I've only added a small amount of the Liquitex with my floetrol, but now I'll have to have an experiment with just the Liquitex pouring medium like you did here and see what happens. I do feel like the paintings are stickier when they are dry when I add it so that's why I haven't just used it up until now. Well, that and the cost.

@@pennymccracken9079 thank you, Penny. This is something I want to try also - use Floetrol and Liquitex in one mixture. And yes, I wish the Liquitex PM wasn't that pricey
My experience is still limited with pouring mediums so I’m sure other people might say more about this than me. I usually only use the liquitex pouring medium with floetrol. I don’t really like the liquitex by itself, it tends to require a lot more fussing around and it’s really not good for the effects I try to get. Now having said that, whenever I use it together with floetrol, it starts to set faster than just using floetrol. The liquitex is very good for holding the shape of the rings. If I want to make sure that there are less cells I can use less floetrol and more liquitex pouring medium. My favourite thing about liquitex pouring medium is that it makes everything very glossy and smooth, plus it helps immensely to prevent cracking and crazing.
Thank you for sharing! I'm surprised to hear that liquitex is good for shape holding, cause I has completely opposite results, but I guess it's all about finding the right consistency and ratio. Thank you!
I like that you posted the real deal experience. People who try to do it and don't get a great result right off the bat, might think they have failed, and then give up. Acrylic pouring is an experimental process and therefore there are no real failures; just learning experiences.
I agree with you SO much! Most of these videos only show great results. Everything went according to plan and the end result is fabulous. Then when I try and it fails, I get a bit shaken. It's so good to see a video where the results are not what they wanted. The thing that I love about Olga is the fact that she explains why she does things and what might happen if you don't so something (or you do something). I always learn so much when I watch her.
I especially liked the first pour with Liquitex, especially how the colors moved so unpredictably that they made waves and ripples. Just lovely. Sometimes we stumble onto something unintentionally satisfying.
The honesty of this video has really impressed me. I have so much respect for you, that you're willing to show us not only the pretty pictures but also the sometimes not-so-pretty reality of being an artist. As one of my favorite UA-cam artists says, you're punching perfectionism in the face -- and that's what earned my subscription to your channel 💜💜💜
Thank you Olga. Most of us are nervous to show our fails to anyone but you are right when you say that to only show the brilliant pours isn't the ideal way to showcase this form of art. We are all learning and your generous sharing of brilliant pours and a few fails is very helpful and I for one appreciate that. Thank you so much for sharing this experiment. Hi Nita, thank you so much 💓 I agree with you, and I believe in honesty, and I think it's the best way to learn if we all share not only our success but also the mistakes to learn from. And I'm sending you some warm weather and sunrays in exchange for a nice cool breeze😄😀
Sista Soby, the way you explain what is going on with the paint of the paintings lets me know that there is a serious science to this art. I am in WOW of you.
I just started this week, and I’ve been using Liquitex Pouring Medium, wondering why my paintings don’t look like the awesome pours that inspired me to try... thank you for showing me that I’m not the only one getting this result. I thought I was just doing something wrong.
Perfectly explained! 👏👏👏 my mix is Floetrol, small amount of PVA, even smaller amount of Liquitex PM and bits of water. This is my go to mix for my basic pours. I use different combinations for more advanced type pours. Do I want cells or no cells. Do I want paint to blend or not blend. What I have found is that Artist mediums are generally some type of gloss coating. And can be used as such, like Liquitex PM. Where Floetrol is not an Artist medium just a conditioner and paint color extender. Liquitex changed some of their labeling, (Gina Deluca), on some of their mediums to include Pouring Medium on the Label, where it used to say Gloss and Varnish Pouring Medium, now just say Pouring Medium. I've found a little of each gives me the best results, keeping in mind that I cannot leave too much paint on the canvas when using Floetrol in the mix. I hope a lot of people see this! 👍
Excellent explanation! Thank you, Diane. Only I have both Liquitex PM and Liquitex Gloss Medium and Varnish, and I would say they are different mediums, even tho some properties are the same. I am going to try a "complex" mixture with a little bit of everything and see how that works 😀
I really appreciate that you show and explain the failures. It makes it less daunting to try things as a new pouring artist. You are fantastic. Looking forward to all your future creations. 😊♥️
There is a great UA-cam video you can watch that explains why water is never a good "additive" for your Acrylic Paints. (Small amounts of water won't hurt, but using water as your main or only additive/pouring medium is not a good idea.) Your painting may look okay in the beginning - but could eventually flake, making your painting literally fall off the canvas (the exceptions would be if you are painting on absorbent mediums). The video is called: Worst Mistake Acrylic Painters Make - and you can find it here: ua-cam.com/video/EKNpKUK4lMc/v-deo.html
Yes. A little water is good. However the flaking doesn’t happen if you seal. Many pour artists do multiple layers of Lacquer to seal and give a glossy finish or even resin coat for really fancy pieces.
