Ideally submit all documents 3 days before.. or atleast 2 days before. Pay stamp duty a day before, after paying stamp duty your appointment will be allotted. This way you can avoid last minute rush.
I don't think current Bengaluru Airport will ever touch 110 mn. Because growth rate of Bengaluru reached 7 decades low under 3% due to IT slam. All NRIs who are purchasing anywhere inside or outside will be in veru hefty loss. All those who purchased post 2014 in Bengaluru are loss. Today 1 Lakh+ properties are listed for sell. So see the actual data everything is available and rely on that. Reverse migration is possible seeing the IT slowdown.

Only e kahta property registrations only be happen but not manual kahta 1) is the above news is genuine or fake 2) if genuine what is the way to proceed forward Thank you

Instead the old airport at Domlur can be developed and for HAL and defence purposes another airport can be built elsewhere .
Our roads same, everyday vehicle increasing, HAL can't handle planned 1 million passengers. That's why KIA also built.

Capacity challenge in HAL, can't handle current load, that's why KIA built.

Currently loss or profit to owners, but property price still not affordable for common man now, this is the real truth and reality.
