19 I have a water pik, I use it every day, I rinse my mouth after I eat every single time as I can't stand the feeling of stuff behind my teeth. I will go back next September for another cleaning.
Thank you for these great videos. Can I ask whether there is a difference between the labs who fabricate the prosthesis? Are you familiar with a company called Ivoclar? They have been recommended for mine. Cheers.
Hi thank you for your videos , I've recently had 2 3 unit bridges fitted held on by dental implants & a single implant in my lower jaw . I'm struggling to use the superfloss I'm finding it so difficult I'm left handed I was also born with a weakness in my right hand. I'm finding it very difficult to floss under my bridges . I do have a water flosser & im using interdental brushes is there anything else you could suggest please that I can use to get under the bridges 😊.
There is an implant group on UA-cam advocating Water Pik flossing only two times a day as a replacement for flossing with “ fuzzy floss”. They also advocate a mild solution of bleach and water (2 teaspoons of bleach in a pint of water) to disinfect every couple of weeks. They seem like a reputable office. What do you think of this alternative method to keep your 4 on 4 clean? They’re not against manual flossing they just don’t feel it’s necessary if you use this Water Pik method.
Thank you for sharing. I was told yesterday that I’m a candidate for this procedure. I’m sad and happy at the same time! Sad and embarrassed that it’s true but grateful there’s an option to restore my confidence. I’m 52 and pray I have many more years to celebrate!
I love this! I am sure it will be life changing in a good way! You can enjoy it for so many years to come! 😀
Happy you can have the procedure. 🎉
Honestly, how expensive was this?

Tops and bottoms cost $33,000. They cover everything. If you need all on sixes it's included. The standard is all on four. Everything is included. Bone grafting, is included if needed for instance. 5-year warranty on anything that makes you not want to smile. Once a year cleanings for a few years, then only every few years after that. They don't do ivy sedation, they do oral and let you take another pill if you need. They are unbelievably nice, and I felt no pressure or judgment. The consultation is free.
A very honest appraisal of what to expect. Just surprised he didn't mention the technician or lab aspects of the work.

How are the implants doing/looking now?
Please do share updates. There are many of us that would like to hear from people that have had this procedure?
I am struggling with this problem. It is significant problems. Haven't had solid food in 2 years. Can't speak, they immediately made me look ten years older. I do not produce saliva. It has caused a large number of health issues. Five sets, all have 5 have broken. My lips are scarred, my jaws are completely out of line. I cannot sing anymore. No compassion to repair the damage that ruined my life. The specialists I have seen have all said the implants were placed wrong, my jaws were broken during the process, my lips were intentionally cut and I
Couldn't work for 7 months after the procedure. However, they all wanted to charge me the same amount t as the original implants cost, over 100k.
What a shame that they are more concerned about the money than the person.
Where was this??!!
How you feeling now bro?
Other than that how are they?
I am so sorry and hope someone hears your story and will help you. Removable dentures have been around for decades. They are covered by dental insurance. With lots of slick ads we have convinced people. They are lousy the only way you can have the perfect smile. Is with implants and people. Take out loans with high interest. Or home equity lines of credit. To get those implants. Never bothering to warn them. That this is major oral surgery. There are risks of complications. Leaving people to suffer both emotionally and financially. Is not the kind or decent thing to do. Makes me upset.

Hello Dr Sehmi, I wish I could get my new teeth arch fitted by you!
Let's hope sooner or later All on 4 will become standard on the NHS, if the cost would come down. So many people have problems with ordinary dentures
😂😂. That’s a big hope. We will be lucky to have an nhs in the future.
Thank you so much that was so interesting thank you

Did you get it fixed yet??
I'm sitting here almost in tears seeing the before and after images. I lost most of my teeth due to long term medication treatments following an infection I caught from a patient I was treating. I am 52 years old, unable to eat most foods and when I do it's incredibly painful. I had great teeth before treatment for sepsis and reactive arthritis but 5 years of steroids have ruined them.
If
just to hold the anchors in place. Then they're more concerned about.
There end not your end. The price of these should always end up with your satisfaction from beginning to end

Plenty of dentists advertise the whole process done from start to finish in either a single day or a a couple of weeks, max. That's root, abutment, crown all done straight away. Turkey does all-on-six in one session. Not even temporaries, that I'm aware of.

