2lbs potato peeled and chopped into chunks
1 small onion chopped
1 pimento pepper chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 heaping tbsp mild curry
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp green seasoning
Salt to taste
Water to cook the potato
