    Hello everyone, here is a 30 minute standing session that you can do with, without or partly with a chair. It contains beginner level press ups for the triceps using the cahir as your piece of equipment. It also has simple ballet based fitness exercises to strengthen the legs, hips and back and improve your posture. Hope you enjoy it. Best wishes, Rachel ❤

    I really enjoyed this session! I’m 48 and this was CHALLENGING and Fun. I ❤the ballet moves and I worked up a sweat. Thank - u for another AMAZING workout. Xo

    Hi Rachel,
    Another fabulous class from you!
    I found it surprisingly challenging and my body feels great after these exercises.
    Fun incorporating ballet, which brought back happy memories from at least a hundred years ago😂

    Sorry for gatecrashing this senior routine!! I'm in my early 40's and I love your standing pilates routines. I hurt my back earlier this year doing Yoga and was advised to switch to pilates and your standing (and senior!) routines have really helped my recovery. I intend to continue with them!     Hello from the Okanagan Valley in beautiful BC Canada. Thanks for your workouts Rachel. I’ve been doing them for several years. It has really helped me. The standing workouts are the only way I can manage Pilates as I have arthritis in my hands, neck and elsewhere! It’s so wonderful to be able to have these workouts, keep up the great work, you are helping so many of us.

    This was a great standing and stretch session for me as I have tendonitis in my left knee and the movements were all very helpful and safe for that knee! It feels comfortable and flexible now, thank you!🤗🐕

    Thank you Rachel, that was really good & much needed to give me a good stretch. I did use a chair ( not a very suitable chair, because it’s too tall & too heavy 😂 I will definitely try again without the chair! ❤

    Hi Rachel hipou replacement in left hip all good my trouble is in my good hip finding it had to lift out to side on right hip which was not hip replacement side? advice please Pam

      Hello Pam, so glad the hip replacement went well. On the other hip, side leg lift it may just be becasue of your hip procedure on the left. When you life the right leg out to the side, the left hip, leg and left side of the back and core have to have the strength to hold you and follwoing a hip repleacment you may find you need to strengthen that left side first. I would work on smaller movements, maybe even withthe foot on the floor for now whilst you rebuild your strength. Best wishes, Rachel
