    Hi Jessica - you have a fantastic channel with very helpful routines...my question is regarding foot cramping when doing some of the stretches. Any advice? After golf back of heal is tight and when toes are flexed or restacking doing this or other routines they tighten up. Is that hamstring, calf or both? Thank you

      It's typically fatigue in the foot! I would try some foot and leg exercises to build up some endurance in the small muscles of your foot.
