The absolute most flexible, breathable, comfortable minimalist shoe I have ever worn. I own 3 pair and am awaiting delivery of a 4th pair to convert into ballroom dancing shoes. If you're into minimalist/barefoot, and haven't tried these, you are seriously missing out!
Hey, big thanks, although I blush at the "professionally made" part. I'm barely competent at Final Cut Pro at best. Maybe the lack of audience comes from not having 5 second content that's easily digestible. These days longer videos seem to be less trendy.
Bodytribe unfortunately or fortunately you are incorrect. Longer videos are getting more popular on the site, partially due to videos over 10 minutes getting additional ad revenue. I want to echo what others have said your videos are always such high quality ☺️
Just another thank you for this review! Well done and much appreciated seeing as no one else has done a review like this yet. Needed the info. Covers all my concerns. :)
Thanks for the kind words. I'd make more videos, but as you can tell from the credits, I'm an army of one. It takes about roughly 2-3 hours of planning, shooting, and editing per minute of video, sometimes a lot more. I wish I had a team.
I've watch this review 3 times now and really want these shoes I teach and do Parkour everyday and have had a few injuries in a result of shit shoes so going back to a minimalist shoe I think is going to help love your videos I'm also a personal trainer love your workouts I've subscribed !!
Thanks. I made a video on how to make a loadable mace a few years ago. In terms of mace movements, beyond the basic swing people are getting a little circus tricky with them. The swing and a few swing variations pack some potent training punches, but most anything beyond that starts getting showy rather than productive.
I'm just wondering can you feel the ground in these shoes? I have Xero shoes, Lenas, and if I step on a rock with too much force it hurts a little which sounds negative but actually what I'm looking for is something with ground feel like Xero shoes.
I really like your videos! I've moved from "traditional" sneakers to New Balance 10v4's. I've had horrible plantar fasciitis and the 10v4's have helped that get mostly better. However, I work on essentially concrete floors all day and the 10v4's leave my feet "beat up" for lack of a better term. Do you think I need to move on to something like the TadeEvo's or Vivobarefoot's so I get more feedback through my feet? Thanks for any insights and keep up the great work!
Although I enjoy barefoot-ish-ness, I'm lucky to have a lifestyle that affords me to be as shoeless as I want, most of the time. Prescribing a shoe would probably be a bit unethical of me. My personal experience is that long periods of time on solid floors might drive me to something less minimal, exploring inserts, for example, or even giving in a little to something comfy and cushiony. This might get me kicked out of the zero drop gang, but shoes, feet, and lifestyles are all individual pursuits. Ya notice there aren't many minimal work boots... maybe there's a reason for that.
Thanx for the great review! Just wondered if you got the regular vegan tadeevo or the one with thermal comfort? How true to size were the shoes relative to their size chart? Are the shoes sustainable long term if you run on a lot of gravel? Hehe sorry for so many questions ^^
These are not the thermal comforts. I'm not sure those were available when I first got these. The sizing seems spot on, but I tend to wear shoes a little loose, so I might not be the best judge of sizing. They can run on anything, it seems, just be prepared for them to feel softer than other shoes, in terms of flexibility of the shoe. A Vivobarefoot or the new Xero have more of a frame around the bottom. These don't. Fast lateral movements in them can make them bunch up if they're not laced up tightly. Running in them is a truly minimal experience, but the bottoms, although thin, are pretty tough in terms of punctures.
Thank you so much for your thorough reply!!! This answered a lot of questions I had in mind since I'm new to barefoot shoes and just recieved my xero prio shoes not too long ago. Thank you so much once again!!!
Ha! Reviewing the Xero's right now (video soon). They're a good intro minimalist show, and I think they'll last a while. They remind me of a well made, and slightly wider, skate show. And that's a good thing, because those were minimalist shoes before there were such a thing as 'minimalist' shoes.
Thanks for sharing such quality content. How do these compare to Lems? I have owned some boulder boots and I love them, aside from the fact that the sole wears quite quickly. How has the durability been on these?
Bodytribe Thanks, I was thinking about getting those too. Xero Shoes is probably the toughest, and Vivobarefoot looks good but it's expensive and I'm concerned about their durability. Xero Shoes ones aren't insulated either but they still would be better in snow than my other minimalist shoes. I like the look of the Tadeevo and they're insulated so I'll probably get them especially if they get discounted..
I LOVE my Vivobarefoot EVO Pure and Stealth WP. How do the Tadeevo compare to the comfort of Vivobarefoot? Keep in mind that, for me, the thinner the sole the better. I’m a big fan of Vivobarefoot’s 3mm soles (no inserts). The EVO Pure is still one of the greatest shoes ever... but mine are now literally falling apart. I need some new kicks and digging the lime green Tadeevos. #rambozorambozorambozotheclown
I've had mine for about 2 years now. The same pair. A little shoe goo keeps the bottom on when it starts to come loose. The only complaint I have is that I want the bottoms to come up around the sides a bit, so lateral movement doesn't feel like they'll slip under my foot, but that may only be a problem because i always wear them fairly loose. The bottoms are still as sticky and flat as ever, far better than the Vivos.
Hi great video mate, I jus bought ipari hana by xeroshoes but the inner sole isnt soft enough to do deadlifts I was wondering how good are these with inside sole & sturdier wise ? Thanks
Xero has a shoe called the Prio, which I'm reviewing currently, which is more athletic oriented than the Hana. The TadeEvo is a great deadlift shoe... just a thin slab of strong rubber between you and the floor. They don't initially feel super sturdy, because they don't have a shell around the foot base, like say, the Vivobarefoots. But I was surprised by how much they put up with. They're far sturdier than, say, wrestling shoes or ballet slippers, both of which have been classic deadlift wear in the past. Hope that helps.
Apparently someone who worn Hana told me that ipari Hana arnt meant for me, can you refer me with good shoe for workouts, casual look & comfortable for all day.. I tried looking, no luck, thanks.
The black vivobarefoots are probably the best looking minimal shoe on the market, and they're in my regular workout/life rotation (although mine are purple, which you can see in a previous review). Also Lems make a darn looking shoe that hold up well to lifting.
Good question. They're very thin, almost like mesh. North Carolina was probably in the 50s when I went trekking in them. It dropped down to the 30s at night... not super cool, but for cold temps, I'd personally want something thicker anyway, because my tootsies get chilly.
Do not buy! The manufacturer is in Poland. The manufacturer will not give you a prepaid return label. Therefore, if you buy them in the United States, the cost of return will be more than the cost of the shoes.

