    Wow, incredible journey. I didn't go where i had expected but i realized i visited myself when i was younger and back then i thought it was a ghost!! I wasn't scared back then either. I woke up after seeing my 8 yr old self fall asleep and as she fell asleep i was her, then woke up in my room doing my exit procedure which is placing my hands on my eyes next to my dog who is part of my reality check. Amazing

    Day 1: had a dream!! And I can remember it!!
    Day 2: OMG most vivid dream ever! At one point I felt very lucid. Lasted for like 20 seconds.
    Day 3: had a dream that I sort of remembered but definitely not lucid
    Day 4: had a dream and remembered parts
    Starting over:

    It’s been a little while for me as well & always by accident. Towards the end of this meditation when you state how ones hands & face will feel heavy it was nuts to me how conscious I was & how powrfully the suggestion was working. I literally was able to jump/leap from my body excited to go explore!! I new exactly what I was in and wasn’t scared like I have been in past. There was no struggle. I even came back & peaked in on myself for some reason. Just to make sure I appeared peaceful & I did so I took off into Lala land from there. Never before have I felt such control. I was doing flips in the air just because I could. I was able to control my speed & direction which in the past my OBE was like learning to walk for the first time. This was nuts!!
    I also felt exactly the moment I was pulled back :(. I had an ego moment so it didn’t last nearly long enough. Immediately had to write this review. It’s 2am 😆😴
    Wow tho, just wow! I rarely write reviews but this really worked & I wanted ppl to know. I’m a little nervous to try again this eve tho 😅 - thanks!!

    Thank you! Also huge respect for including the mp3s. Subbed!

    Just like the one guy who was expecting castles or Atlantis I was expecting something soothing like that but end up in some Spanish speaking country where me and this guy hijacked an ancient artifact, but this spanish cult woman came through and started whooping out butts. Long story short we hijacked the train with out fight, trash the train and ended up getting into a fight with X-Men.

    I have huge trouble sleeping, and I have a really bad sleep schedule, I will try to fix this this and come here everytime with reviews.
    So, first night i tried this i was not really into it, i didn't trust it will work but i just kept going untill I heard the first 'Am I Dreaming?'. I was with my eyes closed, relaxed and calm, hearing some birds outside and my roommate change his position of sleep when the first 'Am I Dreaming?' Knocked me out really good. My eyes were closed and from seeing black i saw a lot of white, like some door really bright opened in my room and my body felt numb as hell. My heart was beating really really fast, I tried to go on but I couldn't.

    Day 4: I remembered my dream. While listening to meditation i fallen asleep in the middle and woke up at the end and it was really easy to fall asleep again
    Day 5: i have fallen asleep after the meditation but I only remembered what the dream was about without any details or control over it
    Day 6: didn't listen to it ://

    Sarah, i have to tell you that i have listened to many of your meditations every night for at least a year (maybe two). The last few weeks i have been sleeping a lot due to being in quarantine and very sick and your techniques in this video have worked! I havent managed to manipulate my dreams yet, but i have used reality checks in my dreams and realized it was a dream several times and once during an uncomfortable dream used my exit technique! (I had to do it twice for it to work haha.) Thank you so much for the content you create. I look forward to listening to this and many more in the future!

    I fell asleep in middle of the video but my dream was more a life then usual. I am practicing lucid dreaming one month and I believe this kind of meditation can give it a boost. Currently I have a dream that I have frequently for the last month. It's a dream that I fly, quiet cliché I know. But the more I have this dream, the more it feels real. I'm aware in my dream that I practicing for my flying skills but I'm not in the stadium that I can say "and now I stop with flying and I go play some soccer". Bt I believe I will reach it. I don't know why I say it here but... Yeah. Goodnight

    Hi so I just discovered this video after being re-interested in learning to lucid dream (thanks to being quarantined due to Coronavirus). I have tried numerous guided meditations, all leading to failure but this one lead to some results of progression anyway. Towards the end, it actually felt like I was in a state of paralysis (but wasn’t) that I said to exist before entering a lucid dream and I also started seeing shapes and colours. However, the shapes started to form some type of creature, like a large spider crawling on my ceiling tho my eyes were shut and also some elements of faces, that completely made me terrified and so I quickly began moving my body as to escape, which I did. My question is, how do I stop myself from becoming terrified of what I see?