Thank you for being vulnerable and showing us when things do not work perfectly. It is reassuring that these things happen to everyone when they are learning!
Hi Olga, I too loved this experiment...we humans learn far better the hard way. It usually stays in our minds longer. So you actually saved us lots of paint and time to find these answers before they were questions in our minds, and mostly you saved us lots of materials. This IS all new to many of us, so we have to realize (remind ourselves) we are learning and we shouldn’t expect “perfection”. My personal opinion is that it doesn’t exist. Once we stop striving for “Perfect” I believe we will be much less stressed and therefore become better with the task and more realistic with our feelings after we complete a task. Who’s with me?
This video is exactly why I love watching all your videos, you show us all the things that not only work, more importantly how you fix and make things work for you, I really need to find the time to watch your older videos too. Thank you so much for sharing everything💞you are an amazing teacher!!! 💞🦋
Your teaching, presentation & editing are the best I’ve seen! The choice of music is good & it doesn’t overpower the presentation. Seeing your studio adds lots of color, your speak very articulate & precise. You sound like you are speaking to an audience not just yourself. The two different camera views really lift your presentation & keep it from becoming boring. You are a true Talent & Profession !
Dear Olga, I am sure someone has pointed it out, but I will say it too: the Liquitex looks like a blue eagle in front of a fire or like a monster. So it might be a keeper. And thank you so much for running this experiment! It is so important that someone who has consistent experiment conditions can test one parameter at a time. You are a perfect scientist of the acrylic pouring method! All the best to you! From Russia with love and appreciation.
So glad you decided to show us everything-a good teacher is willing to do that-not let their egos get in the way. Good decision to show us ALL! Thanks.
Showing everything allows people the opportunity to learn from your mistakes. Anyone can edit to come up with just the right looks and "perfect" finishes but it takes someone brave to show it all. Good for you for being brave.
That’s what I like about you so humble and fluent natural not always seeking perfectionism & that encourages me always to give a try to several stuff and feel good on whatever the results will be ❤️
Thank you SO much for sharing these "failures." By doing so, you enabled us to learn ever so much more than we possibly could have if everything had turned out ideally.
Thank you so much for this video. I agree with showing "mistakes" as well the successes. I am just beginning to experiment with this technique and I have experimented with many different painting techniques...so I understand that having problems is a huge part of the learning process as well as when you feel you are an "expert"! I truly enjoy YOU and your videos!!
Thank you for showing this, it's really useful for those of us who are still on the 10% good/90% awful pours to see what works, what doesn't, and most importantly why things go wrong. On my first pours I picked up the wrong tube to mix my white and only realised once I'd used up all my mix that I'd added Pebeo Bindex instead of white acrylic. It didn't affect the result, it was truly awful but it would still have been awful if I'd used the right tube!
Thank you, Debbie, it is all about trials and error and learning on our own (or someone else's) mistakes. In fact, some of my best pours happen from a terrible mistake at first
THANK YOU soooooo much for posting this video, although it’s been a year and nine months since you’ve tried these three separate techniques I appreciate you showing us all of your BEAUTIFUL work and also showing us this video of the Fails. I am a professional beauty makeup artist, but new to this form of Artwork (and a new subscriber to your channel) and I must say that this video has given me hope that all is not lost, and for me to just keep on trying. Again thanks for posting.
