12 seasons, 120 episodes, 24 years of amazing television. Thank you for the memories and the laughs, Larry David. I'm going to miss the show. The finale was great!
RIP Richard! and thank you Larry David, for DECADES of high-quality entertainment! I am sooooo happy though they were able to finish their work before he passed.
I did something similar, after discovering the show: 6 seasons in two weeks. 12? Just wow. Larry and kids is the most hilarious segments of Curb.... Sewing Machine, Judy and the magic trick. 😅😅😅
Without doubt Larry David is a genuine genius. To have made Seinfeld & Curb requires a very rare comedic genius. Massive gratitude to have made millions laugh! Especially during these last years. Eternal thanks to LD!
Totally. I think mentally he knows he could keep going, but his aged physical appearance is what's ending it. He feels he's "aged out" of the show. Will miss him
This is by far THE most candid and off character i've ever seen Larry David be in any interview. He never shows emotion. Almost never speaks highly of others on camera. But he did all those things in this interview.
Can you imagine being Larry David’s friend. Just hanging out with him for 30 40 50 minutes? It’s nothing but nonstop laughter. I’ve just watched 45 minutes of Larry David on UA-cam… My gosh I’ve almost forgotten about my anxiety and depression and my f’n right hip that’s very painful at the moment. Thank you Larry David
Larry David is a self-loathing straight tragic comic, he's great at his trade, GO LARRY GO we love your work, Richard Lewis talent and humor will be missed forever sadly. LARRY MAKE MORE CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM THE WORLD NEEDS IT SO MUCH!
There is this scene in an episode of the actual season, Larry again arguing over something with Richard and eventually saying to him: 'Can't you just die already?' which made both break character and chuckle. Bittersweet funny in hindsight. Anyway, I love this show. Thank you Larry!
The continuation of "Seinfeld" into "Curb" was and is genius. Just a continuation of a great show, and culminating in an even BETTER one, in CYE...! Thank you LD, and all the other originals involved.
Favorite episode is still 'The Doll' S2.E7. Just the way Susie talks to Larry and knows he took the doll's head and how hilarious that moment is in the bathroom at the end. One of the episodes I never forget.
An end of an era… Almost a quarter century of this man being the most outrageously honest individual in television history. I’m really going to miss the comedy this show brought into the world. Thanks for the good times, LD.
Such an amazing show. I'm glad I picked it back up, and finished it! So many moments I was cracking UP. Thank you cast of Curb. It was prettay, prettay good
Wonderful show. Great ideas and characters. Loved especially the banter between Larry David and Richard Lewis. One of your biggest fans is a German lady.
I'm in the UK is this it?. God bless you Larry. Never laughed more than I have watching curb. Have stalled watching season 11 and 12 because I wanted to drag out the enjoyment. R.I.P Richard.
It's the feeling of closure that hurts. Had it ended like any other season without announcing it was the last, we would've carried on with our lives unsure as to whether there'll be another season like we did when the past ones ended.
Great interview Willie. That's amazing that Larry chose you for the Curb role, what a great opportunity. That was a funny episode, sad to see Curb, one of the best tv comedy's of all time end.
I actually watched the last 2 seasons first to see what all the hype was about..Laughed so hard that I decided to start from the beginning..Talk about a show about nothing yet it all ties up. Priceless..Love LD
I’m going to miss this show so much… Once, mid-week during a morning at a place in Hermosa Beach, Larry David sat next to me at the next table. There were maybe two other people in the restaurant. He was alone, just enjoying his coffee. I really wanted to tell him I’m a huge fan and so on, but I was too starstruck. Before I could gather the courage to approach him, he had already finished his coffee and left. I like to think we shared a nice, quiet coffee together. I think it’s better this way; he might have been annoyed if I had approached him. RIP Richard Lewis
Larry David is a national treasure. He will be missed, although I do agree it was the right decision. I have a feeling we haven’t quite heard the last from him, but at same time we have enough material to keep us sane in this insane world we live in
Such a shame he's giving it up, literally my favorite show of all time, my favorite character as I get older! So relatable in every sense of daily life...Dudes the best!!!
I genuinely believe it's the right time to end it. Having said that, I also think Leon should get his own spin-off. Larry doesn't have to do any work, just be an exec producer, sit back and collect the cheques.
I don’t know 🤷🏿♂️ Larry you just can’t leave us like this 😢I know curb disappears for a few years and than comes back better and ever one is happy but now you leaving for good, well whatever you do be happy and blessed, thank you for the laugh’s.
12 seasons, 120 episodes, 24 years of amazing television. Thank you for the memories and the laughs, Larry David. I'm going to miss the show. The finale was great!
I've never watched it is it better den breaking bad
I think Jason, Michael and Julia should have been there with jerry
@@SHAKUR0906 not the same kind of show lol, but walter is in it
I had forgotten about the “beloved *unt” typo episode 🤣🤣🤣
There's an old saying. Nothing is forever. It's just sad that we may never see this genius again.
RIP Richard! and thank you Larry David, for DECADES of high-quality entertainment! I am sooooo happy though they were able to finish their work before he passed.
What a legend. I could watch Larry David interviews all day long. Every casual conversation with him is funnier than anything else on streaming.
might be the funniest man ever
Hardly@@loupasternak
Consistently funny for 12 seasons. The best compliment you can give a comedy show in my opinion
Larry bringing in JB Smouve to the show was genius the way those two bounced ideas and dialogue off each other, comedy gold!
I agree 100 percent
He was the Kramer. Brilliant.
@@somemale you’re definitely right about that. And he was able to say the N word without the racism 😂
He’s a modernized Kramer.
I don’t think even Larry had the idea of JB filling a Kramer position in the beginning. I think JB to his credit worked himself into that
Recently started watching curb ,finished 12 seasons in 2 weeks...it was pretty good...pretteee pretty good
Congratulations on being the first person in history to think of this joke.
Wow in 2 weeks that’s insane bro
Thats pretty good my g
I did something similar, after discovering the show: 6 seasons in two weeks. 12? Just wow. Larry and kids is the most hilarious segments of Curb.... Sewing Machine, Judy and the magic trick. 😅😅😅

