It was easy for me. The very first apartment of the four, the one with the huge garden spoke to me! It was exquisite yet cozy at the same time and it was the one I could imagine feeling very at home in.
They are all so beautiful. I vote for the very 1st one. The peacefulness in that beautiful garden and then that view from the tower. I definitely would pick up and move there. Thank you for making these videos and showing us these stunning places. The history in everything is wonderful.
I choose the second apartment. All the beauty of renaissance Florence, the connection to the Medici family, the modern amazing kitchen to cook meals for guests who are immersed in the beauty of the grand salon. Spending quiet afternoons and lazy weekend mornings on the balcony enjoying the peace and beauty of the garden. And then, the sound of the bells nearby.. Every detail makes sure one remembers this is Florence at the time of its glory when it played a crucial role in the birth of the Renaissance. History, beauty and luxury. Three words to describe Florence and this beautiful space within the city
As my niece used to say - my tummy is an Italian restaurant! Still makes me smile 25 years later. Just love everything Italian - the people, love of family, food, architecture, art, scenery - just so much beauty.
All of the apartments are amazing. Of course, I’d live in Florence in a single room stuck down an alley, but #1 with the garden and separate apartment was my dream. The final thing to put it over the top is the medieval tower. How amazing to live with that history.
I've walked by the Piazza Pitti back in2005. I adore the stateliness of the Pitty. Such wonderful memories!! I would love to go back one more time. Thank you for these videos of my beloved Florence, Italy. God bless
I love the first appartement#1 it reminds me when I used to live between Carreggi and Fiesole where there was also a gorgeous garden looking out on florence s Duomo . In all seasons a garden is a must ..the very hot summers in Florence can quite oppressing and a garden is a godsend. The flowers in spring are amazing.. the mimosa trees in february are a bliss....
The first apartment with the stunning green scape to lose myself in had me from the first glimpse. It’s the embodiment of Mother Nature. The structures were all stunning but the garden was the tipping point❤
I just loved No 2 Apartment during the last video and voted for it and gave my reasons because my family and ancestry goes back to the Medicis and many of the leading nobility families in Italy and my Grandfather, as I explained was a Marchese! I simply adore Florence too Julie and you were incredibly lucky to be able to stay in one of the apartments and drink champagne on the balcony over looking Palazzo PItti ! So really love all your vlogs about Florence and look forward to many more soon, as well as of your very sweet house in Tuscany. Very best wishes, Christina Findell, Crediton, Devon UK
Almost impossible to choose, but #1 makes my heart sing with the garden and tower...so romantic and I don't think I would ever get tired or bored living there!
Ciao! Julie and Luke , As being born and living in the U,S,(never do my husband and I get to travel so that is why it is always here. but watching you travel is great fun and seeing your videos of England and your own Estate is a dream to me!) But my grandfather came from Italy and so do have Italian heritage, I have quite the feelings for the Medici family! So, 'number two ; first pulled at me because the architect for the Medici family own it and it was absolutely out of this world! Truly can see ourselves, living there, and the 'Varanda; was so lovely! Would enjoy time in the library and just every room called out and seemed so like home. The kitchen was quite modern and easy to live and cook in. But yet the first one was the old-world Italy and being outside is so grand and walking around and just enjoying nature would be wonderful. When thinking of you and Luke if living there, think you would enjoy it so much! Number three was nice too, but will not have a housekeeper and really cannot afford renovation, so I truly thought I would go with the last one, ''number four''' as I love it! I do feel with number 4, just sitting outside knowing that the Medici family started there and would just be such excitement for me and could take walks out there anytime. Love the idea of an elevator too, and it offers lovely frescos as well and yet has modern and newer plumbing etc and lots of 'marble' which I love too. You can also have it as a business if need arose and believe you can live their full time? Guess the thought could be there if needed to have a business as it has been in the past? But would love living in Tuscany always, but (keep forgetting it is not about me though) **So, my vote is in, and although it has been with mixed feelings, I did include my husband with this vote, and he agrees it would be probably number 4 that would be good for us, anyway. We feel we would be comfortable and yet not need to work hard shoveling or mowing or doing alot of work other than cleaning inside, One floor so not too hard at that!
Hi Julie, the second two were just as stunning as the first two, I like number 4, the best of all. Each apartment offered its own unique, style, furnishings, charm and character from Florence. Thank you for showing us these magnificent beauties. Love from N.Y.