      Listen to the next meditation I am going to release in just over a week, it is all about protection, safety, hope, love....and then build your own ritual for protection before listening. If you are new to lucid dreaming and hypnosis / meditation/ spiritual practice in general you can leave yourself vulnerable. I repeat many, many times the need for protection in many of my videos but I can't stop people jumping in unprepared. So please look out for next week's video. It may help :)

    I've never had a successful guided meditation that but this was my first one that worked. I was super relaxed and calm but it also freaked me a bit out, for 2 reasons:
    - Towards the end I was thinking "Am I dreaming?" even though I wasn't purposefully doing it which was weird + English isn't even my first language
    - Right when she stopped talking, I had this super strong full body "static", like my whole body was tingling for 10ish seconds, it felt so weird but in a good way though.
    I didn't lucid dream but I remember my dream, which is rare. Instead of hanging out with 90's Till Lindemann, I ended up in an abandoned toy factory where the toys came after me loool
    The nightmare ended up waking me up at 5.20 but it was rad.
    I don't know if I have time to do this tonight but I will definitely keep on listening to this, or your other meditations! 🧡 Might also update this comment if I do lucid dream if anyones intrested.

      Do whatever reality check you choose multiple times throughout the day. Regular meditation will help you keep a level head if you do lucid dream. A regular sleep schedule helps as well. Melatonin can help it’s debatable. And also wake back to bed method is a great help for beginners but it’s not a method you should do often. And of course a dream journal will help with your recall that way you don’t forget your lucid dream after you first wake up.

    I dont really know what I want to say or how to say it (monkey mind in full effect here :P ) so bear with me please:
    I have become more and more interested in this, thought about doing it myself, but never did. A very simple, yet stupid reason for it. I am scared. I am really bad at trying new things, really like to stay in my comfort zone. I'm not someone who can just "do" something, and potentially 'hurt' myself in the process (read: I suck at accepting mistakes that I make, trying to actively avoid most situations where I can make mistakes...). I'm usually very calm, collected and analytical, unless if I'm thrown in an unknown situation.
    I so want to try this, but I'm afraid something negative might happen. I know that its just my mind playing tricks, at least during the initial part of the paralysis, but I wouldnt be afraid if the fears were rational (same with arachnophobia, I know how useful spiders are, but I still dint want them anywhere close to me). People keep saying they can control/stop the negative things, I'm afraid I cant. And its this fear that will make sure I cant, I know that. Intent is so very important in everything you do, and I put effort to go at anything with a positive mind, buut my serious lack of self-esteem and self-confidence can be quite an obstacle.
    So, my question, how do/did you conquer fear? How do you have this easygoing, relaxed, peaceful way of going about life? Not about just this, but in general. Because very recently I had a weird thought/vision, basically it coming down to "if you want to fly you need to not carry all this weight". Made me realise I carry way too much stress on my shoulders to be a lighthearted, peaceful being, I just dont know how to do it...
    I realise my comment wasnt really in line with the topic of the video, but I wondered if this would maybe help. I usually dont talk about this in public, but I just want someone to hear it, and maybe give insight or tips, their own story or experience.
    for any reader who made it through my jumble of random thoughts, thank you for spending your time reading it, I appreciate it. For those who didnt, dont worry too much, very few people manage to understand my thought patterns. I wish you all a great day with lots of love.

    • @evelynbohn3341
      @evelynbohn3341 5 років тому +2

      Me too. I have a lot of fear based dreams even when i am aware I am dreaming. Sometimes I just have to experience the frightening circumstances. I will usually pray at this point for protection and will then wake up. I believe some nightmares just have to be experienced until we can move past them... there is value in every dream no matter how bizarre or disturbing.