Without doubt Larry David is a genuine genius. To have made Seinfeld & Curb requires a very rare comedic genius. Massive gratitude to have made millions laugh! Especially during these last years. Eternal thanks to LD!
Goodbye Larry Long Balls and thanks for the memories!
Great interview. You can tell how much Richard Lewis meant to LD
Richard found out it was ending and that was it
@@PiglipsMaximus I think Larry wanted to finish the show before Richard died so they'd get to do it together.
Not enough to give him his kidney!
I don't remember ever seeing Larry upset. I guess it's something he has to talk about publicly because Richard was on the show
Larry David was the right man for the right time.
even with the whole affirmative action thing?
@@LebronCCPhaha yes
He were there at the right time with Seinfeld too.
Thank you Larry for everything, authentic, funny, and casual

@@zanefriedman2032Larry David quote: “I’ll mingle, I’ll shake hands and I’ll be cordial“ but, he really couldn’t be cordial 🤣😂🤣
Thank you Larry for creating not one, but TWO iconic shows. There will never be another one like him.
Lol he may have aged physically but not mentally, dude's as sharp as ever. What a legend
Aged? He looked 80 when he was 45. Still brilliant.
Totally. I think mentally he knows he could keep going, but his aged physical appearance is what's ending it. He feels he's "aged out" of the show. Will miss him
@@scoutandscooter Larry turned 60 on his 30th birthday and hasn't aged a day since. It's quite an accomplishment.
He can afford pretty good healthcare. I hear Seinfeld is in syndication.

“Pretty good, pretty pretty good”
Knowing LD he would probably say “Eh!” and just walk off
Try to get a stop n chat
Truly one of the best TV shows ever to grace the screen, absolute genius and very much adored here in the UK!
At 76, Richard Lewis was the same age as Larry but looked like he was in his 90's, because his health had deteriorated so bad. RIP Richard. 🙏
this comment has me crying
Er... his lifestyle when he was younger did not help.
All his scenes were in a sitting position due to his health
@@mamudi91at least he could speak properly, I see a lot of elders slurring and mumbling their words
Such a beautiful soul Larry David. What an awesome interview.
I miss Richard Lewis
Rest in power/paradise/peace Richard he went out boss mode
I’m so glad he was on Curb - he deserved the success and he and Larry were just so much fun as a comedic team
Was he a personal friend of yours? For God's sake. Grow up.

Sad Curb comes to an end. Love from Luxemburg 🇱🇺 ❤
Larry is one of my dream dinner guests! Loved the ending and loved every moment of the show, thank you Larry!
He's the best middler :) I will miss this show so much.
I've loved Curb for years, and love Willie Geist, and it was so fun to see Willie on the show this season! He gave Larry the stink eye like a pro lol.
