I have a GoPro 12 and a 10,, my 12 will run off my usb port on my boat but my 10 says not enough power,,(running both with no batteries installed) do you know if the 10 requires more amperage to run? Or is my situation a rare thing.

Not sure. I have 4 hero 9s. But, from time to time I do have issues with power. Mostly usb c connection or vibration.

Good video! One thing to keep in mind, it’s really annoying to sync audio when I record from external mic to external recorder, syncing all of the “looped” GoPros is a pain…however if you don’t loop then you are stuck with potentially having to scrub 8 hours of video and edit out lots of non catch time….any suggestions on how you deal with those two situations?

I loop. I also say key words to match clips for audio on timeline.

Clap really loud. Then in your editor match the audio spikes up across your different clips.