Most definitely number one property for me!! That garden, outdoor area is a must for me since I'm only dreaming!! You did a wonderful job with these two shows Julie. Brilliant 👏 👏 👏
Oh, the choices! All of the places are so lovely. For me, I must go with the first location for so many reasons with the first being the spectacular gardens! ❤
Spoiled for choice! It's fun to dream. All of them have their charms but #4 is the one of my dreams. Imagine taking a nightly passeggiata in the piazza. The interior is so beautifully finished. I can see myself walking through the corridors and enjoying an aperitivo on the balcony before retiring to one of the lux bedrooms. Fantastic!
Thank you Julie and Kiara for the tours of these 4 fabulous Florence Italy apartments. My vote is Apartment #1. Gorgeous, welcoming home, that is the best of the best shown. Imo
I too have to pick the first apartment because of the incredible gardens. Can you imagine having all that beauty right outside your door in the city? The frescoes on the ceilings in some of the other apartments may have been more spectacular, but number one has to be my pick. And that gorgeous chandelier! Oh my gosh!
What a magical ending for an amazing day, Julie! Perfect glass of champagne, to celebrate a perfect day! Thank you for sharing the adventure! 🌿🩷💚🧡 The last apartment, WOW!
Hi! We love Florence! Spent 2 weeks there on our 30th anniversary a number of years ago. All 4 places are lovely spaces, for sure! They are so large and opulent, but I think I would practically be living outside in the garden of the 1st place. I would pick number 1 for the garden!
Number 1 for me!! I can see myself enjoying the gardens, no matter the season. The atmosphere within and out would probably have a comforting, protective feel, considering its original inhabitants. It's simply dreamy. 💜
Its Lovely to dream and it's fun to see both of you filled with so much enthusiasm. Each have their own unique styles of history and beauty. I would personally choose number 3. as I can envision the transformation that was explained by the Architect Andrea Solinas especially the beautiful private garden. Each are sublime and whoever turns the key to their new residence will be truly blessed. Grazie Julie and Kiara
Of all the apartments shown, #2 caught my eye and true interest. It’s magnificent! I could imagine myself reading a book in one of the couches, with a good wine and some cheese. It’s an apartment I’d never get tired of looking at and admiring it’s beauty and imagining how life was like in there during the time it was made. It’s an apartment I wouldn’t mind living without going out for several days. I’m really so in love with it and how it’s renovated and decorated so tastefully beautiful. If I had the money, I’d buy it in a heartbeat as I’m one of those who’s dreaming of a perfect place I could call home under the Tuscan sun, only it will be my palazzo under the Tuscan sun. 😍
I choice # 3. The ceilings, architecture and future design are amazing. I was able to visit Florence again in August. One of my favorite cities in Italy
Love #3. Just my style in beautiful Florence. Terrific videos to watch and dream about a different life amidst all the history. Thank you for sharing with us.
All four apartments are amazing magical, and I would be very happy to live in any one of them. However, the first and last apartments connect with me the most, especially so with the first...the beautiful garden and outdoor spaces. I really enjoyed watching both episodes ☺️💖 Thank you!
Of the 4 beautiful apartments, #1 is my favorite. I love the gardens and the layout of the chapel turned into a library and bedroom. 😍 I would love to visit Florence. I love these videos. 🥰
Hi Julie and Kiara!! #1 is the one. Peacefull and beautyfull what more do you want, except all things Italian right outside your door.. Love it love it. Thanks for four fantastic viewings.
Shut the front door! ALL RESIDENCES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD! Personally if and when I win the lottery I would pick #2 because of the historical connection and the balance of modern livability! The artistry exemplified on virtually all the surfaces of this magical space transports you back in time...though with all the conveniences of today! If given the privilege to call this home, I would truly be BLESSED! AND then to step out on the cobblestone streets of Florence would be living the DREAM!
Thank you for inviting us on these wonderful educational tours of 4 beautiful homes. Like yourself It is very difficult to make a decision as they are equally special in their own unique way. I grew up on a farm in Ireland so I have had the green pastures for many years. I now live in the Suburbs of New York. I am going to go with #4 as I would love to be living in this beautiful home in this amazing city listening to the chatter and music from nearby restaurants not to mention the beautiful view of the piazza..
The 4Th apartment across from Palazzo Pitti. All of them were beautiful, but the last one seemed more manageable and most intimate. I loved the 4 bedrooms with the frescos above and the bathroom built behind the wall where the beds lay. I also loved the kitchen!❤❤❤
Palazzo 3 for me even as it is pre-renovation as it really reflects the grandeur of Italy as a country rich in history and beauty. Gli altri sono troppo moderno come interior.
