Anyone that calls themselves the "most famous physical therapists on the internet", AND writes their own intro song, is MY KIND of person!! Thank you for these videos!
Back pain is kind off too common nowadays. All my elder people in family suffer from it.Thankyou for the helpful video.
These videos are so thorough and explanatory which is in contrast to many if not all the doctors I've been too that don't appear to examine causes or appear to be dismissive of potential causes give a prescription and go to the next patient. I have great doctors too but they don't have the time I guess to break conditions/diagnoses down like the two most famous physical therapists on the internet.
wish it was easier to see a doctor in this country! Been a constant for me since a car accident in 09. thanks for the content!
I'm very grateful for you two for this video! I watched this on Monday, and realized that my back pain might need further assistant, so rather than visiting my physiotherapist I decided to go to doctor. I was sent right away to MRI, and found out I have intervertebral disc disorder and some kind of tear injury. I had to spend two nights in hospital, because my pain just suddenly went even worse, and had numbness on left leg.
I got steroid injection, and unfortunately I still have pain. But the positive part in this, is, that now I know reason of my weird ankle pain and hamstring issues...
I hope there's some treatments for this, and I won't need to go to surgery. And could get back to training in competitive level in hammer throw and Taekwon-Do.. :)
I called the doctors office for an emergency visit as my back was so bad. The receptionist asked me if i could go to toilet i said yes so she booked me in a week later.
This is not a big deal but a lot of people might miss this. When I am looking at my screen and you people to subscribe you point to the right bottom. On my
screen it is at the right upper of the screen. You guys have some great stuff and I would not want someone to miss this.
I went to my doctor about 5 months ago with back stiffness in the morning, pain in the left buttocks, tingling down the leg. The Dr gave me a list of excersises and suggested PT or a chiropractor. I gave up on the chiro after 3 visits, not sure if it was helping and started a senior strength and balance class at the gym. It was slowly improving. I was wondering if it would ever go away, and thought it may be caused from bowling and might have to give it up.
I found your channel about 2 months ago. I watched your videos and followed some of your do's and don't excersises. I started having more and more days where I was mostly pain free. Today I am mostly pain free and can't thank you guys enough for the great service you provide! You're awesome,
All good Dr's are on UA-cam.
I had serious neck head injuries.
I was told I have serious corpultunnel but never before the neck I jury.
I drop things I'm holding anything in left hand
You know more than doctors themselves!
They are doctors
You guys are smarter then my doctor...
Everyday I experience this kind of pain. I've also had problems grabbing things, or holding onto them. AS is so lovely (not)! AS is Ankylosing Spondylitis!
I can’t stand for too long and when I do (7+ hours) I start getting this horrible sharp pain right on lower back and on my hip. It’s horrendous
Same thing happens when I sit for too long. Dates have been interrupted due to this pain. Can’t drive back home. I gotta lay down. It hurts soooo bad 😩
Same here can relate to that nightmare
I am so sorry for u how are u now ?
Holy crap this is happening to me
Bro how are you now 😐😐
@@ImranAhmed-nl2stI pulled a muscle years back it was severe got bedbound for a week 😂
I finally decided to make an appointment about my body pain and muscle spasms. I have had it on and off for years..and it travels, and have anxiety issues but have had upper neck and shoulder blade pain ..and muscles around that that won’t go away lately. I did help my husband lift firewood into our trailer..throwing heavy pieces in, but that was two weeks ago. I wasn’t feeling well to begin with.
I tried to ignore it because I don’t have insurance and am not working regularly and am not in my home state where I know where good clinics are.
I have arthritis I think because my wrists also hurt. Anyway, I hope they can help me .
Thanks guys for helping me make a good choice.
Oh, my bad. I thought this was me writing.😫😫
How about now?
My last serious concussion I dropped from 217lbs to 140ish (age16ish) now im 22 and still struggle to gain weight rather I remain the same or even lose a few each week and over eat to remain the same here at 160 now
I have very bad pain in my neck not nowhere else wat said I do?
I literally have to do homework and get ready for my finals week and this happens lol I’m dead
I just found you guys the other day and have really enjoyed your videos. Thanks for taking the time to make them. They're informative and entertaining. Other than the crooked door on the cabinet behind you, I really like them. ;-)
Lol
Would it make sense to say the pain is overly loud which in turn overloads senses and changes mood whilst attempting to just deal with the pain.
I’m really scared I have a warm tightness in my neck and it’s scaring me
Would love to learn more about mid back/ upper back pain with localized numbness and what the potential causes could be, I've more often seen low back pain articles but it seems harder to research upper back pain, would love to learn some things from you!
me too!
Upper middle back pain is why I clicked on this video.
Does this include back spasms? I had a pretty good one yesterday but I did your recommendations on how to stop it and it stopped after awhile. It hasn't happened again, yet, but if it does should I go see a doctor?
I have been having to crack my neck for awhile like six months or more and these last two days it has been getting really bad and it’s come to the point where I can’t move the left side of my neck or if I try to it feels like really stiff but I have no tingling so I don’t know what to do it also has gone to the right side of my neck and now I can’t lift my neck back up but I don’t know if I should go to a doctor because obviously coronavirus is happening so what should I do? Please respond I know this video is from three years ago but I need help just like should I go to a doctor or what?
What doctor? All I ever get is pills from them.
Ya or some won't give you anything at all and say, your not getting anything from me. I dropped him like a hot potato,I said you won't give me and aspirin, nope! I was in such horrible pain,I left there crying and thank God I found somebody who gave me naproxen. I now buy it over the counter.
Man I fucking wish for such docs
Right and IB 800 stating that it's just something you will suffer with for the rest of.your life smh
I just LOVE you guys! So funny!
Head to spinal fusions chronic pain daily eight or 99010s unconscious and no doctor can help me know one will treat me opioids aren’t used anymore I know they’re not the first line anymore but for other reasons I can’t have implants or blocks it’s too risky for me so they tell me nicely there’s nothing we can do you’ve got to suffer and I’ve been told you’re screwed how do you deal with that I’m not a young man anymore what would you suggest I do I’ve been to just about every pain clinic they have my records my MRIs my scans everything I have a necrotic hip three knee operations both need to be replaced I need another fusion C2 three and I just don’t wanna have one surgery after the other For whatever time I have left it’s tough but would you advise doctors are so afraid to prescribe pain medication which has been effective I can’t even have contrast for MRIs because of the other situations I’m going through so whatever happened to first do no harm I really respect you guys and I really wish I can get some advice thank you
I am 42. About 15 years ago. I pushed my wife’s luggage wrong. And something popped. It felt like a thick base string pop. My neck was forced down and my right arm went up. It felt like I had a metal bar going thru my upper body.
Since then. I have had a progressively worse back problem. It started as just like a finger pressing my upper spine. Now. Its HORRIBLE. I have no reflexes from my head to toe on my entire right side. The doctors. Basically all of them told me. They don’t mess with upper back issues because it could paralyze me. Every one has noticed that my posture is one shoulder higher than the other. I get numbness and tingling. Or like a zipper unzipping feeling BUT not all the time. Sometime if I turn wrong. It feels like my chest muscles are ripping off my bones. No doctors have helped me. I’ve done ALLLLLL the PT stuff. A lot of it made it ALOT worse. My wife can hear it when I turn and my bones in my back sound like a soda can being crushed. What should I do???

