My family is not Trinidadian but i have family that grew up in Trinidad and were raised there this is how they make their curry it’s so similar to their recipe and I love it. Only difference is the armchar and garam masala powder but it’s still amazing without
I do the same this with my chicken legs. My husband hasn’t figured out that eat the before serving up the food. 😂 I tell myself it’s the treat for the chef. Thanks for sharing
I love my curry with lots of thick gravy and enough potatoes to please my 4 kids, with rice of course and a good amount of pepper....lol! Looks like yours is exactly the way I like it..yum! I am from eastern part of India (Kolkata to be precise) where freshwater fish is in abundance. Miss that very much here in the US. I like my chicken curry saucy (as I have it with rice 😀). Yes, I love to pick off the piece of meat that separates from the chicken itself and snack on it as well and i love it saucy like that. I dont like it dry at all. The best curry i ever had was mine made just the way you made yours😂💜I love all your videos. you're a great cook.