Thank you for sharing! Try using different paint brands and maybe mixing paint and water only and see how that works for you😉 Maybe you'll like it better than pouring medium😊
We love that you showed the successes and the failures this way we know what not to do thank you so much because this is part of learning and we need to know this. God bless you and please keep teaching as you are such a wonderful teacher Olga
Sooo much great info in this video! Thank you for posting this... You saved many of us from some major issues here. I am not only learning but enjoying your positive energy very much! I feel so encouraged by you. Stay lifted Olga! 😊
@@OlgaSoby I have been out of art for many years and I have attempted to get back into it over the last year. I have had 3 unsuccessful attempts and I took the bad results to heart, unable to try again immediately. I have watched many videos of you making the prettiest artwork and you make it look so effortless. This video reminds me that even "our teachers or inspirations" have bad days. It is so important that new artists learn this and that old artists be reminded of this. I can tell you were upset but you kept your spirits up and explained every "happy little accident" in great detail. Thank you again for posting this video. You are always a breath of fresh air to me!! I am staring at my jug of Floetrol right now. I am new to this medium. Maybe today is the day...💖
Dear Olga. Thank you for having the courage to show these. To me they are not mistakes, because perfection can only come from improving all the time. We all have to start at the bottom, even when we have had fantastic role models in our personal lives. So - never be afraid of showing us your not so perfect pours. Those of us who are still on the bottom rungs of the ladder love those just as much as the 'perfect' ones. 😄
Thank you Olga. It is very helpful to have videos like this. I have not been getting the results that I was and watching this reminded me to go back to the beginning and work my way forward. You are a wonderful help.
This video is extremely valuable to those of us just starting. Thanks for sharing all of your mistakes as well as your successes!! That's what makes this video an amazing learning experience
Hi Linda here, I really appreciate your pours, very good information. I’m gathering as much information as possible before l start my first pour, watching for days and days, not getting much housework done. Loving this form of art l cant wait to get started.
Hi Linda, can you imagine what happens when you actually GET STARTED? no housework done and family is hungry 😆😆😆 Of course, it's not that bad, but I need to warn you - acrylic pouring is very addicting.
Omg I've been wondering about that liquutex pouring medium and knowing that the binders break after about 30% water was SO helpful to learn!! Another amazing and informative video Olga! You're amazing!
Thank you, Christina! This means a lot! And I'm definitely going to practice and experiment more with both Liquitex and Water only! And also want to put them all in one mixture and see what happens. 😊
@@OlgaSoby omg I'm excited to see what THAT looks like! I think you'd be shocked with using glue as well and I'd love to see you try that as a medium! I feel like it may give you the same smooth semi gloss finish as the lquitex medium
thank you, I actually have never used glue, but I heard people are having cracking problems with it, so I guess I was scared to try :) would love to know your mixture recommendations!
I have been wanting to try pouring techniques for a while and have been too chicken to try! Today while battling COVID at home, I found your channel and I cannot stop watching! I love that you explain what you’re doing and why and that you take the time to show us different mediums and pouring techniques!!! I think it’s time for me to jump in and give this a shot!! Thank you for inspiring me to try something new.
Oh Olga, youve done it again. Every tutorial is informative and this experiment was really well planned and presented. So grateful for your efforts. I'm in Australia and only recently started my paint pouring journey! Addicted! Lobe your videos, your website and your talent! Awesome lemonade! 😃
It's well appreciated for us the beginners, that you show that not all of the paintings are perfect because most of videos we watch everything it's perfectly done and if we don't see this kind of things we get frustrated so, BRAVO 👏👏👏👏
Your energy, your honesty and your kindness is just amazing. It means a lot for me. Thank you for teaching as a friend, with up and downs I'm learning a lot and... with confidence in myself...
