Larry trying to awkwardly leave set while people keep giving him praise. The show never ends, they just stopped filming it.
All those masks just disappoint me lol
@@PiglipsMaximusthe masks were there to protect Richard Lewis. Look at the last shot, they’re all together including the (unmasked) crew but Richard isn’t there.
@@PiglipsMaximus Your very existence just disappoints me lol
@@PiglipsMaximus ? why do you care
@@PiglipsMaximus you people will never stop being triggered by caring for your neighbor
Lewis made it to the end, what a trooper... RIP
Yes, but it's "trouper". He was not a mounted policeman or a state police officer, sorry, haha.
@@naysayer1238shut up oh my god
Yeah, I didn’t know he was able to make the last one. Funny, funny guy 🥲
Too bad we lost the Funk man, but Vince Vaughn was a great addition.
Who didn't cry hearing him say thank you?! 😭
Might be the last footage we'll ever have of Richard Lewis. RIP
Seeing Mr. Lewis speak such kind words is calming to my soul!
Well ya he's dead
@@chrisbrown2211 He could have filmed something between this and his passing though.
@@alecaquino4306 oh ya true

@@stevescott3735 that makes two of us.
Seems like he can't deal with or have any emotion either? What was that walking away from Lewis after his heartfelt speech on the verge of dying?
@@rainscratchi don't think so. to me, is clear that he is embarrassed by the compliments. maybe you are mixing the person and the character.
Larry enjoys People cussing and yelling at him
Man, Richard Lewis’s words really touched me so deeply. I’m so glad he was able to finish out the show before his passing.
I know it touched Larry too, but of course, he’ll never let it show. :-)
"Thanks for being so sweet to me" What a humble humble man. He's so missed 😭💔
It teared me up. What a sweet darling man Richard Lewis was. Rest his soul.
Yeah, and then Cheryl started yapping
You know what, you're not telling me that face Larry makes after the wrap signal is not him holding back tears.
Yeah seems like he was a overwhelming
Absolutely. He was holding it in
you can tell he was emotional and that's why he didn't speak

No one’s saying that.
10 years ago my son was battling pediatric cancer. There was a lot of time being admitted during treatment. We would binge Curb. It got us through some tough times. Now he is a healthy 27 year old Occupational Therapist. The theme from Curb is his ring and text tone on my phone. Thank you Larry David and cast. I’m not sure you know how much you mean to people.
this is the best story on youtube for April... THANKS MUCH
Similar story. This was back in the early seasons. When my dad was battling cancer and going through months of chemo I got him the curb dvds and he would binge them all at home and in the hospital. He always tells people that having those dvds and the constant laughter is what kept his spirits up and got him through chemo and beating cancer. He’s still here and doing great at 79.
What a wonderful story x
Beautiful.
Aww....that's awesome!!!
Larry Long Balls will be dearly missed.
His appearance on the cover of Gerbil magazine was unforgettable
That's Long Ball Larry, to you
@@zachrowe6271He's just experiencing a little discomfort
Even though the show is over, I pray to the heavens that Larry David never stops making public appearances on television. He's a one-of-a-kind voice and is naturally hilarious.
At this point I'd watch Larry play golf
But will he be cordial?
@@DR-mq1vn perhaps disgruntled?
lewis sounding so much more lucid than he did all season, god bless his soul
I think it’s bc he can finally be honest
i love how both he and his character are likely to make an emotional note at an occasion :')

RIP Richard , I'm glad we got to celebrate your work one last time
Cheryl has a super emotional moment and Larry just walks away. Ohhh Larry.
He's probably pissed first at Ted Dansin, and now at RFKjr. -)
Larry should have given Cheryl a hug. She cried for him. I know he walked around the corner and cried a little bit himself.
Cheryl did such a spotlight stealing thank you performance there.
I bet the irony was lost on her but not on Larry.
Can't say I agree. Larry did change her life and she just wanted to thank him. That's not an opportunity she will ever get. That's it. I'm sure she thanked him many times before and after but that was a big moment and she wanted to share it. Don't think she was pulling a Ted Danson there ;)
@@Oz1111 So Robert Kennedy hasn’t changed her life? (Sure he has … she’s locked in with his insanity now).
"Retiring 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' after all these years feels like bidding farewell to an old friend. Thank you, Larry David, for the countless laughs and the brilliantly relatable moments. The theme of embracing life's absurdities with unapologetic honesty truly made this show a gem. Here's to the countless memories and the legacy of hilarity you've left behind. You've truly mastered the art of 'curbing' our enthusiasm in the best way possible!"❤✨🙏
Godspeed Richard. Here's hoping you are in a better place...and thanks LD. Few things in the world make it more tolerable than laughter...which you've now given us for more than 3 decades. Despite your complaints to the contrary, you're a real mensch.
