It didnt look like you added any water to the pva.. 70% pva 30% water gives a better movement.. also you used different paints for each.. that can also make a difference..
@@lovemysweetart5416 Yeah I can do, it might be a while though as I have videos planned until July, I was planning on doing some pouring videos later so i'll include it then so keep your eyes peeled! 🙂🙂
How could he do a comparison test without knowing how to properly prepare the pva? Totally not valid. I wonder i Liquitex had a hand in this. I hope not, very dishonest to say the least. Yes, I know it was a few years ago, but it is still lhee and being watched. On top of that, he was "quite pleased" with his first one-way to stretched and colorless.
Liquitex had no hand in this video lol, I use PVA in my paintings all the time but I actually liked the finish of the Liquitex medium. My 'technqiue' might not have been up to your very high standards but it was just a fun little experiment, stop taking things so seriously!
See how I put these materials to use in another episode of watch me paint, this time it's HUGE! Video: ua-cam.com/video/AnIGJbGJ1MY/v-deo.html
😀🎨

Janscrazylife Thanks Jan! 😀

PVA glue should be clear or white??
PVA white blue dries clear.
Both are great colours
Does PVA artworks go yellow with time? that's what I've heard is a problem with using PVA for fluid art
I've personally never experienced any yellowing, although I usually add a huge amount of paint to the PVA 😅
Should we also add glycerine to the pva?@@AnthonyCrammen
Did you add water with the PVA?
Oh it was a long time ago but I don't think I did, just used it straight.
Can you try it again with water mixed in to see the results? I enjoyed watching

Being new to the process, I think the PVA is the best choice… at least until the experimental stage is behind me. Thanks for this. 😊
Does anyone know the difference at what pva glue and liquitex pouring medium is made of. ????
PVA+ Ink + Water ( 2-3 drops at a time...to make it more fluid
There you go, an extra view from interaction on a previous vid.
I'll keep it in mind for next time! 😁
QUestion : How you scrape a PVA canvas paintin? If you have to do a new start....
You could still scrape it off when wet but it'll be slightly different to paint alone. You can sometimes peel pva off too once it has dried.
Paint over with something like Gesso.
Wow u were actually waring a shirt 😯
Doesn't happen often!! 😅
Suits you. Or maybe it's the colours.
The PVA one looks like a waterfall, rather like Angel Falls.
The pva mix was much too thick, you should have added some water ...... i like it myself .... and would not waste my money on liquitex

Wow. Can't believe you accused him of being sponsored and not saying so. Your comment is just rude.
