I really dig the Modeling Software usage. I'm easing into using SketchUp to save time when planning an order of operations for cutting pieces and making fewer mistakes. Great video and has excellent narration!
First time viewer and I am impressed by the way you show the table saw setup for cutting the material. You earned yourself a new subscriber. Looking forward to more cool videos. Take care.
That is great little project and some awesome woodworking. You video is fantastic as well including the details on cutting process and hole location calculations. Thanks!
You happen to have a place where you have links to any videos that are published on other channels? I figure you got a couple videos on sponsors channels and maybe you can’t link them directly on your site until they’re old enough? Maybe I’m mistaken and you got everything here.
@@BevelishCreations Specifically interested in stuff like tool wall/French and clamp holders. Easy enough to figure out but your clamp rack looks nice in the background.
I thought they’d be hideous at first, but I think it works pretty well. I’ve seen similar stuff sold at Pottery Barn. It kind of goes with the whole “farmhouse” style haha. But definitely not for everyone
Great project thanks for sharing. Think I’ll actually build this but use dominos hah (I have a 6 month old so quick and reliable). I enjoy all your videos but you gotta fix ya cowlick before you publish 😜
Great video as usual! I just can't get over how bad those rockler bolts look - just about ruins an other wise perfectly clean and minimal design. I would say the only time to use these would be when they are well out of sight.
Never seen anyone model the table saw setups. That's awesome. I love it!
Haha thanks! Sometimes it helps me to visualize and it helps me to explain things
Thanks for incl the table saw cuts with the modeling software, it really added to the clarity.
Yeah I figured it’s easier to explain that way haha
Built a few of these now, all different sizes, even a couple for a kindergarten class ! Super useful tables for kids when built at the right height.

Thank you!
Great build, love how it turned out!! Thanks for sharing your time and talent!
Thanks for checking it out!
Those cross dowels are cool. I’m with you, I wasn’t sure how the external hardware would look but I like it.
Thanks Bruce. The more i see them, the more they grew on me

Thank you!
Beautiful design as always bud! I actually really like the look of the exposed hardware too even though I also didn't think I would, but it works!
Yeah it has that “farmhouse” look haha. It would go well with Pottery Barn furniture 😂
@@BevelishCreations Haha totally!
Agree the hardware looks rough, but overall the desk design is smart. Im about to do a larger live edge version
It was really nice to see you explaining the cuts and then making the cuts!
Thanks! Hope it was helpful
Reminds me of a design Mattias did with finger joints. Nicely done.
Thanks 😊
@@BevelishCreations there’s something wrong with the free plans link. 😔
SOO glad I found this video. I’ve been thinking about building one of these. A lot of inspiration in this video. Thanks!
Thank you! Glad you liked it
Great design and workflow. Awesome look and practical.
Thanks!

No problem! Hope it was helpful
Could you have installed the dowel part of the hardware on the inside? so that only the bolt head was visible?
Yeah I could have
Spectacular video!
Thank you so much
Great film, always great shots. Excellent instructions. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Thanks!
This is a great project and a job well done.
Thank you!
Love this! Great video
Thank you!
Amazing design and work, Alex! 😃
Really beautiful side table!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thank you!
I'm guessing this is water based finished because of the milky color? If not, I'd love to know what you used.
Love your video's bro...where can i buy a pencil like yours.
Love the jujutsu kaisen tat!
Thanks! 😁
Very cool 😎
Thanks!
I've always wondered, if you order lumber from an online store, do you wait to start the project until they acclimate?
I didn’t. Assuming they’re dry enough. I didn’t have time to wait because I was on a deadline. But if you can wait, that’s better
What app do you use on your iPad for the modeling?
Shapr3D. I have several videos on this :)
@@BevelishCreations thanks man. I will check those out!
@Bevelish Creations I was going to ask the same thing. Very professional! I'd suggest adding that info to your video description(s)
I did add it
What modeling program are you using
Shapr3D. I have several videos on the program :)

Yeah I have videos on my sponsors’ website and UA-cam channels. Those belong to them

The black ones? They’re from Wallcontrol. You can get 10% off if you use my code : Bevelish
@@BevelishCreations The wooden F clamp rack that is in background of many talk shots. Has pleasant angle on the bottom. Shelf on the top.
Oh I think that was from Fix This Build That
just found this channel. excellent work. what software was on your iPad?
Thanks! It’s Shapr3D. I have several videos on it if you’re interested
Awesome build...but those giant bolts are hideous.

Yeah it would be much cleaner haha

The look kind of grew on me though. Has that “farmhouse” look 😂
Probably could use your slider a bit less. I came to watch a video, not go on a roller coaster ride!
😂
