    Thank you so much for the tip on liminal dreaming.
    I've had this stuff for years when I'm super tired, and used to think they're micro-dreams, similar and tied to micro-sleeps.
    I'll be trying for this tonight. Thanks for the video

    From the sleep paralysis state we can actually roll out, sit up, float out of our body consciously and go beyond the dream. We can actually experience our true reality and venture out to the point where we can leave this construct and see the true nature of reality.

    I just remembered a technique you probably know: you go throughout you're day asking yourself, "am I dreaming?" Then the habit and focus awareness will be there when you are actually asleep dreaming.

      Yesss! This is a reality check. And there's no set way to do this, I definitely recommend exploring how you know you're awake, and exploring your environment on walks as if you WERE dreaming right now! It gets super trippy and it definitely starts showing up in your dreams more when you have fun with it / explore and stimulate your mind while doing lucidity practice!

    Cannot get past the pain. Starts at 1.5 hours.
    Had the vibrations once, but got too excited and they went away.
    Been practicing counting my fingers, because in dreams they are always wrong.
    I can read text in dreams really well, not sure why, clear as day.
    Ive only had one lucid dream in the past year. Every other time i start to wake, i start flying and super excited and they try to kill me to wake me up.
    I astro project in a wake stat many times a day, have a family up there, it is more real than this. Cannot wait to die and go there.
    Been trying to get them into my dreams, but the matrix has control over my dreams for now. Been asking, i hope soon to be released from its grip and have dreams out of this world.
    Look forward to your video.

      Can I ask what time you usually try to practice this!? I've noticed different results just from switching small things around like timing! I would love to help however I can. Thanks for watching!

    Hmmm, so engaging all your 5 senses as much as possible? Like see, feel, touch, taste the experience of walking on the beach?
    I just fall straight asleep when I try lol. Bummer! Not giving up tho! 🤪

      Try it during the day, after you wake up, or any time you feel more naturally awake! We can practice liminal dreaming ANY TIME which will allow us to build the skill of mind awake body asleep for Lucid Dreaming techniques! Just keep playing with times until you find what works!

      @@TheLucidMystic dreaming is better than reality sometimes 😃there is something about it that makes it better I can’t put my finger on it maybe it’s the fact as you are doing but don’t use energy or anything is possible or that you can control the dream in a way.

    Sometimes when I get into the dream every kinda looks like a comic (lacking depth), and feels unstable. When I try to fix, it I wake up. How do I fix this?

    • @TheLucidMystic
      @TheLucidMystic  Місяць тому

      To fix this, I recommend stabilizing the lucid dream once you get lucid. This includes using your senses to explore the dream environment. As soon as you get lucid, I recommend staying where you are and touching the ground, your clothes, your hands, etc. And maybe even affirm "I am dreaming". Interacting with the environment in a physical way convinces your brain it's real, allowing your brain to put more energy and sensory stimuli in the experience. This will also work if you notice the dream start to fade!

    Unfortunately since it mostly happens at the very final stages of REM when we're going in and out of sleep, the lucid dreams lasts for seconds only.Any solutions for this?

    • @TheLucidMystic
      @TheLucidMystic  Місяць тому

      I set an alarm for a REM period either at 4 1/2 or 6 hours, or I try during the day during a nap! I've also had success after a full night's rest but after around an hour or two from when I woke up.

    Normally my sleep paralysis is only darkness as I am unable to open eyes and I feel awake with tightly closed eyes . That's become scary. Is it Normal to feel heaviness in back of neck?

    • @TheLucidMystic
      @TheLucidMystic  Місяць тому

      Yes this is 100% normal. Heaviness, tingling, pressure, and sudden auditory changes are all signs of sleep paralysis. Have you ever tried imagining movement in sleep paralysis or perhaps using your senses to create a specific scene? I notice when I tap into either movement or using my senses, something almost always happens!

    Sometimes it feels that I am awake and from waking state I am drifting into a sleep into a sleep paralysis. But I guess it's actually dream state from where I drift into sleep paralysis as it happens during REM sleep . Am I right?

    • @TheLucidMystic
      @TheLucidMystic  Місяць тому

      Yes , correct! It feels like we are completely awake but our brainwaves are actually constantly changing as we carry ourselves deeper and deeper into relaxation. It's also pretty easy to become conscious in light sleep during meditation without realizing it. Dreaming is a hugeeee spectrum and there are several dreamstates we encounter the deeper we go. We eventually run into REM while we are still conscious, which is a clear dream state. Other ones we pass aren't as noticeable, like hypnagogia, but are still considered dreams!
