I'm not a golfer, but found these stretches to be great for the upper body. I'm a choral singer, and these will be excellent during a heavy rehearsal week or before and after a concert. Holding a score (in more or less the same place) for an extended period causes "folder shoulder," and this will help avoid discomfort and fatigue.
I loved this. I don't golf, however, this is a great warm up for my back, neck and shoulders that tend to get crunchy after sitting at my desk too long. Thanks Rachel for another great standing workout.
The notification Sunday morning of your latest video brought a smile to my face. I had gone online 3 days before to look for a video on stretching before playing golf. You must have been reading my mind! Although I was not golfing Sunday, I found this video a great morning stretch and am definitely going to spend time with you before my next golf outing!
