- Russia's rebellious mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin said on Saturday (June 24) he had taken control of the southern city of Rostov-on-Don as part of an attempt to oust the military leadership and that he was headed for Moscow.

Unfortunately Putin and his cronies created this problem a long time ago, it just had to fester enough over time before it was the "right time." This is the perfect time, as the population itself is very split on the war, with many soon to come as it is now in their own home. Plus, the military has exhausted so many people, equipment, and even patience from the Russian people, and those abroad. I am not a fan of Wagner or Prigozhin, but he is spot on with this, and I genuinely hope this is the beginning of a domino effect, as it is needed. Yes they have nukes, but that is a risk someone is going to have to take, either now, or another time down the road. You can't simply let a dictator do whatever he wants forever just because he has some big boom booms.

Everyone needs to slow down the celebrations a bit. Prigozhin and Wagner are not on a crusade to Moscow to end the war in Ukraine… Prigozhin is angry because the Russian military has become so incompetent. He wants to fight Ukraine more efficiently. Prigozhin is NOT a hero by any means. Yes, it is fun to watch them fight each other, but in the end this will not be a huge plus for Ukraine.
Prigozhin is the guy who will use a tactical nuke on Kiev just to make a statement. We do not want him in charge.
