Exercises good, scenery relaxing.
Mike - I find going some of these balance ones are my most challenging but continue to do them - just not daily. I chuckled when you say to not get distracted!! How can one NOT get distracted with such a beautiful view, and then have a 'roo run down the road across the pond! 😄 Is this what you have for your own backyard?
Haha - it adds an extra challenge to that balance. Close to where I live, yes! Keep up all the good work with the exercises!!

Standing on one leg is almost impossible right now (but am hopeful for the future). Do you still get benefit from that exercise if you have to keep a hand on the chair most of the time for balance? Love the scenery. It’s a meditation in itself.
Yes you do get benefit Susan! You'll be working the stabilising muscles. Stay hopeful and keep up the good work with it! 💪

How many days a week should I exercise
What about if you got drop foot?
Speak to your doctor/Physiotherapist. Specific exercises and an Ankle Foot Orthosis can help!
