As everyone has said, this was so inspiring. I got my private pilot at 17 to and I'm now 18 focusing on school to improve my marks. Your video made me realise that I need to get off the high horse and do whatever hands on job to get to my goal🙌

I needed to see your video sir. I've been passionate about aviation from 4 years old. My dad is a pilot and he's the best pilot in the sky. He's taught me everything I know and I did an introduction flight a month ago and the instructor said I fly better than his instrument rating students because of how my dad pattered me as a kid. I've made the decision to start. Flight training and I'm grafting super hard. Tonight I'm looking at my bank account and have enough for 2 exams of groundschool left and literally sent my pilot operators handbook flying a cross the room out of frustration whilst sitting on the nightshift and was really ready to give up. Thoughts of MY maths teacher telling me I'll never fly because of my lack of intelligence came creeping back and family telling me studying isn't my strong suit really haunts me. Your video really gave me some light at the end of the tunnel. I look forward to future videos!

Today, i’ve got all the signs on pursuing my dream career, I have a degree in economics but I’m currently working as a domestic helper in HKG I’m moving to Canada soon to have a better and higher salary in order for me to be able to start getting my PPL. I’m tired of being a slave of others and no freedom. I’m decisive to pursue this plan no matter what it takes. I believe that if there’s a will, there’s always a way. Nothing is impossible just trust the process.💪💪💪

This is good motivation I alway what to be a pilot but I have diagnosed with autism and I’m little worried about the medical classes

I was very confused on which job i wanted in the future, Either be a recruit in the army or proceed my biggest dream of becoming an airliner pilot. Your story is really similar with whats happening to me now. Bad grades, people who mock my dreams etc. thanks to you and your amazing story, I now have more motivation then I ever had of becoming an airliner pilot. 7:00, so true!!! People make out pilots like you need to be some rocket scientist and have crazy math skills, but it’s just simple arithmetic. I think pilots having to do extreme levels of math would be unsafe anyways😅

My friends always told me it's impossible but i have my mom that believes in me .. and despite our financial struggle i want to and will be a pilot
Don’t ever listen to your friends or family! You need to believe in yourself! Go get it 💪🏼 life is to short to worry about what people think. Godspeed brotha
I'm 32 years old now and I'm feeling like it's too late for me. When you get to this age it feels 10x harder to form friendships, network, and no one wants to invest in an older person. If you don't get a job flying right after flight school you waste all the money because now you have to stay current. fml.
It’s never too late! My CFI started in his 40 and did well, I also fly with many pilots who had different careers before becoming pilots. I have so many stories of people making it. Don’t give up you can do this
@@AlexBengoechea oh really. the thing is I haven't even started my PPL, and I hear the drop out rate is 80% and I didn't do well in school at all. It just seems impossible. No guarantee of finding a job after all the money spent either. I'm doubting I'll even be able to get my medical.

RESTRICTIONS OR PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS, RESTRICTS YOU TO, ONLY FLY GLIDERS WITH OR WITHOUT MOTORS BUT, THE WITH THE SPORT PILOT CERTIFICATE, YOUR RESTRITED ON HOW HIGHT YOU CAN GO, AND PASSENGERS AND THE COST ARE ABOUT THE SAME BUT NEED DOUBLE THE HRS...🤔?
