Both versions are equally great... Ed Sheeran's version is more quiet and calm...like a sweet lullaby...this version is more strong and powerful like a love song.

I'm here because of Celtic Woman. these versions are sooo different they cant be compared to one another. this is more deeper, harder, and is has more sense of urgency and the Celtic Woman one is soo soft it sounds like elves are singing in remembrance of fallen brethren its beautiful.

This song is perfect for the closing credits of the Desolation of Smaug movie. I first heard this song through the Britain's Got Talent auditions 2015, and I must admit this song is much more suited to the harmonic voices of four women than Ed Sheeran, who wrote the original song...