Go to H.S.S. in New York, NY. It's the Hospital for Special Surgery and rated #1 in the U.S. for orthopedics by U.S. News & World Report. Time to go be seen by the best.
I had pain, numbness and tingling in my legs after I gave birth, about 1 month later, but the numbness and sensations went away. But I do have neck and backpain, still. About 2 years later. But it is no severe pain, and the pain is kind of traveling within the spine. I am 30 years old and had a very strong back before I got pregnant. Also I am a very active Person, I Love sports and am always taking care of the correct alignments and postures. As I am reading what I just wrote here, I think I need to get my spine checked 😂
Thank you 😊

Can you do a video that includes muscle wasting (from nerve problems & whatever else)? Long story short: Long term problems with neck, just found out trauma as a kid fractured my jaw (always had TMJ symptoms) (no insurance never taken care of, just found out I broke it as well age 7, now 41) causing a deformity and deterioration on other side (from trauma also). (Also, newly diagnosed with Eagles Syndrome.)Now, pain neck through shoulders & shoulder blade into hands (including numbing & burning) (also have these sensations on my head, cool & hot ones), but in the last year I have gotten muscle wasting equally in both shoulders. I know I should have insisted on seeing a specialist long ago, but my physician gave me pain medicine and I think because of that (possibly?) he is not taking this as seriously as I am. Even suggesting that because my shoulders are still even its really not a problem. Just made appointment to see a TMJ dentist, but I think they will quickly refer me to another specialist as I have always been "passed around" nobody really wanting to help me, which is why I ended up on pain medicine, unfortunately. Also, sometimes I have pain in my legs. Finally as scary as this all is, it is the weird sensations going down my arms & legs that I cannot even explain that is really freaking me out at this point? Have you ever heard of sensations such as this, the unexplainable ones? Do you know of any good specialists in & around CT (could travel if I have to). Sorry this turned out so long!! I love your videos. I just find out about them from a post from an online TMJ community. You guys are great!! Thank you for your time.
We just figured out that the majority of my pain in the lower back is coming from a compression fracture in T12. Is this common? Any suggestions? It must not be too bad - the ER didn't send me home with a brace or anything. I have a PT evaluation coming up & I'm going to ask them to tape my back as a reminder to not bend that part of my back.