How much Larry hates receiving praise in front of crowd. ❤️ No hugging until the end. Best show ever. It will take an extremely rare genius to make something better.
Larry is just being Larry even after the cameras stopped...
What a great great serie!
Larry has gotten me through so much. Got through cancer watching this show. We will all miss you ❤
I remember scrolling through the Direct TV guide and seeing "Curb Your Enthusiasm" but never stopped to give it a chance. One day I was at my cousins house and we got to talking about TV and he mentioned Curb being one of his favorites, I told him I had never seen an episode, and by this time it was already at season 8. My cousin raved about it and told me I had to watch it, he said he was jealous and wished he could be watching it for the first time. That night at home I started season 1, and let me tell you I was laughing hysterically, I think I binged the whole first season that same night, It quickly became my favorite. What a show. Larry David is a GENIUS!!!
"That's a wrap on the funniest show ever"
Missing you already, LD!!
I'm an Englishwoman, living in the UK...
I'll be very honest and say that i hadn't ever heard of any of these Cast members before i stumbled upon Curb....... Sorry,
But oh my goodness... How i have laughed, and laughed, and laughed some more.
I am so very sad to hear that at least two of the amazing characters have now passed away. Heartbreaking...
I have absolutely & completely enjoyed binging every episode of this hilarious show, watching the Finale just today.
I cannot tell you how much i will miss this show. I feel like i'm losing a family! How odd is that!
My next watch will be Seinfield...
Season 1 Episode 1, coming right up.
Thank you everyone. xx
That last episode was hilarious.Looking back on the various shenanigans that Larry was involved in.Rip Richard Lewis. His dry humor was priceless. This truly was touching.🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🥰
Thank you so much for the laughs. It's like saying goodbye to a good, dependable friend.
Although the show is not for every audience, it was the best show I have seen so far, mainly because Larry David's character resonates with me. Kudos to the show creator, director, writers, and the whole team for such a wonderful show.
We all have a larry inside of us
Now all he have left to look forward to watching is the "13 Glorious Hours: The Jerry F*ck Tapes w/ Commentary By Leon!" lol…
it was sold to Netflix
Do you know how to convert it from LaserDisc?
Larry David has changed my life. I can’t go anywhere or do anything without thinking , what would Larry say ? One small example: the ice cream parlour , standing behind a sample abuser.
I am damaged for life.
But it’s all good - pret-tay , pret-tay pret-tay-good !
That season FLEW by... Really gonna miss Curb, especially Leon & Larry's hilarious relationship. Hopefully HBO can release that Larry David special 🙏 Thanks for years of laughter...
When my father was on his death bed in hospice at home Curb was the only thing that kept him calm. (He had parkinsons dementia) thanks to the entire team and especially to Larry for being Larry over the years. RIP Richard. Glad you were there to the end. Love you all.
Thanks for the memories guys and girls. Rest in peace Richard.
What a great gift for Larry! A chalk drawing with people's names. That was an amazing idea, guys!
RIP Richard, Thank you Larry
I’m thinking of my brother as I watch this video. He loved Curb, he was actually a fanatic re: Curb and we would banter back and forth about the episodes. My brother died almost 6 years ago, and I’m sure he would’ve been very emotional watching this, and knowing it’s over. This is one of the greatest shows of all time. Even my ringtone is the theme song. I will miss it.
Thank-you Larry ... with tears in my eyes. You made our lives so much better.
Larry’s grimace when Cheryl says he changed her whole life…you just know he’s thinking about RFK Jr 😂
Cheryl did such a spotlight stealing thank you performance there.
I bet the irony was lost on her but not on Larry.
@@terri6854copying and pasting comments? 😂 Cheryl lives in your head rent free.
I let out such a sigh when I knew she was going to say something. Richard's moment was a heartfelt tribute to someone who may have even known he didn't have long left. Hers was an obnoxious 'look at me' moment, as evidenced by the fact she was the only other cast member to do it.
@@MLSNYC88 Or you could just look at both as genuine and not assume the worst in people, especially since Larry himself chose to work with both of them throughout the entire series for a reason, instead of injecting your cynicism into everything, or projecting your likely irrational and weird hatred for the actress/character onto the situation, lol. You also have no idea if other people said things, since this is a super short clip where they clearly cut tons of stuff out.
yes it did, though she was a terrible actress in it. And she didnt have a funny line ever.
A great two decades. So nice Richard made the finale.
