How to Install SuperATV's Ready-Fit Winch on the Honda Pioneer 1000

Winch installs can be a pain. Wiring solenoids, making connections, and running wire all takes time. SuperATV has a way to cut that time in half. Braden will show you how to install our Ready-Fit winch which comes pre-wired and ready to install in no time. All you have to do is unbox it, secure the four bolts, and connect it to your battery terminals. When we say this is a quick-mount winch, we mean it. Available in 4500- and 6000-pound applications, this Honda Pioneer winch is pre-mounted, pre-wired, and an absolute breeze to install.

00:32 - Remove the front bumper from the machine
01:34 - Remove the bolts from the front differential
02:21 - Install the lower bracket mount to the machine
03:21 - Mount the winch
05:01 - Fully tighten the hardware
05:40 - Remove the hood of the machine
05:48 - Feed the leads through the machine and connect it to the battery
07:29 - Remove the driver side fender
09:21 - Install the rocker switch
10:00 - Connect rocker switch to jumper harness
10:45 - Connect rocker witch connecters to the winch
11:32 - Pull out some of the winch rope
11:44 - Cable manage the excess wires
12:24 - Install the fairlead to the factory bumper
13:53 - Mount the factory bumper
15:27 - Install the hook to the winch rope
16:00 - Install the winch stopper
18:05 - Sync the winch remote
18:30 - Test the rocker switch to make sure it works

Cab you respool the rope so it comes over the top of the spool? Seems like the angle would be better on the rope?????? Curious as I am getting ready to mount the black ops 6k on my 2020 deluxe