Thank you for ur video. I have a continuing pain at my lower back that causes numbness in my legs and fingers due to excessive sitting some years back. I have been seeing the doctors. They take my MRI scan and always tell me nothing is wrong with me. What should I do now?
Mudasiru Iliyas your tail bone is subluxed . Ostheo help is required
Just found a McKenzie trained PT in NYC from watching your videos! Thank you!
i just got my nerves tested. im 24 and i been complaining of severe back pain and legs and feet and arms going numb. i know i have balding disk that have been bothering me over the years. i also have been getting dead leg as i call it when i walk it becomes like a wood leg i image world feel like.
How are you now?
@@arsh4dkhan still the same doctors dont care and say im to young to feel this way
@@EmberHart how are you now after 11 months? I went to ER a few days ago for numbness and tingling in my left arm and leg. They basically told me it was anxiety causing it. They diagnosed me as having hysteria. Told me to keep taking orphenadrine(muscle relaxer) and prescribed Vistaril for anxiety. Seeing a doctor in a few days. Hopefully to get a proper diagnosis.
@lumpydumpy sadly things are worse and now I'm being tested for pots with geto tilt table test and they say I have pots and has also todo with nerves. If possible get tested for pots since it can often be mis diagnose as anxiety. Hope things get better for you
Can that a reason that my hand goes numb
What kind of dr?
So I'm 15 and I just woke up from not only soiling the bed (which haven't done since I was a little kid) and with pain from my neck between my shoulder blades and down a bit past my lower back, thing is I was perfectly fine yesterday with no pains. Is this normal/should I go see someone about this?
Hi, I have L4 - L5 herniated disc, I have done it in 2007 because my flat back (dorsum planum). Apparently it is healed and 3 months ago I was doing some burpees (I know, not smart) and I fell awkwardly. Next day I had a back pain (the type of hot knife going through your guts) which after 3 weeks started to subside. But after that, one Monday I came to work and sat down and I had the feeling as if I had an ice cube up my bottom. It was impossible to seat, there was no pain but a feeling that my legs are dipped in icy water. I got scared and arranged for chiropractor sessions, of which I had several. It's not helping. From MRI it's nothing serious according to the doctors. This monday (5 days ago) I got another symptom, tingling in my legs. Both. My back is stiff and painful, I get night sweats and I don't know what to do.

How are you now?? What happened to you
Sir I have upper back pain in spinal cord. I give lecture seven hours everyday. so please reply me why is this happen?
See a doctor and have the doctor order Cervical and Thoracic MRIs.
This isn't your answer, but if your spinal cord is in pain its most likely going to be serious
I don't have insurance and have been experiencing all the symptoms you've described besides the loss of bowel.
I went in and got prescribed an antiinflammatory and naproxen. its been two months now and I don't know what to do anymore.
Yes. i know a clinic and I'm a patient there. they're pretty affordable but as much as prescribing medicine and that's it haha.
overall, there wasn't a specific trauma or injury that might've started this back pain. I did fall on my back down some stairs in the 6th where I went to a chiropracticor... but I hadn't felt pain in years.
Weird haha. I did test to see if I might have a herniated disc and it doesn't appear that way so I'm a little stumped now.
severe pain and no diagnosis.
my next move should probably be to find a university?
Have you tried physical therapy?
Chiropractor + physical therapy. Hope you are better now as it's 3 yrs later.
We have a non-drug solution to your pain. See our website.
My husband is going on week two of back pain that gets worse as the day goes on. He refuses to see a doctor (he works in a similar field and says he can handle it himself) and is using a heat pad, Aleve, and stretching to try to help the pain. It started in his lower back but seems to be in his upper back now.
Could it actually be midback pain that radiated to the lower in the beginning? He did have a couple knots that I helped massage from his shoulders and neck, but the pain is still there. Is there anything else he can try to help it? I also bought him some Aspercreme and had him do a bath with epsom salt, but neither helped.
How is he doing now? Did he find relief?

Wtf is a dr gonna do... they don’t heal anything , they just fix the symptoms not cause 🤣🤣🤣
Some doctors do that,not all.
Be thankful we actually have healers in our lives.
Look... You two are not giving good advice... All pain is serious it just depends on the person who has to tolerate it... I might feel nothing but someone else might be jumping out of their skin from pain