This was the best show ever. I remember watching Richard Lewis's HBO stand up specials when I was a kid; he was such a legend❤ 😇
Omg what Richard said made me cry. He was always the funniest side character tbh.
He made me cry this whole season with his appearance, he looks like he's already dead.
Richard Lewis, saw him with my wife at the Ridgefield Playhouse not long before his health problems started to diminish him. He was a powerhouse of comedy. We laughed non-stop for 90 minutes. He was and always will be a comic genius. May his memory be a blessing to everyone.
This was a very bittersweet episode because of Richard Lewis. Some of the lines were very poignant and Lewis being the only one having his eyes closed in last scene was quite eerie .
Also watching this , Richard’s words were so touching . You could see Larry was moved . He actually seemed to talk faster here at his more usual delivery speed than in some episodes .
I only came across this series three years ago.. watch every episode within two weeks...best show ever .will be sadly missed . ray from UK....ps thanks
2 days in and I'm hooked.I came in too late but at least I can look forward to the complete series coming soon.
yes I think many in the Uk just arent aware of it as it's not on Freeview etc.
Larry trying as hard as possible to play the insensitive guy like always, but anyone can tell he was barelly holding his tears
Looked like he was ready for it to be over. I hope he is OK. I can at any time start this series and binge-watch the whole thing again and again ... at least up to season 10. ;-)
@@justgivemethetruth Getting old, having your friends get sick, or worse, just so sucks. LD will be 77 in July. This is some fine mess we find ourselves in. LD? Forever now in my pantheon of heroes along with THE Mick, Gil McDougald, JFK, Jerry Garcia, and Duane Allman.

True.
Don't forget Ian Anderson and Martin Barre.
I watch old movies on streaming and realize there are more dead people than the living, at least in the good stuff.
For Curb, Shelly Bermann, Bob Einstein, Richard Lewis. A lot of folks passed during this show. In the podcast, History of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Jeff and Susie are mentioning how many of the people they worked with are gone now.

This is Jeff Garlin. I’m watching this weeping. 25 years of my life. A lucky guy
Hey Jeff! Thank you for all the laughs over the past 2 decades! Excellent work.
Jeff! If you see this - the amount of laughs this show has triggered in me in the past 25 years is insurmountable. And the absolute joy it has given me is priceless. I was *howling* watching this last season and the finale was perfect! Thank you for being a part of this amazing show, that was a gift to me and so many others
Thanks for the wonderful entertainment! You, Larry, and the entire cast made life more fun for millions of people. Would you do a spin-off with JB or Seinfeld?
😂😂😂
❤
Richard reminds me of my dad, what a gentle kind soul 😢
25 years is an extraordinary amount of time for something SO successful to keep being AMAZING the whole time. God Bless this cast and crew, for ALL the ages!!! This show was truly a legend in its time, and will be for many generations to come
The Best show hands down!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe I'm crying, you ALL WILL BE MISSED!!!!!!!! I'm already gonna go back from Season one & start over..
Big thank you to the entire cast for giving us years of laughs and joy. Genius ending!
I gotta admit, I’ve never seen so many epic and positive comments on a UA-cam video in my life. It’s so refreshing. Just wanted to write a small comment of praise and adoration for this amazing show. Today I was laughing in my head about the Uber driver “my sister wouldn’t look at a picture of you!” 🤣🤣🤣
Look at Larry's face when Cheryl starts to bawl. It's obvious they cut a part of this footage. Anyway, thank you Larry for Seinfeld and Curb. I love you Richard wherever you are.
One of the greatest TV comedy shows of all time. I'll miss everyone, but I've gotta hundred plus episodes to rewatch again and again and again. Larry David is a comedy icon ❤
We love you all, and RIP Mr Lewis, you were special ❤ 🙏
Im going to rewatch the whole thing from the start. Greatest sitcom ever made.
Richard Lewis was outstandingly Adorable. He complimented Larry's Style of Comedy so well and for so long. Curb Your Enthusiasm has been a Staple of Comedic Genius for quite sometime. Everyone who participated were outstanding at their craft. Larry David has been Pretty Pretty Good to us for sharing his views and creativity through comedy. Standing Ovation to ALL! And may Richard Lewis continue to enjoy his Peace & Laughter with all of the other Great Comedies in Heaven. Great Job, Larry, Great Job ✊🏾💗
Beautiful. Seeing Richard Lewis makes me feel nostalgic from the very first episode.
