Can't believe I have not done this Video before. Felt great. That focus on breathing is so helpful. But I could not reach my arm around my rips. Belly is to big 😢😢 I love your outfit. 💙🩵

I especially love how you always remind us to check in that we're breathing while doing a posture...we tend to forget to do that lol. I am recovering from a few sports injuries and I can truly say that only after 1 week of doing your classes 3 to 4 times a week, I am already feeling better. Thank you for all you do

Rachel dear, is it ok to do this workout seated? I have osteoarthritis and sometimes standing for more than 10-15 minutes can put me down for a couple of hours. It all depends on how much I’ve tried to push myself. The good news is when I was diagnosed in 2017 I set to work on a good food plan, lost 30 pounds, and kept it off except for a pound or so around the holidays. I only did gentle stretching exercises while in the losing phase and it worked. As long as I continue to track my food and use portion control it works. I’m 67 and want to keep my mobility up. Thanks for all you do. So happy I found your channel. Blessings to you! I just finished this workout and it is wonderful. You’re so careful and I very much appreciate it. I did the upper body part seated and the lower standing, which worked well. Thank you for sharing Rachel. You are very gifted!
Good workout even for someone like me who likes intensive and faster paced exercise. I found it very helpful in my exhausted state ... while travelling and without a studio for my daily exercise. In fact, I could do it in my limited hotel room without getting in my husband's way. Thanks Rachel. BTW, I'm a "new senior" 😊.

Nice easy one. The hip hitch stretched my lower back more than my waist muscles and the knee bends forwards then to the side, we call "opening the gate" in football(soccer).

This is a very nice workout. I decided to do a short Pilates session followed by ukulele practice this evening, and now I'm all warmed up and ready to sing after the breathing exercises!
I haven’t exercised in years, but need to improve my health especially my balance (I suffer with vertigo) I found this doable and also challenging, just long enough to fit in with my busy day. Thank you 😊

Excellent after a break from PILATES. Loved the breathing. I had lower back trouble yesterday and this was perfect as it didn’t involve the lower back but helped strengthen the surrounding areas. And on a cold day this really warmed me up!