I'm so pleased you showed us the experiment. I'm getting overwhelmed by watching so many different tutorials. Can you tell me what the Floetrol and water percentages were to paint, please? Thank you so much. 🥰
I swear you know exactly how to handle a unhappy pour. I've had a few problems & have been very upset w/ myself, I ordered flotrol from Amazon yesterday. So hopefully it will improve my pours, but I wanted to say thank you for your honesty 🙏😊. I appreciate your candor I needed to see someone like you (so talented & naturally artistic) have a little trouble with it. Yes please do more experiments its great fun! Yeah & thank you ❤
This demonstration was great. I have only used your paint Floetrol water recipe so seeing you try all three recipes was very informative. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
Very well presented and thought out tutorial. Lots of good information despite the pours not working out as you had hoped. Thanks for the time and effort you put in to your videos :).
Never make excuses sister! The nature of art is that every piece is in itself unique. “Nothing is good or bad, only thinking makes it so”. Shakespeare. I hope you will have a more positive feel in your self. You are wonderful!
17:40 I am glad you posted this video! I am just beginning at learning acrylic pouring and this video showed the pour can have trouble you don’t expect. I am at the present time experimenting with mediums. I get the same problems of paints not sticking to the side of canvas to holes starting to form when the painting is drying! I am sure I will get it right with the mediums with experimenting with the mediums. But I seen a lot of your work and know there will come a time I won’t have to worry so much about the paint flowing properly. I have done a few and posted a few that I had no problems with. Thanks again for the video!
Olga, this was so useful to me! I didn't know any of it before, you have (hopefully) saved me from the same mistakes, thank you. You were brave to let us see you making mistakes.
I use Liquitex Pouring Medium (LPM) to help bind the color of the paints I use that are inexpensive. I use it in addition to Floetrol and water. From watching you I can see the pour you did w/ LPM the colors did not blend on the canvas once they were poured -you can see each individual color. Where you only used water the colors did not stay defined and separate. I'm glad you did this experiment. It helps all of us!
I have yet to experiment with pouring in this manner, I have done Pollack type of pouring before, years ago. So, I hope to avoid the many trouble others are having and I am so glad you have posted these videos they are very helpful, Thank You!
BRAVO! I have learned soooo much from your experimental pours. You are such a valuable teacher and truly beautiful person. Very patient and very passionate regarding your work.
💓 thank you, Mandy! I believe in honesty, and I think it's the best way to learn if we all share not only our success but also the mistakes to learn from.
I'm fascinated by pour painting & don't have the space to do it right now so I'm watching videos. With your content it's like being able to actually study! I know this is an old video but I wanted to say thanks - I've watched a couple of your 'experiments' and they are super useful. I hope you continue to enjoy and grow in what you love.
This was a very good experiment - you analyzed what went wrong as well as what went right. Great job! I also like the simplicity of just water so it is good to know the dos and don'ts.
I really appreciate your experiments and putting this video out there. I have been doing acrylic pouring for a couple of months and I've been having problems with my consistencies and ratios and poring mediums and getting cracks and crazing. I almost gave up as well but I know that I'm learning something from all of this and I learned a lot from your video for my next attempt!
This is exactly the video I needed to watch today .. I was wondering what I had done wrong in my first few paintings over the last week and so thought I would look back through some of your older videos to see if I could find the answers .. and PRESTO! all my questions answered in 18.42 minutes! All my mistakes in one video! 😄 Thank you Olga, great troubleshooting video! ❤
Omg I’m so glad to see that you had the same issue with Liquitex pouring medium. I found that in some areas it seemed like it set very quickly where I had ares that didn’t move. I thought it was just me.
Oh guess what .. I tried liquitex pour today on a small board to start with and it so happens I had same smudgy effect. I forgot to buy and add silicone oil, will do next time after watching such detailed videos. Thanks Olga. Appreciate your spirit of inquisitiveness and enthusiasm!
Thank you so much! This was so informative. I'm glad you chose to let us see the real deal. I don't think I've learned more from a comparison video. And the explanation at the end taught me what to look for, too. Truly enriching!