Hi Julie, I will take #3...the view is Amazing...ty so very much for these 2 wonderful blogs...I am dreaming.. Chio..enjoy the beauty of FLORENCE...great art.
I have to add my vote for the first apartment with the garden. It is incredible to have that kind of space right in the city, and having two more apartments on the grounds would allow for friends and family to visit or income from short term rentals. Can you imagine what a hit they would be with guests with those grounds to wander? It is absolutely stunning. Really fun videos Julie. I hope you can do more of these! How about Rome next?
Florence is so beautiful. I loved Apt 2 in the first video because it combined modern living with historical features however, Julie your little Tuscan house would be perfect if I was to live in Tuscany. By the way, I loved both of the jackets you wore in the two videos.
Julie, you made this so captivating and fun to watch, and a treat to get a glimpse of and share your love of Italian history! I felt like I was transported in time with the architectural details… the ceilings alone in their own ways were amazing and liked one property more than the other for their own unique details. You would walk into each home every day and be embraced by their beauty and history. Number 4 I think would be amazing if just wanting a holiday home to easily explore the city, number 2 would be an enchanting but equally an every day home, number 3 had beautiful ceilings and unique elements ready to transform, but number one had the magic of the garden and historic building to live an incredibly tranquil or equally entertaining life.. so would have to be number one as my favourite, followed so closely by number 2! I loved how each one, inside or out, you were in idyllic, historical Italy.. lucky owners to be the custodians of this slice of history! Thank you for sharing this!
I'm loving apt. #1. Fell in love with those chandeliers! The natural light is awesome. Plans for the garden are wonderful. Actually I'd be in heaven with ANY of them
Buongiorno Julie the first property is my love the gardens palazzo just heaven on earth I’ve absolutely loved your viewing of the properties such a pleasure and to stay a night there just Amore Grazie Mille my love💖💖😘😘👌👌🌟🌟🍸🍸
I loved seeing all the properties. So beautiful each so different -- but the one that spoke to me was #1 San Niccolò Apartment, Oltrarno with the beautiful gardens and tower. Thank you so much for sharing all these properties
These two videos are so dreamy. I love both properties, but I have to say I am completely blown away with the first one. How majestic! It absolutely speaks Florence to me. If I had to choose one over the four, while each one had it own unique style and beauty, it would be the second one from last week's video. It was just such a beautiful tranquil sanctuary elevated by those historic and true florentine qualities.
These apartments are all beautiful and full of history. For me, the first apartment was my favorite. If money were not an issue, I would buy it without a second thought.
Between that extraordinarily *magical, private **garden belonging to that first "apartment" in the first Florence installment, and the opening interior cafe (stunning place, beautifully appointed) shots in this one - I am/was enchanted, riveted. But Julie, as anthropologically, sociologically fascinating the apartments you've shown us are - as regal and priveleged - they're terribly cold, almost vault-like in feel . Rarefied tour, none the less, and I thank you.
I have to go with no. 4 - the last one... having a view of 'the' history of Florence... where it all began... leaves me speechless. My second favourite is the first one, due to the garden. 😊 And honestly, and for very different reasons, these two are no. 1 for me. :)
They are all magnificent. But the first one with the garden is the most unique and has tremendous potential as well as an incredible history as a sanctuary. I would choose the first...the views..and you felt right at home enough to stretch into yoga immediately...... this is my first choice. As my second choice, I would choose the third palace with the grand ballroom.... the quality of light and the multifunctional possibilities of the grand ballroom , the office , spa and apartments are quite grand...
That was marvelous, seeming traveling to the past by opening every door of each house. Each one had its own beautiful story of its past. But if choosing one of them is requested, I choose the fourth one, the second one from the second video as the house has a touch of history and connects me to its past and the rooms and the bedrooms convey so much sensation of coziness and comfort to me. The beauty of the houses is adorable.
The initial, charmingly, oh so cozy, apartment with the enchanting garden...
Number 1 for me garden is fantastic and the tower was amazing. I could see myself comfortable there and I love all the windows in the apartment.

Every detail makes sure one remembers this is Florence at the time of its glory when it played a crucial role in the birth of the Renaissance. History, beauty and luxury. Three words to describe Florence and this beautiful space within the city
Enjoyed all 4 but #1 has to be my favorite.thanks for the opportunity to explore them with you
Apartment number 1! love the garden ideas!