How do your videos not have a bigger audience? Good content, professionally made. I would try these shoes if they are reasonably priced.

ohhhh... these shoes looks really good. I really love your channel I only wish you would upload more. it seems like every video you do is pure gold

I'm currently reviewing Xero shoes, and the TadeEvo feels quite different. A much greater tactile knowledge of the ground with them.
I really like your videos!

Hi, really cool video thanks. Did you buy your exact size shoe or a slightly bigger size please?
I went exact.

How do these compare to Lems?
I have owned some boulder boots and I love them, aside from the fact that the sole wears quite quickly. How has the durability been on these?
I do love the Lems (as mentioned in my first shoe review video). The TadeEvos are even softer, and the soul does seem to last even longer though.
If you had to pick one which would you go for?
Pro's/Con's of each?
Tadevos - Softer, more durable sole
Lems - ?
For day-to-day, they're both comfortable, but when things ramp up a little, TadeEvos. The tacky bottom makes adventuring in them far more confident.
Damn, great review. What was that band at the end? Very into it
The live show? Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School of Medicine.
I'm thinking about getting the boots for winter.
The other boot options I'd recommend are the Xero and Vivobarefoot
Bodytribe Thanks, I was thinking about getting those too. Xero Shoes is probably the toughest, and Vivobarefoot looks good but it's expensive and I'm concerned about their durability. I got the boots and love them . So comfortable, super lightweight, nice looking. and warm.

does the sole feel more like soft rubber or more to the harder plastic side?
Rubber, but not squishy. That's why these rank as a VERY minimal shoe.
Hi. Sizing question. Did you order your typical size or use their chart and order based on that? Thanks.
Sorry for not answering this one in a timely manner, but if I remember correctly, I ordered them according to my regular foot size.
Hi great video mate, I jus bought ipari hana by xeroshoes but the inner sole isnt soft enough to do deadlifts I was wondering how good are these with inside sole & sturdier wise ? Thanks

Bodytribe thanks mate, I think I'm gonna switch to prio or may be look for inside sole 🙃

Bodytribe thank again!
Which Tadeevo website has many diff?
Yes, since this video, they've come out with more versions. These are the Vegan Black.
@@Bodytribechip I ordered not vegan can you do a review on Tadeevo differences
I'm going to guess they'll still be awesome. The only difference will be leather vs the fake leather they use in the vegan ones.
@@Bodytribechip Roger that
Review them! I wanna know what you think.
How cold of a temperature have you worn these in?