It is the best for me for now too, especially cause I'm so used to it, and kinda know what to expect. but I'm definitely going to experiment more and kick my self out of the comfort zone 😆
Your not wrong, I just started painting and it happened to all 3 of the ones I did. Really glad I found you experience today. Love your work thanks for sharing 👍
I just add floetrol to my paints. I like the cells it creates after torching and if I add a lot of it, it creates lacing also which gives it a nice look. Thanks for posting this it was helpful.
I loved watching this video! I’m a newbie & have watched sooo many of your more recent videos where your results are absolutely stunning. It’s great to see some not as great results as it’s shown me more of the trial & error that’s gone into your journey 💞 I’ll have to remember to be more patient with myself & thank you so much for sharing 😊
I am a rock painter and wanting to try paint pouringI've learned so much with your experiments I really appreciate you posting and your art is just beautiful
Love love love this video. The best lessons are learnt from experiments that don’t always work out. This was PACKED with tips and nuggets. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Appreciate you for this demonstration though it was not that as you anticipated. This happens for newbies like me. Totally encouraging. Thank you Olga.
Thank you very much for sharing your experiment, it was very informative and interesting. I heard that Liquitex pouring medium produced cells, I guess I was missed informed. As for the canvases, you might have gotten a bad batch. I had a canvas where it looked like there was some kind of oil or grease on it, nothing would stick to it, even gesso. Thanks again for sharing
Thank you, Tina! Liquitex is definitely not the one for cells. I did flip cups with it - same results. And if you do want cells, floetrol with a little silicone works much better (even without silicone). I thought it was a canvas at first but then realized that I just added to much water to one of the colors. Well, lesson learned, ready for more experiments!😀😀
Yes please make more videos like this one maybe one where you have equal ratio of paint and medium and do same as you did here. Liquitex, water and floetrol. Thanks so much i learn so much when you do these. Great job.
Thank you so much! As a very new pourer, this information is vital!!! I just watch a ton of videos, and hope for the best. Thanks for letting us know, that not all pours are going to go well!
Thank you so much for sharing the whole experience, even when it didn’t all work out perfectly. I tried my first pour ever the other day and it was pretty much a full fail. People always make it look so easy and then when it’s not, it’s discouraging. I knew I just needed try try again but it’s hard to learn from perfection so I’m grateful for this video! Now I know why all my paint didn’t stick. Too much water.

Showing everything allows people the opportunity to learn from your mistakes. Anyone can edit to come up with just the right looks and "perfect" finishes but it takes someone brave to show it all. Good for you for being brave.
thank you, Warren!
That’s what I like about you so humble and fluent natural not always seeking perfectionism & that encourages me always to give a try to several stuff and feel good on whatever the results will be ❤️
I'm just beginning to try my hand at this type of painting. Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us! Love your end results!
Thank you for teaching me what to do as well as what not to do. Your videos are fantastic.
Glad you like them, Sharon! 😊🤗
Olga, you are a great personality and teacher. Thanks for all your videos.
Im new too my first one looks like sushi. Second like army print. Third one near perfect then my friend put her phone on my wet painting 😥
Thank you, Debbie, it is all about trials and error and learning on our own (or someone else's) mistakes. In fact, some of my best pours happen from a terrible mistake at first
Hi Renae, pour looks like sushi? I wanna see that! 😁😄
I really appreciate your honesty. I've learned more from my failed pours than from my successful pours. Good work! I look forward to your next video ☺
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! That is true. we learn on the mistakes the best, in fact, all of my best artworks are results of trials and errors :)
Very nice of you to show us your ‘fails’ not only successful results. I appreciate it so much. Thank you👍
thank you, Lana. Honestly, I was quite nervous to do that but so happy to see that it actually helps!
We love that you showed the successes and the failures this way we know what not to do thank you so much because this is part of learning and we need to know this. God bless you and please keep teaching as you are such a wonderful teacher Olga
You are so welcome, Lisa!😉
Sooo much great info in this video! Thank you for posting this... You saved many of us from some major issues here. I am not only learning but enjoying your positive energy very much!