As my niece used to say - my tummy is an Italian restaurant! Still makes me smile 25 years later. Just love everything Italian - the people, love of family, food, architecture, art, scenery - just so much beauty.
That's ME 😀
As a gardener, the first property speaks to me the most. Oh, the lovely things I would grow there!
Il primo appartamento 👌🏻 Can't get over that garden. So beautiful!
The first appartement with the garden is the only one where i could see myself living and dreaming!
All of the apartments are amazing. Of course, I’d live in Florence in a single room stuck down an alley, but #1 with the garden and separate apartment was my dream. The final thing to put it over the top is the medieval tower. How amazing to live with that history.
All 4 properties are absolutely gorgeous. I still will have to vote for the first one with the incredible garden!
I've walked by the Piazza
Pitti back in2005. I adore
the stateliness of the Pitty.
Such wonderful memories!!
I would love to go back one
more time. Thank you for
these videos of my beloved
Florence, Italy. God bless
All of the apartments are unbelievable, but I love the location of the last one and what it has to offer. SPECTACULAR!!
Yes last apt.
Hands down, the first apartment! To have such an amazing garden in the heart of a wonderful city would be to die for!!
I love the warmth of the first apartment. The green space outside was unique and just very enchanting.
I am so in love with the garden of the first apartment. Every one of the properties are unique and special, but that garden calls to me.
I would choose apartment 4. Of all the places it is the most homey and the ceilings were magnificent. I am not an opulent kind of person.
The first apartment with the stunning green scape to lose myself in had me from the first glimpse. It’s the embodiment of Mother Nature. The structures were all stunning but the garden was the tipping point❤
This first property with the garden would be for me. I’ve been to Florence and loved walking everywhere visiting the museums, churches and markets.
I just loved No 2 Apartment during the last video and voted for it and gave my reasons because my family and ancestry goes back to the Medicis and many of the leading nobility families in Italy and my Grandfather, as I explained was a Marchese! Appartamento Numero Uno! Fell in love absolutely stunning! Thank you Julie for these videos as I live vicariously through you when you visit Italy!
Florence is one of my favorite places. All four of the apartments are just spectacular, but I think the first one I could truly be happy to live in.
The garden , architecture and those huge french doors that seem to be everywhere, numero uno è per me.

The gardens of #1 has my heart.
The 1st one. Those gardens, the tower. You can feel such peace there.

Oh, the choices! All of the places are so lovely. For me, I must go with the first location for so many reasons with the first being the spectacular gardens! ❤
I ❤ the fourth apartment, my ultimate place to stay in Florence, traditional but with a modern and tasteful touch. So Italian. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
the first one, the garden is magical.
Spoiled for choice! It's fun to dream. All of them have their charms but #4 is the one of my dreams. Imagine taking a nightly passeggiata in the piazza. The interior is so beautifully finished. My vote is Apartment #1. Gorgeous, welcoming home, that is the best of the best shown. Imo
Like many, I loved all four choices, but am selecting palacio #2! I love the historic presence and deep immersion into the Italian soul.
Love the Number 1 Apartment. Thank you so much for showing us through some truly amazingly beautiful places in stunning Florence 🥰
I too have to pick the first apartment because of the incredible gardens. Can you imagine having all that beauty right outside your door in the city? What a magical ending for an amazing day, Julie! Perfect glass of champagne, to celebrate a perfect day! Thank you for sharing the adventure! 🌿🩷💚🧡 The last apartment, WOW!
The first apartment with the garden was magical - amazing hide-away in the middle of the city. Loved these tours!
Hi! We love Florence! Spent 2 weeks there on our 30th anniversary a number of years ago. All 4 places are lovely spaces, for sure! They are so large and opulent, but I think I would practically be living outside in the garden of the 1st place. I would pick number 1 for the garden!
No. 3 so grand and I love love love what the architchect is doing with the courtyard. And a car space in florence is fantastic.
Apartment no 1 is my favourite! Because of the beautifull garden and the exceptional interior. 😍
Number 1 for me!! I can see myself enjoying the gardens, no matter the season. The atmosphere within and out would probably have a comforting, protective feel, considering its original inhabitants. It's simply dreamy. 💜
Love that!

#3! Oltrarno Palace‼️ Nothing beats that ballroom!🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺
Very difficult to choose but I would go with #1. Absolutely stunning.
Number 1 is my favorite, the garden, the space, relaxing as I am a gardener and would love to meditate there.
Love. Love apartment No. 2. Top to bottom just beautiful. One word description. Serenity. I would start and finish my day on the balcony.