Rest In Paradise Richard 😇🙏💟✝️☮️✝️💟
LD should never ever stop sharing his incredible talent for comedy and laughter ❤
Can't believe it's been 22 years. I'm a Curb Super-Fan. Watched all the episodes multiple times. Thanks, Larry, for the genius comedy. I'm sure a lot of us carry around a lot of Larryisms in our heads, trenchant critiques on life's myriad interactions. "Are you happy with that parking job?" is my favorite
This is such a sad day. David cannot possibly grasp the scope of how powerful this show was. This was happiness for millions. What now? 💔
Was always mistaken. So Lewis managed to FINISH CYE! What a man. He was on a mission and he did it.
My TV watching is now over. Thank you for the good times CYE👏🏾
RIP Richard Lewis🙏🏿, you're definitely one of the coolest.
The best show ever in the history of cinema 🫡 RIP King Richard 🙏
Seeing Larry David be quiet for so long is eerie.
Last episode was like a highlights special. Brilliant
What a show, what a cast, LD is one of a kind 🌎💜
This was the first show I ever binge streamed, freshman year of college. Back before “streaming” was a thing. It was a little known feature called “on demand” included with your premium cable channels subscription, that let you browse a barebones menu, that was the same graphically as changing the settings on your cable box, to watch certain selected shows and movies as we do now. Most didn’t even know this mode was an option. I introduced this show and viewing format to my pretentious wannabe-standup comedian roommate, who initially refused to pay for the cable as “he didn’t watch tv”. I would come home and find he’s episodes ahead of me, giggling in front of the tv. Would you believe he still tried to avoid splitting the cable bill? 😂 This was just before they introduced Leon as a character, post-Katrina (Which was a fitting addition, because unbeknownst to us we were just about to deal with all of it).
Fitting this show ends 20 years since I discovered it - still on hbo, yet converted into a streaming platform - the same way I enjoyed it all those years ago.
I like this disgruntle portrait of Larry .
1:44 that looks straight out of Curb 🤣🤣 the way Larry looks down like as to say Ehh
Wish we got one last "Pretty, Pretty Good" on the finale, but i guess it just being pretty pretty good will have to suffice. lol
No hugging!
Everybody wanting the last word/spotlight while Larry is trying leave is SO Curb Your Enthusiasm 😅
Thank you for just an incredible sitcom, absolutely one of the best ever, Larry David will forever be a comic genius even if this was his only work which it isn't. Will rewatch the whole thing starting later tomorrow
R.I.P Richard Lewis.
Thanks for making my life a happier place
RIP, Richard Lewis. Beautiful words. What an incredible show. God I'll miss it.
This is horrible. I am so sad and cannot stop crying. This show has helped millions of people. Larry David cannot even grasp the scope of how powerful this show was. It was not just a show. This was happiness for millions of people. 💔 Please don't be over 😢
This looks like another scene, with Cheryl crying and Larry not saying anything. What a great Larry David moment 😂
been with it since day one, very sad to see this one go, but thank you for a brilliant 22 years.
was there not a long break of a number of years?
I love how Larry has to deal with feelings in front of everyone in this. You can tell he doesn't want to, but has nowhere to hide. It's hilarious and kind of endearing.
Leon: "SPEECH"
Larry: "Nah, I don't think so"
😂watching how uncomfortable Larry looked while everyone was talking 😅 just perfect reaction from someone that is true to themself.
Aw man, I'm so glad Lewis got a proper send-off. I'm going to miss this show 😢
Thank you for sharing your unique perspective in such a hilarious way for so many years. Peace and love.
The best show ever! I never laughed so much in my life. What a treasure Larry David sent to this world. Thank you, Larry David for the memories.
Richard Lewis' last thoughts on the show and the cast is truly heart warming. RIP
Thank you for posting this peek into the final moments of Curb. What a glorious cast. Like Cheryl said, Larry David changed her life. In a way he changed life for the better for all of us. Sure did make us laugh.
End of an era. Brilliant 👏
Seinfeld might've been LD's biggest success but Curb is by far his best work.
RIP Funkman and Richard Lewis and thank you for all the great laughs.
Just watched the entire series over the last couple of months (for the first time).Best show ever. My wife couldn't stand it initially, but grew into it. She says I'm just like Larry. 😂
My favorite part of the finale is when Jerry first meets with Larry and asked him how he is dealing with the Court issue. Larry didn't skip a beat and just turned the tables on Jerry and his concern for him by asking this long question about a bearded lady and they just start laughing and joking together. It was perfect.
This show will forever be loved SO happy Richard was able to bein the entire season! that final scene was beautiful. and i loved the joke on Seinfeld lol
and Rest in Peace Richard. you are a legend! we love you
Thank you for the experience, it will stay with me for as long as I'm alive.
