The biggest issue is lack of water. Secondly, there is proper road connectivity from airport road to KIADB (hennur bagalur road). Even when so many companies are to come there , there is proper road connectivity. It will again become like Panathur/Varthur issue

North Bangalore is connected to the rest of the city by a single highway which links Bangalore to Hyderabad. Its going to be the next big urban slum with congestion problems. I want to know which major highways are connected to North Bangalore, as claimed by the video.
There is a new airport road that connects airport to whitefield too. There is hennur road also that connects airport to Hennur. Lot of roads to reach the eastern part of city, reaching south and western part is harder, which will also get sorted once strr is fully built

And both these roads lead into the highway I mentioned and are currently only used to escape the highway toll. Also they are already jampacked given the amount of development in and around Hennur.

The one road which is wide enough and links North Bangalore directly to the city is NH 44. SH 9 connects to NH 44 so it will increase traffic on NH 44, SH 74 is a road no one will take because Nelamangala is also located on the outskirts and not close to any major hubs, SH 104 is already a traffic nightmare.
Sahakar Nagar in North Bengaluru is really beautiful and "The Place" to be in and live...Even Jakkur and Yelahanka some parts are okay but they are not as clean and green as Sahakar Nagar. Garbage on roads and road quality with parks and lakes maintenence in these places need to be managed well for them to turn into a premium locality like Sahakar Nagar and it can be done as it is not impossible.

Even after 10-15 years, the starting salary remains between 3-4 LPA in most top IT companies. Only the managerial employees and top execs enjoy handsome compensations, and there not too many of them compared to the entry level and middle level IT employees. The layout is too far from connectivity (for 3.5 km autos charge 200 Rs), and in night time to go from hebbal cross to inside (just 3 km), the cost is 300Rs. Moreover, after 7 pm, it's a thieves paradise (except in busy streets). Seriously, it's not posh area either. Also, the parks and houses nearby are surrounded by high tension (not safe for health). It's very hard to get the bus. Upcoming Metro station at least 15 20 mins drive. Moreover, all houses depend on borewell water. What are these people thinking off? Just because there is an airport 45 mins from the cross, they can jack up the price? These brokers don't even know where the IT park is coming. There is a new airport road that connects airport to whitefield too. There is hennur road also that connects airport to Hennur. Lot of roads to reach the eastern part of city, reaching south and western part is harder, which will also get sorted once strr is fully built

The one road which is wide enough and links North Bangalore directly to the city is NH 44. SH 9 connects to NH 44 so it will increase traffic on NH 44, SH 74 is a road no one will take because Nelamangala is also located on the outskirts and not close to any major hubs, SH 104 is already a traffic nightmare.
Sahakar Nagar in North Bengaluru is really beautiful and "The Place" to be in and live...Even Jakkur and Yelahanka some parts are okay but they are not as clean and green as Sahakar Nagar. Garbage on roads and road quality with parks and lakes maintenence in these places need to be managed well for them to turn into a premium locality like Sahakar Nagar and it can be done as it is not impossible.

The layout is too far from connectivity (for 3.5 km autos charge 200 Rs), and in night time to go from hebbal cross to inside (just 3 km), the cost is 300Rs. Moreover, after 7 pm, it's a thieves paradise (except in busy streets). Seriously, it's not posh area either. Also, the parks and houses nearby are surrounded by high tension (not safe for health). It's very hard to get the bus. Upcoming Metro station at least 15 20 mins drive.
Moreover, all houses depend on borewell water.
What are these people thinking off? Just because there is an airport 45 mins from the cross, they can jack up the price? These brokers don't even know where the IT park is coming.