Its the second one for me. Location, frescos, architecture, location. WOW! That's the Italian dream!
Number one!
It is beautiful sanctuary immerse in the most espectacular city of the world!!
The 1st one absolutely! It was incredible!
They are all soooo beautiful but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the San Niccolo Apartment above all!!! Thank you for showing!
I choice # 3. The ceilings, architecture and future design are amazing. I was able to visit Florence again in August. One of my favorite cities in Italy
They are all beautiful but that garden is magical so it's apartment 1 for me. 🐨🇭🇲
Gardens! Gardens! Gardens! Wow! First apartment is my choice. Nice journey along the way! Thank you! Second choice is Number 4.
It would have to be the very first apartment for me. I need the outdoor garden space and that tower view was amazing.
Hi Julie and Kiara!! #1 is the one. Peacefull and beautyfull what more do you want, except all things Italian right outside your door.. Love it love it. Thanks for four fantastic viewings.
Number one has my heart.Where else in Florence would have so much private outdoor space and including what appears to be part of the city walls.
I like number one the best because of the garden. All were absolutely beautiful.
Shut the front door! ALL RESIDENCES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD! Personally if and when I win the lottery I would pick #2 because of the historical connection and the balance of modern livability! If given the privilege to call this home, I would truly be BLESSED! AND then to step out on the cobblestone streets of Florence would be living the DREAM!
The 1st one will be my choice. The garden is magnificent. Without the garden, I will choose the 4th, as it is more cozy.
Thank you for inviting us on these wonderful educational tours of 4 beautiful homes. Like yourself It is very difficult to make a decision as they are equally special in their own unique way. Palazzo 3 for me even as it is pre-renovation as it really reflects the grandeur of Italy as a country rich in history and beauty. Gli altri sono troppo moderno come interior.
Hi Julie,
I will take #3...the view is
Amazing...ty so very much for these 2 wonderful blogs...I am dreaming..
Chio..enjoy the beauty of
FLORENCE...great art.
I have to add my vote for the first apartment with the garden. Really fun videos Julie. I hope you can do more of these! How about Rome next?
Loved the contemporary feel next to the classical architectural details of the second apartment. Gloriously decedent.
🥰 in love with the first property - the beautiful gardens and tower are breathtaking!
My vote goes to the renovation project. So much potential to modernize to your own tastes and needs.
#1 is my favorite, I would take a magnificent garden over a magnificent dwelling any day!😊
Florence is so beautiful. I loved Apt 2 in the first video because it combined modern living with historical features however, Julie your little Tuscan house would be perfect if I was to live in Tuscany. By the way, I loved both of the jackets you wore in the two videos.
I loved the 4th apartment right in the square! I'd buy it in a flash if I could. I ❤️ Florence!
You are truly a wonder.☺️Thank you for bringing the world to us in such a special way!Much love from California America
I love, love, love the first property!!!! The garden sold me👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
Julie, you made this so captivating and fun to watch, and a treat to get a glimpse of and share your love of Italian history! I felt like I was transported in time with the architectural details… the ceilings alone in their own ways were amazing and liked one property more than the other for their own unique details. I loved how each one, inside or out, you were in idyllic, historical Italy.. lucky owners to be the custodians of this slice of history! Thank you for sharing this!
Number 2 was my favorite apartment. So homey even in all it’s elegance.
#4. Idealistic Florence and across from the historic Medici family Square and seat/home. History at its finest.
I love the outdoors, so for me it would have to be the first with the garden! What a treat thank you for showing us.
Most definitely the first the garden is perfection the home second to none! Remarkable redo!
I'm loving apt. #1. Fell in love with those chandeliers! The natural light is awesome. Plans for the garden are wonderful. Actually I'd be in heaven with ANY of them
Number one for sure, with the tower and those gardens, yes!!!❤
The one with the garden was my fav. ❤
Buongiorno Julie the first property is my love the gardens palazzo just heaven on earth I’ve absolutely loved your viewing of the properties such a pleasure and to stay a night there just Amore Grazie Mille my love💖💖😘😘👌👌🌟🌟🍸🍸
Glad you enjoyed it
I loved seeing all the properties. So beautiful each so different -- but the one that spoke to me was #1 San Niccolò Apartment, Oltrarno with the beautiful gardens and tower. Thank you so much for sharing all these properties
Greetings from Florida. I definitely vote for #1 for sure! Number #4 runner up!
The first one was my favorite. They are all spectacular but I loved the gardens in the first.