I feel so encouraged by you. Stay lifted Olga! 😊
You are so welcome, William! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, William Dunnagan! 💖🤗
Thank you so much!💖
I appreciate you showing imperfect pours. I learn more and it makes me feel better knowing you have to fix your art too.
Glad it was helpful, Diane!😊
Thank you Olga. It is very helpful to have videos like this. I have not been getting the results that I was and watching this reminded me to go back to the beginning and work my way forward. You are a wonderful help.
Thank you, Dawn! This is 100% true it all start with the base, and for me it's probably the right mixture and consistency 😊
This video is extremely valuable to those of us just starting. Thanks for sharing all of your mistakes as well as your successes!! That's what makes this video an amazing learning experience
I love the way you explain the processes and why you get the results that you do. Thank you for doing these experiments.
Hi Linda here, I really appreciate your pours, very good information. I’m gathering as much information as possible before l start my first pour, watching for days and days, not getting much housework done. Loving this form of art l cant wait to get started.
Hi Linda, can you imagine what happens when you actually GET STARTED? no housework done and family is hungry 😆😆😆
Of course, it's not that bad, but I need to warn you - acrylic pouring is very addicting.
Thanks for being willing to show things that don’t work out. Very helpful!
Hi there, wow thank you so much for such amazing comment! Totally made my day 😊 Looking forward to seeing your pouring experiments in the group!
It's well appreciated for us the beginners, that you show that not all of the paintings are perfect because most of videos we watch everything it's perfectly done and if we don't see this kind of things we get frustrated so, BRAVO 👏👏👏👏
Olga, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and talent with us...
Your energy, your honesty and your kindness is just amazing. It means a lot for me. Thank you for teaching as a friend, with up and downs I'm learning a lot and... with confidence in myself...
Thank you for the compliments, Martha!😊💖
It’s like getting used to a new oven! Everything is different. A very helpful tutorial - thank you.
Yes 100% true! Takes some practice first (and maybe read the instruction too lol)
I'm so pleased you showed us the experiment. I'm getting overwhelmed by watching so many different tutorials. Can you tell me what the Floetrol and water percentages were to paint, please? Thank you so much.
🥰
Hi! Please check out description under the video for recipe details 😉
@@OlgaSobyI didn’t see ratios
Your "fails" are quite beautiful. I guess beauty truly is in the eyes of the beholder.
That was a great experiment to watch. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I appreciate it, Vicky! Thank you for checking it out!
Yeah & thank you ❤
Thank you so much, Reyna!😊
Thank you! I love seeing different experiments! So fun! Have a great week!
Your honesty is so refreshing! Thank you 😊
You are so welcome!😉
This demonstration was great. I have only used your paint Floetrol water recipe so seeing you try all three recipes was very informative. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
You're most welcome June💖
Very well presented and thought out tutorial. Lots of good information despite the pours not working out as you had hoped. Thanks for the time and effort you put in to your videos :).
Thank you so much for this feedback! It means a lot, and I'm glad that it's helpful! 💓
Finally! I've been having the same exact issues with the liquitex pouring medium and it's so refreshing seeing it's not just me
Never make excuses sister! The nature of art is that every piece is in itself unique.
“Nothing is good or bad, only thinking makes it so”. Shakespeare.
I hope you will have a more positive feel in your self. You are wonderful!
Thank you, Rann 💙
Thanks so much for your honesty and teaching all you learned!
You are most welcome! Glad it was helpful!😉
Olga, this was so useful to me! I didn't know any of it before, you have (hopefully) saved me from the same mistakes, thank you. You were brave to let us see you making mistakes.
You are so welcome, Carol! Happy to help😊
Yes that is true, you are right! Does your mixture with lpm holds the shape of rings well?
@@OlgaSoby i can't say for sure since this is not a style of pouring I have done more than once or twice. Sorry!