      Unlock Your Life Fantastic!! I’ll get to it hopefully tomorrow. I do have payroll for my staff this week, so my partner may balk at me spending a dime until next Monday; but it shall come to pass at some point quite soon. I continue to fall asleep nightly to your wonderful content. Also, I’ve recommended you to my niece and her husband; as well as his siblings. Do you have a video specifically for dealing with grief? My nieces husband is really drowning in an ocean of it, and he’s only 20 years old, but deeply intuitive, and highly intelligent. His father has caused him a tremendous amount of pain, and I believe using meditation could benefit him greatly, as it has done for me. I feel his pain is stuck and sitting right in his solar plexus chakra, so I suggested a chakra balancing or clearing video for him as well. If you have any recommendations, I’m very open to them, and will be grateful. For my niece, I’ll be finding videos for anxiety and depression to help her. So I’ll peruse your playlists and see what I can send them. Best wishes Sarah, and be well ✨✨✨

    • @unlockyourlife
      @unlockyourlife  6 місяців тому +2

      That's a good first step. If you don't have a regular sleep schedule yet, you need to establish one. It sounds like this session reset your circadian rhythm and gave you a bit of a catch-up (and yes, you can catch up on sleep, contrary to popular belief, there are some aspects you need to reset and some that cannot completely be recovered). Continue to go to bed at a regular time and have a journal by your bed to document your dreams as soon as you wake. I cannot stress enough how important these two steps are even before you attempt to lucid dream as they will vastly improve your success in lucid dreaming.

    So I tired this video for 2 days and experienced the same result.
    First I would relax my whole body, I would start to take calm deep breaths, my whole body would feel heavy, I could listen and understand everything till the end and would sleep for like 1 hour and my body would automatically wake up. The heavy legs and hand feeling would go and after that I couldn't sleep. Idk what happened but the 1hr was very relaxing

    Any tips on how to lucid dream? I've been trying for months now and I've watched numerous videos as well as having a sleep diary.

  • @kamojet

    I listened to this last nite as I was going to sleep. I didn't have a lucid dream but I did wake up every 2 hours almost exactly. I fell asleep about 12ish (my best guess). Then I woke up at 2 am, then at 4 am, then at 6 am and again at 8 am. I did dream between 6 and 8 but as I said not a lucid dream and I wasn't aware that I was dreaming until I woke up. I have no clue as to whether this could be considered progress towards successful lucid dreaming in the future. It was just something that happened to me that seemed really odd so I thought I'd throw it out there.

    I didnt have a lucid dream but i did have a dream that i was harry potter and was hanging out with my sister in a cornfield when an air raid siren came on and so i ran into a big ol mansion that just so happened to be there and then turns out the rooms inside it were a maze so I went to hide in a place that I already knew despite never being there before because apparently i also knew that the air raid sirens were a facade and that actually meant that someone was running after me to murder me but then they found me and we had a conversation instead or him murdering me so....... One of the best dreams ive ever had, nearly beats the iconic pumpkin dream

    This hasn’t worked for me yet, and I’m about to try it again, but I’ve noticed that when I’m done with the video and I haven’t lucided dreamed, my body feels like a little bit tingly. Does that mean I’m close to a lucid dream by any chance? Thanks!

      @cole1396 5 років тому +3

      I’ve tried it and I was kinda flashing in and out of what felt like a dream. Then the last time she said “am i dreaming” everything seemed to get brighter and just as i thought i was going to have a lucid dream it all stopped. Darn. Next time i guess.

      Vibrations are more closely associated with astral projection. Some people can have an OBE instead of lucid dreaming. Also I astral fly within a lucid dream sometimes. Comment when you get beyond the vibrations stage as to whether you enter a lucid dream or astral project. : )

    I came across this video and the second time I listened to it, I felt my spirit leaving my body and I totally freaked out and kept repeating "exit dream, exit dream" but I wasn't dreaming yet. I have been listening to the Gateway videos from the Monroe Institute and had an experience with that, where I woke up but my body was still asleep and I kept seeing vivid images in my mind's eye. I've also had an OBE a looong time ago.
    You say in your video that you need to have safeguards in place. Can you please explain why? Is it dangerous?
    Could I invoke the protection of passed over loved ones?? Can you connect with passed over loved ones when you do this?