Is there replacements that are in 6 sections for the mouth that can be put in through stages of teeth going bad?
Can you just have side and back teeth ? I still have my fronts and canines.
Dr. Gurs I had 10 implants placed on 4/10. Can you please chime in if taking vitamin D and calcium will help my bone heal faster? Same day teeth is a dang lie.
Taking vitamin D3 and calcium is often helpful and recommended as you age, your often need extra help. Can not get enough natural.
Always ask your Dr. My answer no does not heal faster..but will make bone health stronger long term.
Yes I agree, I had 12 on all on 4, but top teeth still Not done,After bone Grafting, been 4 months with No top teeth. As temporary denture keeps falling out, .
@@mashp5629 it sucks but much better this way. You would not build a house on an unsteady foundation, would you? Same logic applies to implants. You want them to be fully integrated with the bone and completely healed. Otherwise they can get ripped right out. I went 7 months in a mask because I could not do a basic denture.
Yes it just seems a lot of money, to have No Top teeth for 4 months, Surgeon said he will adapt the Top denture, which a could Not wear , said he was going to Screw it in. Fingers Crossed.
Just got my dental implants..they look amazing 😊
Thanks for this info. It's very important and helpful.
Fantastic information thank you!
Can you explain "permanent teeth in a day", give an honest explanation please - THANK YOU!
Can you get the implants on the NHS?
Will my permanent top teeth have this partial pallette, which aggravated me so much?
I hate mine. They arent the same size of the teeth I had and my facial structure changed completely. I have top and bottom and paid almost 60K - I wish they were made wider and they look like dentures. I am so depressed.
I am so sorry that you are unhappy. Hopefully they can fix it so you like it better. So it looks more like your teeth did.
Have you had any further problems with them? I'm trying to find people that had it done to get real life testimonies to help me decide. I sure appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thanks!!!
@@ScottWConvid19 when people that don't know about them, see my smile, I do get compliments - I did have a nice smile with a bridge they removed because it was so old. I think my biggest issue is they tell you anything to make the sale - It costs $600-800 twice a year to clean them and then they really aren't clean, they are cleaning the implant poles..
If you hate what you have now, I could be the best thing you've ever done for yourself and worth it. That's how I felt when I got my bridge, but not these. Hope this helps.
@@ScottWConvid19 also, in fairness to Clear Choice, no chips, no scratches, only those black lines that I am not willing to go back into my temps for weeks while they send them out to get fixed. Soon, I will. I am in Palm Beach, the Doc was great!
Great video doc, I am currently waiting for a serious procedure. I have a bad infection in my Jaw and need all on 4 implants.
Costing me around $48,000 dollars to fix my entire mouth, but I will have my confidence and smile back! I’m scared and excited at the same time. 😂
Did you have the procedure yet?
REALLY GOOD VIDEO!❤
Thanks,
Frank C
How have things gone since your procedure?
Dr gurs is Aviolopasty a nessesity ? I’m pushing for bone graft. Surgeon pushing for avioloppasty
the title of the video is wrong ... these are not problems as the procedure has been in the practice for years with tremendous success,, these are special considerations or preparations .
Very helpful, as always!
if u extend this initial period, can you do the temporary with zirconium?
I recently received my permanent all on fours. I have some issues with food underneath every single time I eat. I have found the only way to deal with this is to rinse after every time I eat. Not very easily done if you are out at dinner with friends. My care giver does not see this is a problem he says I just need to get used to that particular thing. Is this the way it is? I am still not eating everything I feel I should.
Did you get permanent prosthetics the same day or did you go in and get them after the healing?
@@ScottWConvid19 I got temps the same day. I went back 6 months later and got the perms.
@@catherinetruitt5426 do you have a water pick? Do you have to go to a dentist to have them removed for a thorough cleaning?
@@catherinetruitt5426 Thank you for replying. That really is helpful to me
@@ScottWConvid19 I have a water pik, I use it every day, I rinse my mouth after I eat every single time as I can't stand the feeling of stuff behind my teeth. Yes, I went in September this year as it was a year since I received my permanent implants. They did not remove them as they said I did a very good job of keeping debris out. I will go back next September for another cleaning.
Thank you for these great videos. Can I ask whether there is a difference between the labs who fabricate the prosthesis? Are you familiar with a company called Ivoclar? They have been recommended for mine. Cheers.
Your great! I was thinking of doing this ! So typically how do people like it ?
I just had it and love it!
What is the success rate of integration vs regular implants since they are loaded immediately ?
Thanks Dr. Very informative.
I am in Melbourne doctor , what should i dooo
Thank you Dr.
Yes I have 12 teeth on the implants. I thought i would have at least 14.

I had all on 4. And was without top teeth for 4 months. As temporary denture kept falling out.Especially after it cost me a Small Fortune.