You are awesome Olga. Thank you so much - explains alot and your honesty is well appreciated. :)
Wow, thank you so much! Glad it was helpful!😊
I do really like it when you discuss what goes wrong!! It is so useful. 😊
Glad you enjoy it!😊
This is exactly the video I needed to watch today .. ❤
You are most welcome!😊
Omg I’m so glad to see that you had the same issue with Liquitex pouring medium. I found that in some areas it seemed like it set very quickly where I had ares that didn’t move. I thought it was just me.
Oh guess what .. I tried liquitex pour today on a small board to start with and it so happens I had same smudgy effect. I forgot to buy and add silicone oil, will do next time after watching such detailed videos. Thanks Olga. Appreciate your spirit of inquisitiveness and enthusiasm!
The Liquitex ones are my absolute favorite!!
Thank you so much! This was so informative. I'm glad you chose to let us see the real deal. I don't think I've learned more from a comparison video. And the explanation at the end taught me what to look for, too. Truly enriching!
Thank you so very much Olga! Learnt so much more from this video than the 'successful' others.
Really? Well, this means a lot to me, I'm gonna consider to share a lot more experiments in the future! Thank you 💓
Floetrol was the best in my opinion! Fun experiment.
It is the best for me for now too, especially cause I'm so used to it, and kinda know what to expect. but I'm definitely going to experiment more and kick my self out of the comfort zone 😆
Just watched this video today-your artistic technique has developed so much since then. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge!
You are so welcome!
Your not wrong, I just started painting and it happened to all 3 of the ones I did. Really glad I found you experience today. Love your work thanks for sharing 👍
Happy to hear you find it helpful, Neva 😍
Thank you for the experiment. Really worth exploring. Thank you .
Absolutely worth it! Trials and errors for the best results in future :)
It’s great to see some not as great results as it’s shown me more of the trial & error that’s gone into your journey 💞
I’ll have to remember to be more patient with myself & thank you so much for sharing 😊
Happy to hear you enjoyed it and find it helpful, Laura! 💖
I am a rock painter and wanting to try paint pouringI've learned so much with your experiments I really appreciate you posting and your art is just beautiful
I love the videos when I'm learning why I get it wrong. I really appreciate you sharing this Olga...
Brilliant and true representation. Fantastic video
thank you so much, Melissa, means a lot!
Really appreciate your sharing of experiments. Learning from my failures.
It really helps to see this because I've learned why some of my paintings came out the way they did! Do more!
Happy to hear that!💖
Love love love this video. The best lessons are learnt from experiments that don’t always work out. This was PACKED with tips and nuggets. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Glad it was helpful!😊
I’ve watched this video more than once, it’s sooo valuable!! I’m so glad you show the good and the bad! ♥️♥️
Glad it was helpful, Amanda!!!😊
Appreciate you for this demonstration though it was not that as you anticipated. This happens for newbies like me. Totally encouraging. Thank you Olga.
We all have days like you did . I loved this video. It made me feel much better about not always getting the results I expected.
Thank you Olga for teaching us so much 🌷
Thank you very much for sharing your experiment, it was very informative and interesting.
You’re such an inspiration especially for beginners like myself 😍👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Yes please make more videos like this one maybe one where you have equal ratio of paint and medium and do same as you did here. Liquitex, water and floetrol. Thanks so much i learn so much when you do these. Great job.
Thank you so much, Julie!😊
Thank you for sharing this experiment, it will be much help for me.
And I'm absolutely happy to hear that! Thank you!
Thanks for doing this experiment for us. Saves us lots of time and money.
Thank you so much! As a very new pourer, this information is vital!!! I just watch a ton of videos, and hope for the best. Thanks for letting us know, that not all pours are going to go well!
You are most welcome! And also if you are new to this, I highly recommend checking out my website, I share a lot of info there smartartmaterials.com/
Thank you, Jocelyn! 😉 I'm glad, that my video was useful for you.
Even though they aren't perfect I think the last 2 are stunning. They look amazing in the color and design.
Thank you so much, Jess!😊
